Zorg dat de kabel van de buismotor nooit beschadigd! De aansluiting van de
buismotorkabel naar de besturingskast dient in een montagedoos te gebeuren en
afgeharst te zijn. Indien deze niet is afgeharst vervalt de garantie.

ATTENTION!
Ensure that the cable of the tube motor can never be damaged! The connection
between the tube motor cable and the control box must be made in a junction box and
be sealed with resin. Failure to seal it with resin voids the warranty.

Bepaal middels de schema’s
op pagina 29 de maatvoering
voor de flens.
Boorgaten overnemen
van motorflens.
Pinnetjes naar boven.
Gaten boren met boor ø 11.
Minimaal 80 mm diep.
tip! Een beetje vet aan de
binnenzijde van de wecoplug
aanbrengen voorkomt stroppen
van de bout door stof.
Vervolgens de bouten
goed aandraaien.
Eerst alle wecopluggen op de
bouten met neopreen-ringen
draaien, daarna kit
op de pakking aanbrengen.
Motorflens plaatsen en de
bouten doorslaan totdat deze
gelijk zitten met de flens.

FITTING THE MOTOR FLANGE
Refer to the diagrams on page 29
to determine the position of the
ange.
TIP! A bit of grease inside of the
WAKO plug prevents the entry of
dust that makes the bolts difcult
to turn.
Tighten the bolts securely.
Mark the drill holes for the motor
ange. Pins on top.
First thread the WAKO plugs onto
the bolts (with neoprene washers),
then apply sealant to the seal.
Drill holes with 11 mm bit.
At least 80 mm deep.
Position the motor ange and tap
the bolts until they are ush with
the ange.

Vervolgens de bouten
goed aandraaien.
Eerst alle wecopluggen op de
bouten met neopreen-ringen
draaien, daarna kit op de
pakking aanbrengen.
Monteer de lageras met bout
en selflockmoer.
Lagerflens plaatsen en de
bouten doorslaan totdat deze
gelijk zitten met de flens.
Neem maatvoering van de
motorflens over.
Boorgaten overnemen
van lagerflens.
Gaten boren met boor ø 11.
Minimaal 80 mm diep.

FITTING THE BEARING FLANGE

Mark the dimensions of the motor
ange.
TIP! A bit of grease inside of the
WAKO plug prevents the entry of
dust that makes the bolts difcult
to turn.
Tighten the bolts securely.
Mark the drill holes for the bearing
ange.
First thread the WAKO plugs onto
the bolts (with neoprene washers),
then apply sealant to the seal.
Attach the bearing shaft with bolt
and self-locking nut.
Drill holes with 11 mm bit.
At least 80 mm deep.
Position the bearing ange and
drive in the bolts until they are
ush with the ange.

Meet de afstand van
bovenzijde flens tot
badrand.
Snij de besturingskabel
niet los.
Laat de buis zakken over
het U-profiel.
Zaag de kabelgoot op maat
gemeten vanaf de zijde met
montagegaten.
Maar knip de kabel los.
Plaats de bout. Fixeer de bout met
de dichte moer.
De gezaagde kant braamvrij
maken i.v.m. beschadigen
kabel.
Schuif de buis over de
lageras.

FITTING WINDING TUBE
Do not cut the control cable loose
with a blade.
Slide the winding tube over the
U-prole.
Measure the distance from the
top of the ange to the edge of
the pool.
Cut the cable loose with wire
cutters.
Fit the bolt.
Saw the cable conduit to length,
measured from the end with the
mounting holes.
Slide the winding tube over the
bearing shaft.
Secure the bolt with the
crown nut.
Remove burrs from sawed-off end
to prevent damage to cable.

Teken de montagegaten af
en boor deze.
Schuif de kabelgoot achter
de staafjes van de flens.
Schroef de kabelgoot vast.
let op!
Dat het profiel goed tegen
de wand aansluit.
Indien nodig extra gaten
in het midden bijboren.
Monteer een electriciteitsbuis
om de kabel onder de
randsteen door te voeren
(om bij eventuele calamiteiten
de motor uit te wisselen).
Linten monteren op de
opwikkelbuis.
tip!
Monteer de eerste twee lamellen reeds aan de linten zodat deze automatisch boven komen.
Let op! er dient dan wel reeds een laagje water in het bad te staan.

Monteer een elektriciteitsbuis
om de kabel onder de
randsteen door te voeren
(om bij eventuele calamiteiten
de motor uit te wisselen).
Slide the cable conduit behind the
pins on the ange.
TIP!
Attach the rst two slats to the straps so they will oat to the top. Of course there must be at least some water in the
pool, otherwise the heat may cause the slats to deform.
Mark the mounting holes and drill
them.
Screw the cable conduit securely
in place.
Attach the straps to the winding
tube.
Install an electrical conduit through
which the cable can pass under
the coping (so the motor can be
replaced in the future if necessary).
ATTENTION!
Make sure the prole ts
ush against the wall.
If necessary, drill additional
holes along the length.

Doorvoer plaatsen en
gaten overnemen.
Neem middels de schema’s op
pagina 29 de maatvoering voor
de sparing.
Boor de sparing ø 35 mm. Controleer de maatvoering.
plaatsen van de wanddoorvoer
let op!
Indien de buis niet recht omhoog uit het bad gehaald
kan worden (b.v. nis of vast perron boven de afdekking)
monteer de flens dan zodanig dat de buis onder een hoek
van b.v. 45oaltijd uit het bad kan scharnieren.

Refer to the diagrams on page 29
to determine the position of the
recess.
Place the wall duct and mark the
holes.
Drill a 35 mm diameter recess. Check the dimensions.
ATTENTION!
If the tube cannot be lifted straight upward out of the pool (e.g. due
to a niche or xed platform above the cover), mount the ange so
the tube can be removed by swinging it out at an angle of, per
example, 45°.
