• Do not put any substances apart from coffee, sugar
and nto the cookng pot.
• Coffee Machne s desgned to operate at 4-37°C
80% relatve humdty.
• Do not drnk the Greek cooked coffee usng the
cookng pot.
• Due to the manufacturng technology, steam and
odour may arse n the heatng element of the
applance durng the ntal use. Ths s normal. They
wll dsappear after a few cycles.
• Do not move the applance when t s stll hot or when
there s lqud nsde the cookng pot.
• Avod contactng the hot surfaces. Hold the cookng
pot only by ts handle; otherwse there s the rsk of
burnng. Cookng pot gets hot durng cookng.
• The base (heatng surface) on whch the cookng pot
s placed gets hot durng operaton. Therefore, do not
touch ths area whle usng and untl the applance
gets cold.
• Ensure that the applance s swtched off before
movng t.

• For addtonal protecton, ths applance should be
connected to a household resdual current crcut
breaker of maxmum 30 mA.
• Connect the applance to a grounded outlet protected
by a 16 ampere fuse.
• Do not use t f the power cable or the applance tself
s damaged.
• Do not use the applance wth an extenson cord.
• Dry the seat of cookng pot before pluggng n the
applance and seatng the parts.
• Do not mmerse the applance, power cord, or power
plug n water or any other lquds.
• Do not touch the applance or ts plug wth damp or
wet hands.
• Poston the applance n such a way that the plug s
always accessble.
• Prevent damage to the power cable by not squeezng,
bendng, or rubbng t on sharp edges. Keep the power
cable away from hot surfaces and naked flame.

cord could be accdentally pulled or that someone

• Unplug the applance f any falure occurs.

the applance from the outlet and do not wrap ts
power cable around the applance.
• Your mans power supply should comply wth the
nformaton suppled on the ratng plate of the
applance.
• Do not use the applance n or near places where

resources (hob, grll, heater core, stove etc.).

(hob and etc.) apart from the applance.
• The applance s desgned to be used n homes, the
ktchens of the employees at offces, stores and other

hotels, motels and other accommodaton places. Ths
applance s not ft for professonal use.
• Do not use the applance for anythng other than ts
n tended use.
• Ths applance can only be used to cook coffee.
• Extreme cauton s advsed when beng used near
chldren and persons who are restrcted n ther
physcal, sensory or mental abltes.
• Ths applance may be used by chldren who are at
the age of 8 or over and the people whose physcal,

nexperenced or not knowledgeable about the

dsposal of the waste product
Ths product does not nclude harmful or prohbted materals spe-
cfed n the "Regulaton for Supervson of the Waste Electrc and
Electronc Applances" ssued by the Mnstry of Envronment and
Urbansaton. Ths product conforms to the WEEE regulaton. Ths
product has been manufactured from hgh qualty parts and mate-
rals whch are recyclable and re-usable. For ths reason, do not dspose of
ths product wth the domestc or other types of wastes at the end of ts ser-
vce lfe. Take t to a collecton pont whch s dedcated to recyclng of electrc
and electronc applances. Ask the local authorty n your area for these col-

1.3 Package nformaton
Package of the product s made of recyclable materals n accor-
dance wth our natonal legslaton. Do not dspose the package
waste wth the domestc wastes or other types of wastes, take
them to the collecton ponts whch are recommended by the local
authortes.
1.4 Plug Wrng
The moulded plug on ths applance ncorporates a 13 A fuse. Should the
fuse need to be replaced an ASTA approved BS1362 fuse of the same ra-
tng must be used. Do not forget to reft the fuse cover. In the event of
losng the fuse cover, the plug must not to be used untl a replacement
fuse cover has been ftted. Colour of the replacement fuse cover must be
the same colour as that vsble on the pn face of the plug Fuse covers are
avalabe from any good electrcal store.
• Fiting a different plug
•As the colours of the wres n the mans lead of ths applance may not
correspond wth the coloured markngs dentfyng the termnals on
your plug, proceed as follows:
•Brown cable = L (Lve)
•Blue cable = N (Neutral)

3 Use
3.1 Intal use

Read the whole user
manual before usng
the product.
1. Make sure that the applance
stands uprght on a balanced, flat,
clean, dry and non-skd surface.
2. Plug n the applance.
- The applance wll swtch on
automatcally.
3. Remove the water tank ld (1).
4. Fll the water pot wth water up
to the max. level. Dependng on
how you lke t, you can also fll
the water by dsplacng the wa-
ter tank completely as well.
– Repeat the same process after
the applance gves out a water
depleted alarm.
5. Ft the cookng pot n ts place
so that the pump and the wa-
ter system are flled wth water.
Press the coffee-makng button
for 1 servng. Once the water
pumpng process s complete,
press and hold the same button
for 3 seconds to end the process,
and dran the water n the coo-
kng pot.

1. Place the cookng pot (11) onto
ts seat (7).
2. Press the coffee-makng button
for 1 servng (3).
3. Once the water pumpng process
s complete, press and hold the
same button for 3 seconds to

end the process and pour the
water n the cookng pot nto
your cup.
4. If the water you have poured
nto your cup s too lttle or too
much, adjust the water amount
as follows.
5. To change the water amount,
take out the cookng pot from ts
seat. Press and hold the coffee-
makng button for two servngs
(4) for 3 seconds to enter the
water adjustment mode.

1. Put coffee and sugar for one,
two or three person(s) nto the
cookng pot (11).

sure that there are
no water drops un-
derneath the cook-
ing pot (11) when
preparing the cof-
fee. Otherwise, an
annoying noise will
arise when the water
drops get into contact
with the hot base.
2. Place the cookng pot (11) nto ts
seat.

WARNING: Fully
nsert the pot back
nto ts seat (7) and
n uprght poston.
Otherwse your pro-
duct wll not operate.
3. Press the start button for 1, 2 or
3 servng(s) accordng to the cof-
fee amount to start the coffee-
makng process.
– You wll hear a beep, ndcatng
that the process has started,
and the status lght (3, 4, 5) wll
lght n red.

3.3 Amounts

tastes.

suppled wth the Coffee Machne
to put coffee. Use fresh coffee
for a tasty and foamy coffee.

4.1.1 Descalng
To clean the stans (deposts) that
mght be observed n the coffee-
makng (cookng) pot n tme wt-
hout harmng the nner base surfa-
ce, pour one dessert spoon of ctrc
acd crystals to the coffee-makng
pot and pour bolng water on t, so
that water flls 1/3 of the pot. Wat
for 10 mnutes. At the end of the
watng process, you can rnse the
cookng pot (11) and use t agan.
4.2 Storage
• If you do not ntend to use the
applance for a long tme, store
t carefully.
• Please make sure that the app-
lance s unplugged, cooled and
totally dry.
• Store the applance n a cool and
dry place.
• Keep the applance out of the re-
ach of chldren.
