Now you should be able to see the exact position of the mounting plate occupied area to avoid the interference of the RAM heatsinks and mounting plate.

Installation of Accelero TWIN TURBO II
The flexible mounting plate of Accelero TWIN TURBO II is designed for fitting different GPU locations. Measure the distance between the center of the GPU and the edge of the card.The default mounting position (B) is for distance between 55 mm to 65 mm.Ax 8HeatsinksBx 1HeatsinksEx 1Heatsinks

If the cooler has to be installed a second time, we highly recommend using the MX-4 from ARCTIC. Only this compound guarantees optimal performance in combination with the surface of our heatsinks.
Thermal Compound
Remove the mounting plate from the VGA card and screw it back to the cooler.

Install the main cooler to the VGA card by fastening each screw alternately (screw A->D->B->C) with 2 to 3 clockwise rotations. Repeat until all 4 screws are tightened.
