1.Quickly tighten screw

1. Install the middle upper and lower of bracket:
Place ①and ②as shown, fix them with 4 sets of
M6 * 50 screws & washers and nuts.
2. Install the upper side of bracket: Place ③and
④as shown, fix them with 4 sets of M6 * 50
screws and nuts.

3. Install the upper of bracket: Place ⑤as shown,
fix it with 3 sets of M8 * 45 screws & split lock
washers and 8 sets of M6 * 35 screws.
4. Install the lower side of bracket: Place ③and
④as shown, fix them with 4 sets of M6 * 50
screws & nuts.

5. Install the lower of bracket: Place ⑥as shown,
fix it with 3 sets of M8 * 45 screws & split lock
washers and 8 sets of M6 * 35 screws.
6. Install the corner guards of middle bracket:
Place ⑦as shown, fix them with 4 sets of 4
pieces M8 * 45 screws.
9. Combine the middle and bottom of bracket: Place the components installed in step 6 and step 8 as
shown, pull the bottom bracket handle outward (Figure A), push the bottom bracket from bottom to
top until the handle is flush with the interface on both sides of the component ①, and tighten the left
and right handles to fix them (Figure B)

7. Install the bottom of bracket: Place ⑨⑩⑪
as shown, fix them with 4 sets of M6 * 50 screws
& washers and 2 sets of M8 * 45 screws & split
lock washers.
8. Install the corner guards of bottom of bracket:
Place ⑧as shown, fix them with 2 sets of 4 pieces
M8 * 45 screws.

1. 安装中间上下边框：将构件1、构件2如图放
置，用4组M6*50螺丝、M6螺母将构件固定。
2. 安装上方两侧边框：将构件3、构件4如图
放置，按箭头方向插入构件1角铁与面齿轮之
间，装配到位后使用4组M6*50螺丝、M6螺
母将构件固定。

3. 安装最上方的边框：将构件5如图放置，用3
组M8*45螺丝、M8弹垫及8组M6*35螺丝按图
示将构件固定。
4. 安装下方两侧边框：将构件3、构件4如
图放置，按箭头方向插入构件1角铁与面齿
轮之间，装配到位后使用4组M6*50螺丝、
M6螺母将构件固定。

5. 安装最下方的边框：将构件6如图放置，用8
组M6*35螺丝及3组M8*45螺丝、M8弹垫按图
示将构件固定。
6. 安装中框包角：将构件7如图放置，分别用4颗
M6*10螺丝将构件固定。

7. 安装底支架：将构件9、10、11如图放置，用
4组M6*50螺丝、M6平垫及2组M8*45螺丝、M8
弹垫将构件固定。
8. 安装底支架包角：将构件8如图放置，分别用
4颗M6*10螺丝将构件固定。

9. 连接底支架与中框：将步骤6、步骤8安装好的构件如图放置，向外拉底支架把手（图示A），将底框
从下往上推，直至把手与构件1两侧接口平齐，接口放入垫片后左右把手拧紧将构件固定（图示B）。
