General Information
Thank you purchasing APWONE Electric Grain Mills Grinder. Please read
these instructions carefully for a thorough understanding of how the grinder
operates.
APWONE Electric Grain Mills Grinder is made of premium quality food
grade 304 stainless steel with durable construction, intelligent control. Grinding
powder fast, highly-efficient and easy operation. 350g, 500g, 750g, 1000g,
2000g capacity grinding machine can polish different volume materials in one
time, meets all your needs of an electric grinder. Long blade combine with horn
blade makes stereo grinding. Quickly smash all kinds of dehydrated food, coffee
beans, wheat, corn, sesame, soybean, fish feed, pepper etc. Also can be used to
smash small ore/stone, dry hay, pet feed and more.
Pay attention that all items smashing should be dry or dehydrated. This
grinder machine can’t be used for wets.

Product Usages
1. Open the top cover (Clockwise to close, counterclockwise to open).
2. Put the dry material into smashing body (according to different product
sizes and models).
3. Close the cover, tighten two buckles.
4. Adjust the red adjustment screw to tighten smashing body on base.
5. Plug in power, LCD display lighten.
6. Please adjust the working time 10-50 seconds / 1-5 minutes.
7. Please press the on/off button to start grinding.
8. Grinder will stop automatically when time is up.
9. Or you can also press the on/off button to stop it.
10. After grinding finished, please unplug the power first for safety.
11. Open the cover after machine stops working completely. Pour out the
powder. Clean up the powder stuck in the smashing body with the brush in
package.

How to clean grinder
1. Daily cleaning: Clean the residual powder with the included brush is ok.
2. Moderate cleaning: Scrub the machine and smashing body with a wringed
wet towel. Remember to use it again before all moisture is dry.
3. Deep cleaning: Wash the smashing body with a small amount of water.
Attention! Before washing, please tilt the smashing body to the maximum angle
(open side down). Do not allow any water entered engine! After washing, use a
dry clean dishcloth dry it soon. Only all moisture is dry then you can use the
grinder again.
4. Please notice that all cleaning work must be done after the power is turned
off.
How to replace the blade
Use a screwdriver to jam the buckle under
the blade, and then loosen the nut on the
blade counterclockwise with a wrench.
How to change the carbon brush
Please find the carbon brush port on both side of the
grinder.
Please rotate the nut counterclockwise with a slotted
screwdriver till the little carbon brush loose enough
to take out.
Put your new carbon brush into the port, and
tighten the nut clockwise.
Overload Protector Button ( Reset Button )
If air overload protection pops out due to abnormal
reasons during crushing, check and remove hidden
dangers first. Then plug in and press the protector,
wait for extra 5 minutes for grinder automatically
resetting.

Attention and Warnings
WET INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE DRIED FIRST BEFORE CRUSHED
PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS
1. Please check the product and all accessories first after removing the package.
Please contact APWONE Service Center if there’s anything wrong.
2. Make sure the voltage used is the same as the rated voltage on the nameplate
before use.
3. Children are prohibited from using it without supervision.
4. Be very careful when you remove the blade or clean the machine.
5. Materials shall not exceed 2/3 of the storage capacity in smashing body. It is
forbidden to be overfilled or over released.

6. Please pull out the plug first when not in use or cleaning. DO NOT wash the
machine directly with water. If you want to clean the smashing body, please clean
it with the wooden brush daily and wash it according to our instructions.
7. Please do not use the replacements parts which is not provided by us. If you
must, please buy and replace them in professional stores with the same type.
8. When cover is combined with smashing body, two buckles on both sides must
be tightened enough, otherwise there will be the risk of falling off.
9. Ordinary grain materials smashing only need 30 seconds, hard materials 60
seconds. Please hold a good smashing time for different materials. Suggest a
small volume once a time in a short time to testing the best smashing time.
10. To prevent overheating, the machine cannot work continuously for a long
time, working time shouldn’t exceed 500 seconds each time. Please waiting for a
whole cooling of engine before grinding again. Generally 10 minutes interval
time will be fine.
11. Grinder has overheating protection device, which will help to suspended
machine due to overheating. At this moment, please cut off the power till engine
cooling.
12. DO NOT turn on the timer switch when the cover is open. Remember do not
open the cover before power is off.
13. After long-term use, the carbon brush and blade will wear out and need to
be replaced.
14. Before smashing, please check whether the blade set screw is loose and
whether the blade rotates normally.
15. Do not let machine working without any items in it.
16. Do not use the machine in high temperature environment.
17. Do not use it outdoors, only for indoor use.
18. turn off and pull out the plug before replacing accessories or any other parts.
19. If any failure occurs, pull out the power plug / cut off power immediately. Do
not put the defective product in working state.
