AR 586 EPILATOR
Thank you for having selected the Arzum branded epilator. We wish this product
to make life easier for you, as with other products we offered to you.
Arzum Teeny Rechargeable Epilator is offered for you with depilation head,
transparent protective cap for head, adaptor, cleaning brush as well as its main unit.
Arzum Teeny Rechargeable Epilator makes the removal of unwanted hair through
depilation head with 18 tweezers discs. It ensures you to have smooth and silky
soft skin quickly and for long period. It removes even the short hairs up to 0.5 mm.
Your epilator is designed to make the removal of unwanted hair on all sensitive areas
such as independent facial hair on the lips, legs, underarms and bikini area.
Please read carefully this user’s manual in order to get the best performance from
Arzum Teeny Rechargeable Epilator.
Caution:
1- Do not keep your appliance in any areas in which it can get wet such as bathtub,
washbasin etc. with full of water, do not use it in any areas in which it can be
dropped into the water. If the appliance has been dropped into the water, never try
to take it before unplugging it.
2- Before plugging your appliance, make sure that you check the conformity of
voltage indicated on the appliance with mains voltage. This is especially important if
you want to use your appliance in the foreign travels.

You can use Arzum Teeny Rechargeable Epilator by connecting it to adaptor
or as cordless (charged). Before first use, charge your appliance at least for 16
hours. In order that battery can have long life, we recommend you to deplete its
battery completely and then to charge it again occasionally. Charge for 8 to 16
hours for long-term use. Operate your appliance by paying attention that it does
not have any connection with the cord while the adaptor is not plugged in.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• UseArzumTeenyRechargeableEpilatoronlyasrecommendedinitsuser’s
manual and for its intended purpose.
• Forhygienereasonsdonotletanotherpersonuseyourepilator.
• Yourclosesupervisionisnecessarywhentheapplianceisusedbychildren,
people having insufficient experience and knowledge, physically (audio, visual)
or mentally handicapped people. Make sure that children do not play with the
appliance.
• Useyourapplianceonlywiththeadaptorsuppliedwithit.
• Thisproductisprovidedwithlowvoltageadaptorhavingextrasecurity.Never
change this adaptor with another model; never interfere in the adaptor manually!
Otherwise, you can encounter with an electric shock.
• Donotwrapcordofadaptoraroundyourappliance.
• Beforecleaning,unplugyourArzumTeenyRechargeableEpilator.
• Placetheprotectivetransparentcapwhenyourapplianceisnotinuse.
• NEVERleaveyourArzumTeenyRechargeableEpilatoraspluggedintoreduce
the risk of burn, fire or electric shock.
• ALWAYSkeepyourappliancedry.
• Thisapplianceshouldnotbeusedbythechildrenornearthechildren.
• ArzumTeenyRechargeableEpilatorhasbeendesignedforhouseholduseonly.It
should not be used for commercial or industrial purposes.
• Ifyouhavevaricosityproblem,acnesorwoundsonyourskinoryourskingot
inflamed, do not use Arzum Teeny Epilator, if necessary, consult your doctor.
• Ifyouusecardiacpacemakerorsimilarelectronicmedicaldevice,ALWAYS
consult your doctor before use.
• Depilationmaycauserednessorirritationsonsomesensitiveskins.Thisisa
normal reaction of the skin and it disappears soon, if irritation lasts more than 3
days, consult your doctor.
• Whileusingtheappliance(whileapplianceisoperating)keepawayfromthe
things such as eyelashes, eyebrows, hair, clothes, brush, wire, thread, shoelace etc.
• Regularskinmassagetobemadewithmassageglovesorspongewillprevent
inward growth of hair.
• Ifyouhaveveinswellingoranyhandicaporyourskinwasirritated,donotuse
yourArzumTeenyRechargeableEpilator.Consultyourdoctorbeforeuse.Ifyou
have any medical disorder or sensitivity, consult your doctor before using your
appliance again.
• WeSTRONGLYrecommendyoutoconsultyourdoctoraboutallkindsof
medical subjects, conditions or questions before using your appliance.

children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced
physical, sensor yor mental
capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction

after using, because it might be
dangerous in the near of water.

should have a cut-off current
of not more than 30 mA. Ask a
service agent or a smiliar qualified
person.

bath tubs, wash basins, showers
or other vessels containing
water.Neverplacetheappliance
in water!
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
•Before the first use of your appliance, adapt yourself to the sense caused by
your appliance while it removes hairs by the root. We recommend you to try your
appliance at the back of your hand. A slight sense that you feel will disappear over
time.
• Beforeremovinghaironthebikiniareaorunderarms,itisveryimportanttouse
a fiber sponge or to apply a smoothing cream with a shower or bath in order to
remove dead skin and to help minimizing possibility of hair ingrowth. If it has been
an extended period of time since you have removed hair on the bikini area and
underarms, trim the hair with a scissors or trimmer. While removing the hair, make
sure to keep your skin stretched with a hand.
• Youcanuseyourapplianceonlyforremovingthinhaironyourlipsandjaw.Keep
such area stretched, and apply a small brushing motion.
• Removingthehairbytherootmaycauseingrowthofhair.Ifyouknowthatyou
are inclined to ingrowth of hair, removing the hair by the root is not suitable for you.
Regularskinmassagetobemadewithmassageglovesorfibermayhelptoreduce
the possibility or condition of hair ingrowth.
• UseArzumTeenyRechargeableEpilatorinanysuitabletemperaturethatyouwill
not sweat.
• Makesurethattheareafromwhichyouwanttoremovethehairisclean,dry,
and free from moisturizing cream or oil.
CHARGING
WARNINGS
• Yourapplianceisoperatingbyplugging4.5Vdirectcurrent(DC)adaptorin.
• Plugtheappliancein.
• Fullchargingtimeis80minutes.
• Overloading:Whenthepartwithtweezersisstopped
by forcing manually, the warning light will flash and the
appliance will stop itself automatically.
• Whilecharging,LEDlightwillturnred.Whileoperating
with charge, the same LED light will turn green. In case of
low voltage, it will flash as red and green. In case of low
voltage, it will give warning of charging, operating with
charge.
USING DEPILATION HEAD
• Aftercharging,youcanuseitwithoutplugginginoryoucanusebypluggingthe
adaptor in so as to use DC current.
• Removetheprotectivecap
by pulling gently.
•Operateyourapplianceby
pressing on the security lock
and by bringing speed switch
into any level that you wish.

• Inordertominimizeyourpain,keepsurroundingareathatyouremovehair
stretched.
• Holdyourapplianceontheareafromwhichyou
remove the hair so as to form an angle with 90 degrees
and on the side that you will see the part of logo.
• Slideyourapplianceonyourskintowardsthe
direction of hair growth by applying short, quick
cleaning impacts like brushing. If you push the appliance
on your skin very much, appliance slows down or stops
completely to avoid you to get damaged.
• Inorderthatyoucanuseyourapplianceformany
years and get better results, clean it after each use.
• Removethehairbetweendepilationheadandmain
unit by using the cleaning brush provided with the
appliance.
Using the depilation head for underarm
area:
If hair on the area where epilator will be used is longer than 1 cm, trim the hair
with a scissors before using the epilator on the speed setting 1.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF
THE EPILATOR
• Regular cleaning and maintenance of Arzum Teeny Rechargeable Epilator will
extend the life of your appliance.
• Beforecleaningyourappliance,turnoffandunplugyourappliance.
• Pullupthetweezersprotectingplasticcaponthedepilationheadslowly.
• Removethedepilationheadfromthemainunitbypressingonheadremoval
buttons on both sides of the main unit.
• Youcanremovethehaironthetweezersbyusingthecleaningbrushprovided
with the appliance.
• Insert the tweezers
protecting plastic cap
which you have removed
in the previous stage by
pressing on the depilation
head gently until it clicks.
• Youcanremovethehair
between depilation head and main unit by using the cleaning brush.
• Insertthedepilationheadbypressinggentlyonthemainunitagainuntilitclicks.
• Storeyourappliancebyplacingthetransparentcaponthedepilationhead.
Caution:
1- While placing the depilation head into the unit, make sure that the gears on the
head and unit are in the same direction.
2- Do not clean the appliance with water or another liquid. You can clean the disc
heads by rubbing with alcohol.
HYGIENE
• Youcancleanstainlesssteeltweezerstipswithcottonswabdippedinalcohol
and dried by compression. Before using the cotton swab, make sure that there
is no alcohol on the cotton wetly. Do not use another liquid for cleaning the
appliance.
• Theepilatorispersonal.Forhygienereasonsdonotletanotherpersonuseyour
epilator.
