1
1 Safety precaution
1.1 Installation
For electrical work, contact the dealer, seller, a qualified electrician, or an Authorized service
center.
Do not disassemble or repair the product by yourself.
Sharp edges could cause injury, be especially careful of the case edges and the fins on the
condenser and evaporator.
Be sure the installation area does not deteriorate with age.
Take care to ensure that power cable could not be pulled out or damaged during operation.
Do not place anything on the power cable.
Do not plug or unplug the power supply plug during operation.
Do not store or use flammable gas or combustible near the product.
When flammable gas leaks, turn off the gas and open a window for ventilation before turn the
product on.
If strange sounds, or small or smoke comes from product. Turn the breaker off or disconnect the
power supply cable as soon as possible.
When the product is soaked (flooded or submerged), contact an Authorized service center.
Be caution that water could not enter the product.
Turn the main power off when cleaning or maintaining the product.
When the product is not be used for a long time, disconnect the power supply plug or turn off the
breaker.
1.2 Caution
Always check for gas (refrigerant) leakage after installation or repair of product.
Install the drain hose to ensure that water is drained away properly.
Keep level even when installing the product.
Do not install the product where the noise or hot air for the outdoor could damage the
neighborhoods.
Use two or more people to lift and transport the product.
Do not install the product where it will be exposed to sea wind (salt spray) directly.
1.3 Operational
Do not expose the skin directly to cool air for long periods of time. (Do not sit in the draft). Do
not use the product for special purposes, such as preserving foods, works of art, etc. It is a
consumer air conditioner, not a precision refrigerant system.
Do not block the inlet or outlet of air flow.
Use a soft cloth to clean. Do not use harsh detergents, solvents, etc.
Do not touch the metal parts of the product when removing the air filter. They are very sharp.
Do not step on pr put anything on the product.
Always insert the filter securely. Clean the filter every two weeks or more often if necessary.
Do not insert hands or other object through air inlet or outlet while the product is
operated.
Do
not drink the water drained from the product.

Replace the all batteries in the remote control with new ones of the same type. Do not mix old and
mew batteries or different types of batteries.
Do not recharge or disassemble the batteries. Do not dispose of batteries in a fire.
If the liquid from the batteries gets onto your skin or clothes, wash it well with clean water. Do not
use the remote of the batteries have leaked.
1.4 Attention
For effective cooling functions, please ensure that the following steps are undertaken:
Extend the exhaust hose to a length of not more than 400mm.
The exhaust hose must be kept parallel and must not be bent
up or down.
A distance of 500mm minimum must kept between the
filter side of the unit.

4 CONTROL PANEL & DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION
4.1 POWER KEY
4.2 FUNCTION (Cooling)
When the unit is off, press one time to enter cooling mode; one more press will turn off the
unit.(Please operate with remote control to select dehumidifying and fan function.)
4.3 REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTION
Instruction for the operating keys:
When a remote control signal is transmitted, the corresponding icon on the display flashes
once, and indicates that the signal has been transmitted.

1. Transmission window

3. mode select key:
Select from among the three functions: cooling, dehumidifying and Fan. The fast key
function indicates the above operating modes in a cycle when the key is pressed without
being released. However, the transmission icon will not appear until the key is released and
the confirmed mode is transmitted.
4. Temperature adjusting key:
The setting temperature increases or decreases by 1℃each press of the key. If you keep
pressing the key without release, the setting temperature increases or decreases continuously.
5. Power key:
When this key is pressed, the previous setting (temperature, speed, direction of airflow,
sleep) which has been memorized in the remote control will be transmitted to the unit and
then the unit operates correspondingly. Press the key is again to turn off the unit..
6. ECO key
When this key is pressed, the unit activates the ECO function and change to low fan speed.
(1) Press “ECO” key to set the eco function and press again to cancel the previous setting.
(2) ECO function in the cooling mode: after setting, the temperature will increase 1℃
automatically every half an hour, and at most increase 2℃after two hours. Then it keeps the
temperature without further changes.
ECO function in the heating mode: after setting, the temperature will decrease 1℃
automatically every hour, and at most decrease 2℃after two hours. Then it keeps the
temperature without further changes.
(3) When cutting power off, the ECO function setting will be cancelled automatically.
(4) When you turn off the unit, ECO function setting will be cancelled automatically.
7. Timer key:
TIMER-ON:Set the timer to turn on the unit automatically after the time counts down.
1. Press the "TIMER" key at stand-by mode to set the time you desired.
2. Once the setting time comes to an end, the unit will turn on automatically.
3. Press "POWER" key before time counts down, the unit turns on and cancels the timer.
TIMER-OFF: Set the timer to turn off the unit automatically after the time counts down.
1. Press the "TIMER" key while operating to set the time you desired.
2. Once the setting time comes to an end, the unit will turn off automatically.
3. Press "POWER" key before time counts down, the unit turns off and cancels the timer.

7 Unit Disassembly sequence
7.1 Step1 Casing Disassembly
The air filters located on the rear of the unit can be removed simply by pulling the filter frame
slightly out and then across to the side.
disassemble hot and cool air filter then unscrew the casing of

Disassembly steps for water motor :
please dismantle the screws of condensor,slide up the partition panel.and then slow take out the
condensor from the left hand side.From there, you can see the water motor.Caution, please be
note that in order to avoid any water split by water wheel, you should uphold the condensor
screws

10.1 Function
10.1.1 With Cooling, dehumidifying and Fan mode。
10.1.2 With Auto switch on, off and green energy-saving mode function。

10.3 Controller Structure
The control systems are consist of remote control, internal control display and internal main PCB
board. While for internal PCB board output systems are consists of upper fan system (TURBO,
high, medium and low) , and lower fan system (TURBO, high), ( four-way-valve or two-way-
valve/pumping motors - reserved functions) compressor, step motor
10.4 Sensor Definitions
TA: Temperature of ambient, (T1).
TS: Setting temperature, (T2).
10.5 Mode
10.5.1 Cooling
10.5.1.1 In cooling mode，set point temperature 17～30℃
10.5.1.2 cooling mode compressor working condition:
A: Under the condition of T1≥T +1℃(2°F), cooling running, compressor will be running

B: Under the condition of T1≤T -1℃,the unit will be switched off, compressor will be off too
C: Under the condition of T1≤T -1℃,the compressor and internal motor system will be
switching back to the original setting
10.5.1.3Cooling mode, the inner motor can be set high, middle, low fan speed。
10.5.1.4 Cooling mode: The state of outer motor
A：when compressor is working, the outer motor is running accordingly. When compressor stop,
the outer motor stop。
10.5.2 Dehumidification mode (DH display)
10.5.2.1 Dehumidification mode, when the unit is enter into this mode, the setting temperature is
equal to the indoor temperature, then switch back the setting temperature. The upper motor
is keeping on the low fan speed mode without setting allowance while lower fan is running
along with the compressor. When the cycling is done then move to the next stage. But
reminder is the compressor needs 3.5 min for the restarting
A．When T1-T2≥+2℃, both compressor and lower fan running for 6 min and stops for 4 min
B．When +2℃＞T1-T2≥0℃,both compressor and lower fan running for 5 min and stops for 5
min
C．When 0℃＞T1-T2≥-2℃,both compressor and lower fan running for 4 min and stops for 6
min
D.When -2℃＞T1-T2,both compressor and lower fan will be off
10.5.3 Fan speed mode
10.5.3.1 During the fan speed mode both compressor and lower fan will be off but upper fan is
working can be adjusted with fan speed
10.6 Eco
10.6.1 To set the ECO mode under the cooling setting, After one hour, the temperature will be increased by 1
℃, continually, the temperature will be rise up to 2℃after the 2 hours operation. Apart from this, the
temperature will not be rise up anymore.
10.6.2 It is confirmed that there is no eco mode function during the dehumidification function
10.6.3 Under this eco mode, the fan speed remained as low speed and adjustable.
10.7 Timer Setting

10.7.1 Timer setting can be set 1-24 hours
10.7.2 During the unit operation, you can set numbers of hours. The unit will be auto switch off .
If the unit is under the off mode, then the pre-setting is for on-operation and can be re-set for different
mode
10.8 other controls
10.8.1 Water pump operation cycles
10.8.1.1 Under the cooling and dehumidifying mode, compressor will operating, then if the compressor off
then the water pump will be off too.
10.8.2 water full protection functions with indicator (4 times at 8 seconds)
When the water full function is on for 5 seconds then the unit will be proceeding to the water full
protection mode and the unit operation will off. With the following of beep soudns to remind the
user to stop all the functions listed on the unit,( indicator 8 seconds within 4 times) If the water
full function is clear then user can be allowed to turn on the unit
10.9 Compressor delay protection
10.9.1 When the unit is in operation, compressor need 3 min and 30s for starting
10.9.2 When compressor is off and restart again, restarting period is 3 min and 30s
10.10 SENSOR ERRORS
10.10.1 Indoor temperature sensor errors ( plastic type sensor)
If there is T1 error appear under the switch on mode then please turn off the unit and
indicator will flash for 8 seconds per time
10.11 STEP MOTOR
Winding step motors
1.10.1 Power on first time, the step motor will be proceeding to 110 degree in close setting
1.10.2 For every turn off setting, the step motor will be proceeding to 110 degree in close
setting
1.10.3 For every turn on setting, the step motor will be working for 8 seconds and keep the
upper & lower motor to be working to maintain the low noise
1.10.4 For every turn on setting, the step motor will be proceeding to 110 degree and its
winding will be kept on proceeding according to the position
