1. 打開包裝
Remove the washer-dryer from its packaging.
2. 檢查本機有無破損，如果您有任何疑問，請先不要使用，並
立刻與合格的技術人員聯絡
Make sure that the washer-dryer has not been damaged
during the transportation process. If it has been damaged,
contact the retailer and do not proceed any further with the
installation process.

!This instruction manual should be kept in a safe place for
future reference. If the washer-dryer is sold, transferred or
moved, make sure that the instruction manual remains with
the machine so that the new owner is able to familiarise
himself/herself with its operation and features.

information relating to the safe installation and operation of
the appliance.

Keep all the parts in a safe place: you will need them again
if the washer-dryer needs to be moved to another location.

Remove the 4 protective screws
(used during transportation) and
the rubber washer with the
corresponding spacer, located
on the rear part of the appliance
(see figure).
定位 Levelling

Your machine may make a considerable amount of noise if
the two front feet have not been adjusted correctly.
1.在平坦的硬地板上安裝本機。

Install the washer-dryer on a flat
sturdy floor, without resting it up
against walls, furniture cabinets
or anything else.

Connect the inlet hose by
screwing it to a cold water tap
using a 3/4 gas threaded
connection (see figure).
Before performing the
connection, allow the water to
run freely until it is perfectly
clear.

Connect the inlet hose to the
washer-dryer by screwing it
onto the corresponding water
inlet of the appliance, which is
situated on the top right-hand
side of the rear part of the
appliance (see figure).
3. 確認軟管無泄漏或扭結。
Make sure that the hose is not folded over or bent.
!

嚴禁駁接加長軟管。如果軟管太短，又不希望移動水龍頭，
則必須購買加長的新專用軟管。
If the inlet hose is not long enough, contact a specialized
shop or an authorized technician.
更換全新洗衣機時，不要使用二手或舊喉管，應使用跟機配
備的全新喉管。
Never use second-hand or old inlet hoses; use the
products supplied with the machine.

The water pressure at the tap must fall within the
range of value indicated in the Technical data table. (see
next page)
2.通過左右旋轉可調節機腳，使本機水平放置。本機工作面的
坡度不能超過 2 度。
If the floor is not perfectly level, compensate for any
unevenness by tightening or loosening the adjustable front
feet (see figure); the angle of inclination, measured in
relation to the worktop, must not exceed 2°.
如本機安放在鋪有地毯的地方，本機底部與地板之間必須留有
足夠的通風空隙。
Levelling the machine correctly will provide it with stability,
help to avoid vibrations and excessive noise and prevent it
from shifting while it is operating. If it is placed on carpet or a
rug, adjust the feet in such a way as to allow a sufficient
ventilation space underneath the washer-dryer.

Once the appliance has been installed, and before you use it
for the first time, run a wash cycle with detergent and
no laundry, using the programme Auto Clean (page 3).

Turn off the water tap after every wash cycle. This will limit
wear on the hydraulic system inside the washer-dryer and
help to prevent leaks.

Unplug the washer-dryer when cleaning it and during all
maintenance work.
清潔機身 Cleaning the washer-dryer
用溫皂水將機身外殼和橡膠部件擦拭乾淨，用清水洗滌並用

The outer parts and rubber components of the appliance
can be cleaned using a soft cloth soaked in lukewarm soapy
water. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
注意:不要使用甲基性酒精、溶劑或剝蝕性物質擦拭機身。
本機設有內部”自動清潔”設定，進行此程序時，必須將洗衣桶
內所有衣物移走。
進行此程序時，可酌量加上洗衣劑(份量約是清洗輕微污漬衣

The washer-dryer has a “Auto Clean” programme for its
internal parts that must be run with no load in the drum.
To help the wash cycle you may want to use either the
detergent (i.e. a quantity 10% the quantity specified for
lightly-soiled garments) or special additives to clean the
washer-dryer. We recommend running a cleaning
programme every 40 wash cycles.
祇須按下 A約5秒(見圖)。此程序進行約 70 分鐘。
如須停止，按下開始/暫停掣。
To start the programme press button A for 5 seconds (see
figure). The programme will start automatically and will run for
70 minutes. To stop the cycle press the START/PAUSE
button.
檢查入水喉
Checking the water inlet hose
應每年檢查膠喉一次，如有損壞，立刻更換。當運用本機時，
水壓會很強，裂了的水管可能會爆開。
Check the inlet hose at least once a year. If there are any
cracks, it should be replaced immediately: during the wash
cycles, water pressure is very strong and a cracked hose
could easily split open.
注意︰切勿使用舊有或曾用過的喉管。
！Never use second-hand hoses.

Remove the dispenser by
raising it and pulling it out (see
figure).
Wash it under running water;
this operation should be
repeated frequently.

The outer parts and rubber components of the appliance can be cleaned using a soft cloth soaked in lukewarm soapy water. Do not

clockwise: a little water may
trickle out. This is perfectly

reposition the panel, making sure the hooks are securely in
place before you push it onto the appliance.

Caring for the door and drum of your appliance

Always leave the porthole door ajar in order to prevent
unpleasant odours from forming.
清理排水過濾器 Cleaning the pump

The washer-dryer is fitted with a self-cleaning pump which
does not require any maintenance. Sometimes, small items
(such as coins or buttons) may fall into the pre-chamber which
protects the pump, situated in its bottom part.
！Make sure the wash cycle has finished and unplug the
appliance.

accordance with international safety regulations. The following
information is provided for safety reasons and must therefore
be read carefully.

Items that have been soiled with substances such as
cooking oil, acetone, alcohol, petrol, kerosene, spot
removers, turpentine, waxes and wax removers should be
washed in hot water with an extra amount of detergent
before being dried in the tumble dryer.
-切勿將乳膠製品、發泡膠、浴帽、防水物料、附有膠墊的坐
墊、尿片褲或防漏床單和膠套等放入乾衣機進行乾衣程序。
Items such as foam rubber (latex foam), shower caps,
waterproof textiles, rubber backed articles and clothes or
pillows fitted with foam rubber pads should not be dried in
the tumble dryer.

Fabric softeners, or similar products, should be used as
specified by the fabric softener instruction.
- 每次乾衣程序完結前，會進入冷降期以調節熱度，確保衣物

The final part of a tumble dryer cycle occurs without heat
(cool down cycle) to ensure that the items are left at a
temperature that ensures that the items will not be
damaged.

This appliance was designed for domestic use only.

Do not touch the machine when barefoot or with wet or
damp hands or feet.

Never force the porthole door. This could damage the safety
lock mechanism designed to prevent accidental opening.

If the appliance breaks down, do not under any circumstances
access the internal mechanisms in an attempt to repair it
yourself.




Disposing of the packaging materials: observe local
regulations so that the packaging may be re-used.
本機標有註明符合歐洲關於廢舊電器和電子設備的2012/19/EU
規定。正確處置舊產品，有效减少對環境破壞和人類健康所導致

The European Directive 2012/19/EU - WEEE on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment, requires that old
household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the
normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances
must be collected separately in order to optimise the
recovery and recycling of the materials they contain and
reduce the impact on human health and the environment.
The crossed out wheeled bin symbol on the product
reminds you of your obligation, that when you dispose of
the appliance it must be separately collected.
Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for
information concerning the correct disposal of their old
appliance.

In the event that it is not possible to open the porthole door
due to a powercut, and if you wish to remove the laundry,
proceed as follows:
1. 將插頭從插座上拔出，確保已關掉
洗衣機電源。
Remove the plug from the
electricity socket;
2. 注意洗衣機內的水位是否在門膠圈
下，若水位在門膠圈上，請預備一
個盛水用的桶子，將排水管放下把
水排出洗衣機，直至水位低於門膠
圈下。
Make sure that the water level
inside the machine is lower than
the door opening; if it is not,
remove excess water using the
drain hose, collecting it in a
bucket as indicated in the figure;
3. 用螺絲批鬆開機前下部的擋板。(見
圖)

of the washer-dryer (see figure).
4. 按圖示將硬膠片向外拉出後，輕輕向下拉動，聽到”格”聲，表

pull outwards using the tab as indicated in the figure, until
the plastic tie-rod is freed from its stop position; pull
downwards and open the door at the same time.
5. 將檔板裝回前，確保硬膠片放回原位。如果仍然不能將機門
打開，請重覆以上步驟。
Reposition the panel, making sure the hooks are securely in
place before you push it onto the appliance.

press this briefly to switch the machine on or off. The START/
PAUSE indicator light which flashes slowly in a green colour
shows that the machine is switched on. To switch off the
washer-dryer during the wash cycle, press and hold the button
for approximately 3 seconds; if the button is pressed briefly or
accidentally the machine will not switch off.
If the machine is switched off during a wash cycle, this wash
cycle will be cancelled.

light will remain lit in a fixed manner. To pause the wash cycle,
press the button again; the indicator light will flash in an amber
colour. If the symbol is not illuminated, the door may be
opened. To start the wash cycle from the point at which it was
interrupted, press the button again.

illuminated, the control panel is locked. This means it is
possible to prevent wash cycles from being modified
accidentally, especially where there are children in the home.
To deactivate the control panel lock, press and hold the button

drying relative to the selected programme or the most recently selected ones, if compatible with the selected programme.

How to run a wash cycle or a drying cycle
1. 開啟本機 SWITCH THE MACHINE ON
按下開關 掣，開始/暫停掣指示燈會以綠色燈號緩緩閃
動。
Press the button; the START/PAUSE indicator light will
flash slowly in a green colour.
2. 放置衣物 LOAD THE LAUNDRY
將預備清洗衣物置入洗衣桶內，關閉機門。衣物量應根據
程序表所示，切勿放置過量衣物，否則將影響洗衣效果及
機件，參考第 7 頁洗衣程序表。
Open the porthole door. Load the laundry, making sure you
do not exceed the maximum load value indicated in the
table of programmes and wash cycles on the following
page.
3. 加入洗滌劑 MEASURE OUT THE DETERGENT
拉出洗衣劑投放盒，倒入適量洗滌劑。
Pull out the detergent dispenser drawer and pour the
detergent into the relevant compartments as described in.
4. 關上機門 CLOSE THE DOOR。
5. 選擇洗衣程序 SELECT THE WASH CYCLE
旋動洗衣程序選擇旋鈕調至所需程序。每項洗衣程序均已
設定所須轉速及水溫，可按須要作調整。洗衣時間會展示
於顯示屏上。
Use the WASH CYCLE SELECTOR knob to select the
desired wash cycle. A temperature and spin speed is set for
each wash cycle; these values may be adjusted. The
duration of the cycle will appear on the display.
6. 自訂洗衣程序 CUSTOMISE THE WASH CYCLE
按相關程序掣設定 Use the relevant buttons︰
設置轉速或水溫。每當選定所需程序時，轉速及水溫已被
設定至程序所須的最高值，可按下 以逐次遞減溫度，至
OFF 字樣出現。
可按下 以遞減洗衣轉速，至 OFF 字樣出現，即該洗衣
程序已設定為免旋操作。如繼續按下此掣，會重回該程序
的最高值。
Modify the temperature and/or spin speed. The
machine automatically displays the maximum temperature
and spin speed values set for the selected cycle, or the
most recently-used settings if they are compatible with the
selected cycle. The temperature can be decreased by
pressing the button, until the cold wash “OFF” setting is
reached. The spin speed may be progressively reduced by
pressing the button, until it is completely excluded
(the “OFF” setting). If these buttons are pressed again, the
maximum values are restored.
!注意︰如選用程序 4 時，溫度可提升至 90℃。
!Exception: if the 4 programme is selected, the
temperature can be increased up to a value of 90°C.

The first time the button is pressed, the machine will
automatically select the maximum drying cycle which is
compatible with the selected wash cycle. Subsequent
presses will decrease the drying level and then the drying
time, until the cycle is excluded completely (“OFF”).

suitable for garments which need to be dried completely,
such as sponges and bathrobes.
B- 以分鐘設定︰由 30 分鐘開始，最高 180 分鐘
Based on a set time period: between 30 and 180 mins.
如須洗衣連乾衣的衣物量超過上述時間表，先進行洗衣程
序，完成後，將衣物分批再次放入機內。然後按下列“僅供
乾衣”指示完成分批乾衣程序。

If your laundry load to be washed and dried is much greater
than the maximum stated load, perform the wash cycle, and
when the cycle is complete, divide the garments into groups
and put some of them back in the drum. At this point, follow
the instructions provided for a “Drying only” cycle. Repeat
this procedure for the remainder of the load. A cooling-down
period is always added to the end of each drying cycle.

可根據衣物纖維種類，旋動乾衣程序選擇掣 至乾衣程序

Use the cycle selector knob to select a drying cycle
(12-13-14) in accordance with the type of fabric. The desired
drying level or time may also be set using the DRYING
button .
選擇棉質洗衣程序後，同時選取 Eco 功能可獲得更佳節能效
果。A2 乾衣程度展示於顯示屏上。
Selecting the cotton drying cycle through the programme
selector knob and pressing the “Eco” button activates an
automatic drying cycle that allows for saving energy, thanks
to an optimal combination of air temperature and cycle
duration; the display will visualise the “A2” dryness level.
設置洗衣潔淨程度選擇 Set the desired wash intensity
洗衣潔淨程度 選擇，提供不同級別洗衣潔淨度選項，以
衣物污漬情況選擇所須潔淨程度。

Option makes it possible to optimise washing based on
the level of soil in the fabrics and on desired wash cycle
intensity.
Select the wash programme: the cycle will be automatically
set to “Normal” as optimised for garments with an average
level of soil (this setting is not applicable to the “Wool” cycle,
which is automatically set to “Delicate”).
如洗滌較頑固污漬，按下此掣 直至顯示為 Intensive 加
強。為移除較頑固污漬，系統設定此功能會以較大量清水及
洗衣桶加強轉動，以增強洗衣效能。
For heavily-soiled garments press button until the
“Intensive” level is reached. This level ensures a high-
performance wash due to a larger quantity of water used
in the initial phase of the cycle and due to increased drum
rotation. It is useful when removing the most stubborn stains.
此功能可按須要加入漂白水。如須漂白衣物，須將洗滌盒子
4 置入洗滌盒子 1 內，然後將漂白水倒入盒子 4 內。注意倒
入的漂白水不能超過 max 字樣。(見第 8 頁)
It can be used with or without bleach. If you desire
bleaching, insert the extra tray compartment (4) into
compartment 1. When pouring in the bleach, be careful not to
exceed the “max” level marked on the central pivot.
洗滌較輕微污漬或細緻衣物時，按下此掣 直至顯示為
Delicate 輕柔。系統設定將洗衣桶以較低轉速運行，從而保
護細緻衣物，同時亦能達至洗衣潔淨效能。
For lightly-soiled garments or a more delicate treatment of
the fabrics, press button until the “Delicate” level is
reached. The cycle will reduce drum rotation to ensure
washing results that are perfect for delicate garments.

調校洗衣設定 Modify the cycle settings
•按下相關功能掣，對應指示燈會亮起。
Press the button to enable the option; the indicator light
corresponding to the button will switch on.
•再次按下相關功能掣，對應指示燈會熄滅。
Press the button again to disable the option; the
indicator light will switch off.
!如所選功能不適用於選取的洗衣程序時，對應指示燈會
閃動，表示所選功能未能啟動。
If the selected option is not compatible with the set wash
cycle, the indicator light will flash and the option will not be
activated.

If the selected option is not compatible with a previously
selected one, the indicator light corresponding to the first
function selected will flash and only the second option will

The options may affect the recommended load value
and/or the duration of the cycle.
7. 洗滌程序運作 START THE WASH CYCLE
按下開始/暫停掣，對應指示燈會持續以綠色亮起，表示洗
滌程序開始運作，門鎖指示燈 亮起。
如須在洗衣程序進行中取消或變更，按下開始/暫停掣，指
示燈會以燈色亮起並閃動。再重新選擇所須程序，並再次
按下開始/暫停掣啓動程序。
如須於洗衣程序進行中打開機門，按下開始/暫停掣，門鎖
指示燈 熄滅，即機門可開啟。再次按下開始/暫停
掣，洗衣程序會繼續進行。
Press the START/PAUSE button. The corresponding
indicator light will turn green, remaining lit in a fixed manner,
and the door will be locked (the DOOR LOCKED symbol
will be lit). To change a wash cycle while it is in progress,
pause the washer-dryer using the START/PAUSE button
(the START/PAUSE indicator light will flash slowly in an
amber colour); then select the desired cycle and press the
START/PAUSE button again. To open the door while a cycle
is in progress, press the START/PAUSE button; if the DOOR
LOCKED symbol is switched off the door may be
opened. Press the START/PAUSE button again to restart
the wash cycle from the point at which it was interrupted.
8. 洗衣程序完結 THE END OF THE WASH CYCLE
程序結束時，顯示屏會展示 END 字樣，門鎖燈 熄滅，
表示機門可以打開。取出洗畢衣物後，打開機門通風及隨
即關閉電源掣和水龍頭。
This will be indicated by the text “END” on the display;
when the DOOR LOCKED symbol switches off the door
may be opened. Open the door, unload the laundry and
switch off the machine.
!如須取消進行中的洗衣程序，持續按下電源掣 ，持此舉會
停止洗衣程序操作，洗衣機停止運作及關機。
If you wish to cancel a cycle which has already begun, press
and hold the button. The cycle will be stopped and the
machine will switch off.

By selecting the drying function as well, an automatic drying cycle automatically activates at the end of the wash cycle – it too allows for saving
energy, thanks to the optimal combination of air temperature and cycle duration.

選取洗衣程序後，重覆按下此掣以選取所須延遲開機時間。此程式設定後，對應燈會亮起，可按下以逐次遞減洗衣轉速，至 OFF 字樣出

To set a delayed start for the selected cycle, press the corresponding button repeatedly until the required delay period has been reached.
When this option is enabled, the corresponding indicator light will remain lit. To remove the delayed start setting, press the button until the

洗滌提示 Special wash cycles
除漬︰程序 1 適用於污漬較多及不易褪色衣物。使用此程序時，
應洗濯同色系衣物，及建議使用洗衣粉清洗衣物。如有頑固污
漬，可預先使用除漬劑處理污漬後再置於機內進行清洗。
Anti stain : the programme 1 is suitable to heavily-soiled
garments with resistant colours. It ensures a washing class that
is higher than the standard class (A class). When running the
programme, do not mix garments of different colours. We
recommend the use of powder detergent. Pre-treatment with
special additives is recommended if there are obstinate stains.
白色衣物︰程序 2 專為白色衣物而設，令白色衣物保持潔白，亮
麗持久。使用洗衣粉洗濯能獲得更佳效果。
Whites : use this cycle 2 to wash white clothes. The
programme is designed to maintain the brightness of white
clothes over time. Use powder detergent for best results.
如已選用乾衣功能，則於完成洗衣後進入乾衣程序。系統設計及
結合乾衣模式，避免衣物因晾晒時接觸陽光而變黃，保持潔白。
If the drying function is selected, a drying cycle automatically
activates at the end of the wash cycle that resembles open-air
drying, with the added advantages of preserving garments from
yellowing due to sunlight exposure and preventing loss of
whiteness caused by the possible presence of dust in the air.
Drying cycles can only be selected on a level basis.
抗敏 : 程序 7 能去除主要過敏源，如花粉、蟎、貓狗毛髮等。
Anti Allergy : use programme 7 to remove major allergens
such as pollen, mites, cat’s and dog’s hair.
羊毛衣物︰本機的羊毛衣物程序，已獲得 The Woolmark

Wool: the wool wash cycle of this Ariston machine has been
tested and approved by The Woolmark Company for washing
wool garments labelled as hand washable provided that the
garments are washed according to the instructions on the
garment label and those issued by the manufacturer of this
washing machine.

washing and placing small items into the special bag for
washing delicates. Use liquid detergent on delicate garments
for best results.

When selecting an exclusively time-based drying function, a
drying cycle is performed at the end of the wash cycle that is
particularly delicate, thanks to light handling and appropriate

亦會對環境造成損害。
Successful washing results also depend on the correct dose
of detergent: adding too much detergent will not necessarily
result in a more efficient wash, and may in fact cause build up
on the inside of your appliance and contribute to
environmental pollution.
!建議洗濯白色棉質衣物、預洗時使用洗衣粉及 60℃清洗。
Use powder detergent for white cotton garments, for
prewashing, and for washing at temperatures over 60℃.

衣物上面一般都有洗滌標誌(它們將告訴您應該採用乾洗、手洗或機洗)，上面標有洗滌温度，說明應該如何熨燙等等。
Read Labels
Items of clothing and household linen all have labels indicting how they should be washed (dry clean, washing machine, hand
wash), what temperature to use and if and how to iron.
注意:
1. 使用過多洗滌劑會引致洗衣時間延長、影響脫水效果令衣
物較濕及損壞機件。
2. 避免洗滌劑與其他清潔消毒用品(如:彩漂、滴露…)混合使
用，以免因不同化學製品混合而產生過多泡沫。
3. 洗滌劑與柔順劑之用量必須跟據包裝上的標籤指示。
如須洗滌絲質衣物及窗簾，設定程序9及Delicate level 功
能。
To wash silk garments and curtains select the cycle 9 and
set the Delicate level from option .
極速洗衣連乾衣使用程序 11 可於短至約 45 分鐘，洗濯及烘乾
1 公斤污漬較少棉質及合成纖維衣物，貼身衣物，可保持衣物外
型及亮麗。
洗衣前先處理衣領、袖口及污漬。
Wash&Dry select programme 11 for washing and
drying lightly soiled garments (Cotton and Synthetic) in a
short time. This cycle may be used to wash and dry a
laundry laod of up to 1kg in just 45 minutes.
To achieve optimum results, use liquid detergent and pretreat
cuffs, collars and stains.
衣物平衡系統 Load balancing system
本機配有電子負荷平衡控制系統，在脫水程序進行前，該系統
會先將洗衣桶內的衣物盡量均勻地分佈。若系統發覺桶內衣物
未能均勻地分佈時，系統會把脫水速度降低。這可減少脫水時
機器高速旋轉所產生的震動而損壞機件。為獲得最佳洗滌效
果，建議將不同大小的衣物混合洗滌，並將其均勻擺放。但一
次不要洗滌過多毛織物。
Before every spin cycle, to avoid excessive vibrations before
every spin and to distribute the load in a uniform manner,
the drum rotates continuously at a speed which is slightly
greater than the washing rotation speed. If, after several
attempts, the load is not balanced correctly, the machine
spins at a reduced spin speed. If the load is
excessively unbalanced, the washer-dryer performs the
distribution process instead of spinning.
To encourage improved load distribution and balance, we
recommend small and large garments are mixed in the load.

排水和脫水故障  所選程序沒有排水功能或不脫水功能。
 水軟管被壓扁扭結。
 排水過濾器堵塞。
脫水時震動過大  安裝時是否使脫水桶保持平衡。搬運用螺絲釘和包裝材料是否取下。
 洗衣機是否平衡安放，衣物放置不平均，可能洗衣桶內衣物太少。
 是否夾於家具和牆壁之間。地面不夠平穩。
漏水  檢查進水軟管緊固件是否有滲漏。
 洗滌劑投放盒是否堵塞。
 排水軟管已損壞。
 使用過多或不合適的洗衣劑(產生過多泡沫) 。
洗衣功能及開始/暫停顯示燈異常閃
動，及顯示屏上顯示錯誤字樣，如
F-01, F-..
 關掉洗衣機，將電源插頭拔下。待 1分鐘後再重新啓動，如情況未有改善，請即與維修中
心聯絡。
泡沫過多  洗滌劑是否適用於洗衣機？ 檢查洗滌劑盒上的標籤是「適合機洗」或「適合手洗」，或其
他相關語句。
 使用份量是否正確？ 過量的洗滌劑會造成太多泡沬，這並不保證衣物可以更乾淨。而且
這樣可能會引致洗衣機內的機件損壞。
乾衣程序不能進行  本機未插上電源插頭或接觸不良。
 供電不正常。
 機門仍未關好。
 已設定延遲操作程序。
 乾衣程序設定於 OFF 位置。
！ 如進行了上述檢查後，仍不能確定或排除故障，請先關閉水龍頭及電源並即與愛朗維修中心聯系。
聯絡維修中心前：
 儘量自行解決問題(請參閱”疑難解答”指示)。
 重新啟動洗衣程序，檢查問題是否已解決。
 如洗衣機仍不正常操作，請致電維修中心。
！ 要得到認許的技術人員協助及使用原廠配件。
並且提供以下資料︰
 故障種類
 洗衣機型號（Mod...）
 洗衣機編號或保修卡上的號碼（S/N...）

Before calling for Assistance:
 Check whether you can solve the problem alone;
 Restart the wash cycle to check whether the problem has been solved;
 If this is not the case, contact an authorized Technical Assistance Centre.
!Always request the assistance of authorized technicians.
Have the following information ready:
 the type of problem;
 the appliance model (Mod.);
 the serial number (S/N).
This information can be found on the appliance data plate applied to the rear of the washer-dryer, and can also be found on the front
of the appliance by opening the door.
Your washing machine could fail to work. Before contacting the Technical Assistance Centre (see “Assistance”), make sure that the
problem cannot be not solved easily using the following list.

The washer-dryer does not switch
on.
 The appliance is not plugged into the socket fully, or not enough to make contact.
 There is no power in the house.
The wash cycle does not start.  The washer-dryer door is not closed properly.
 The ON/OFF button has not been pressed.
 The START/PAUSE button has not been pressed.
 The water tap has not been opened.
 A delayed start has been set (see page 7).

 The water inlet hose is not connected to the tap.

 There is no water supply in the house.

 The drain hose is not fitted at a height between 65 and 100cm from the floor (see page 2).
 The free end of the hose is under water (see page 2).
 The wall drainage system is not fitted with a breather pipe.
If the problem persists even after these checks, turn off the water tap, switch the appliance
off and contact the Technical Assistance Service. If the dwelling is on one of the upper floors
of a building, there may be problems relating to water drainage, causing the washer-dryer to
fill with water and drain continuously. Special anti-draining valves are available in shops and
help to prevent this inconvenience.
The washe

 The wash cycle does not include draining: some cycles require the draining process to be
enabled manually.
 The drain hose is bent (see page 2).
 The drainage duct is clogged.

vibrates a lot
during the spin cycle.
 The drum was not unlocked correctly during installation (see page 1).
 The washer-dryer is not level (see page 1).
 The washer-dryer is trapped between cabinets and walls (see page 1).

 The detergent dispenser drawer is blocked (for cleaning instructions, see page 12).

The “option” and START/PAUSE

(e.g, F-01m F0..).
 Switch off the machine and unplug it, wait for approximately 1 minute and then switch it
back on again.
If the problem persists, contract the Technical Assistance Service.
There is too much foam.  The detergent is not suitable for machine washing (it should display the text “for washing
machine” or “hand and machine wash”, or the like).
 Too much detergent was used.


-dryer does not dry.  The appliance is not plugged into the socket, or not enough to make contact.
 There has been a power failure.
 The appliance door is not shut properly.
