Safety and precautions
1. Please read this manual before installing, avoid the wrong records cause security

transmitter, and avoid direct sunlight.
3. Electrode signal transmission line must use a special coaxial wire, the proposed
use of the company provided by the coaxial line, can’t use the general wire instead.
4. The use of power, should avoid power interference, especially in the use of
three-phase power, we should use ground (if there is a power surge interference
phenomenon occurs, the power supply and control device of the transmitter such as:
dosing machine, mixer and other separate power transmitter with a separate power
source, or coil of the electromagnetic switch and all the power control device
connected with the surge absorber to eliminate the surge).
5. The transmitter output contact bearing alarm and control function. Based on
safety and protection reasons, please be sure to carry out external resistance enough
current value relay to carry, in order to protect the safety of the use of the
instrument.

一. Summary
It is new model, intelligent and flexible, which can simultaneously measure
the temperature and PH/ORP, widely used in the city sewage treatment plant,
water supply, electricity, medicine, chemical, food and other industries, the
value of continuous measurement of solution PH/ORP.
Basic function
1. English interface, can be free to switch to Chinese, easy to operate

二. Combination and installation
2.1 Host fixed
The transmitter can be wall mounted or panel installation
2.2 Cabinet installation reference drawing
Note: The surface of the installation, please first set aside 138mm*138mm square
hole in the distribution box panel, the transmitter from the distribution box
panel directly into, the transmitter attached to the fixed by the rear cover,
card into the fixed slot.

2.4 Electrode and protection tube
2.4.1 Electrode cable line and wiring method
1. The central axis of outer layer transparent conductive rubber layer and
the metal net layer, the line must be stripped of the conductive rubber
layer, and a metal mesh layer rolled wire.
2. The cable extends to the host, in addition to the intermediate junction
box outside the special can’t have any contact, directly to the central axis
of the cable to the GLASS node connected to the back of the host, as Ref
contact wire.

Pass cables and electrodes through the protective tube and into the
junction box. (main purpose: to prevent electrode line from contacting
liquid)

Glass body sensor method:
The sensor (glass) sheathed rubber holder, a glass electrode is about 5cm,
then PVC and sleeve screwed on the protection tube.
Plastic body sensor method:
Black (plastic) need to add a small amount of electrode rib tape, can be
directly screwed on the protection tube. The electrode cable terminal in the
terminal box, the cable and instrument line connecting terminal and is
connected to the above.
Note:
① Wiring must be stripped of the conductive black wire on the center line.
② The sensor cable is forbidden to contact with the liquid, otherwise the
sensor can be damaged (no maintenance), the signal can be short circuit,
and the instrument display fixed value has no change.
The electrode extension cable line method:
Configuration of coaxial cable:
Center line: + electrode wire line: - electrode reference line
The correct configuration diagram like up, the outer peel of the black rubber
mandrel guide be stripped off. Conductive rubber or aluminum foil electrode
signal line of the central axis and the cable must be stripped off. The cable
extends to the middle of the host, can’t have any contact, directly to the
central axis of the cable to the GLASS contact is connected to the back of the
host, the cable connected to the Ref contact.
Note: if the standard cable can’t meet the requirements, shall not extend
the cable, please contact the supplier to provide a dedicated cable,
otherwise the instrument produces adverse consequences to bear.
Recommended site not more than 30 meters to extend the cable, or need to
increase the signal amplifier.

5.2 Parameter setting mode
