• Ölçüm sırasında yalınayak ve dik durulmalıdır . Ölçüm çorap giyildiğinde
doğru sonuçlar vermeyecektir. Kirli ayaklar ayrıca ölçüm doğruluğunu da
etkileyebilir.
• Ağırlık birimi, mobil uygulama programı ile pound (lb.) ile kilogram (kg)
arasında değişebilir. Yükseklik birimi de buna göre değişecektir (metre vs
foot / inch).
• Ağırlığı doğru ölçmek için tartınızı sert zemine yerleştiriniz.
• Vücut yağını ve diğer vücut kompozisyonu parametrelerini doğru şekilde
ölçün: Ölçekte düz durun ve her iki ayağın aşağıdaki şekilde gösterildiği
gibi elektrotlara eşit şekilde dokunmasını sağlayın.
Kullanım ve Bakım Önerileri
• Arzum Smartfit Bluetooth
Bağlantılı Vücut Analiz baskülünüzü
sert ve düz bir zemin üzerinde
kullanmanız önerilir.
• Her zaman aynı yere konmuş
aynı baskül ile tartılınız. Düz olmayan
zemin, kilo rakamlarını etkileyebilir.
• Giysileriniz olmadan ve ayakkabısız olarak yemeklerden önce ve daima
aynı saatte tartılınız. Vücut analiz değerlerinizi elde etmek için baskülün
üzerine çorapsız çıkınız.
• Baskülünüzü nemli bir bez ile temizleyiniz, fakat içine su girmesine izin
vermeyiniz. Kimyasal temizleme maddeleri kullanmayınız.

• Baskülünüzü fazla rutubetli yerlerde muhafaza etmeyiniz, su veya
başka sıvılar içine sokmayınız.
• Cihazınızı, kullanmadığınız durumlarda dik konumda muhafaza
etmeyiniz.
• Baskülünüzü yere düşürmeyiniz ve üzerinde zıplamayınız.
• Çözemediğiniz bir sorunda en yakın Arzum Yetkili Servisi’ne müracaat
ediniz.
• Cihazınızı tavsiye edildiği şekilde ve amacına uygun kullanınız.
Pilin Takılması:
Baskülünüzün altındaki pil yuvalarına 4 adet
1,5 Voltluk AAA pil takınız.
CİHAZIN ÇALIŞTIRILMASI
Normal tartılma:
• Baskülünüzü sert ve düz bir zemin üzerine yerleştiriniz.
• Ayaklarınız eşit bir şekilde basacak şekilde baskülün üzerine çıkınız ve
kıpırdamadan kilonuzun ölçülmesini bekleyiniz.
• Hassas algılayıcılar sayesinde kısa sürede ölçülen değer ekranda
görülecektir.
Aşırı Yük Göstergesi:
Baskülünüze aşırı yük bindiğinde (195 kg ve
yukarısı) ekranda "EEr" ifadesi görünecektir.
Düşük Güç Göstergesi:
Smartfit baskülünüzde pil seviyesi düşük seviye
ulaştığında ekranda “Lo” ifadesi ile uyarıverecek-
tir. “No Display” ifadesinizi gördüğünüzde ise
baskülünüzün pilini değiştiriniz.

Analiz Raporu :
Vücut analizinde aşağıdaki detaylara rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz.
• Ağırlık: Kişinin sağlık durumunun önemli işaretlerinden biri.
• VKI (BMI): Vücut kütle endeksini gösterir.
• Vücuttaki yağ oranı: Vücuttaki yağ oranını gösterir.
• Vücut tipi: Kişinin vücut şeklinin genel tanımı ve değerlendirilmesi.
• Yağsız vücut ağırlığı: Yağ hariç olmak üzere kas ağırlığından biridir.
• Deri altı yağ oranı: Ciltte depolanan yağ dokusunun vücut ağırlığına oranıdır.
• Bel bölgesindeki yağlanma: Vücutta deri altı yağdan farklı bir çeşit
yağlanma; insanlarda organlar çevresinde oluşarak temel olarak karın
boşluğunda bulunur.
• Vücuttaki su oranı: Ağırlık açısından insan vücudundan kan,lenfler
hücre dışı sıvılar ve vb. dahil olmak üzere suyun oranıdır.
• Kas kütlesi: İskelet kaslar, kalp kası ve düz kaslar dahil toplam tüm kas
ağırlıdır.
• Kemik kütlesi: Kemik dokusu birim hacim başına kemik mineralleri ve
kemik matrisinden oluşur.
• Protein: Vücutta hayati bir rol oynar. Kasları organları ve diğer dokuları
oluşturur ve korur.
• Bazal metabolizma hızı: Aktif olmayan bir durumda yaşamı sürdürmek
için gereken en az enerjidir.

Ölçüm:
1-Tartı üzerine çıkınız ve çıkan değerin sabitlenmesini
bekleyiniz. Akıllı cihazınızdan kilo değerini karşılaştırınız.
Yeni Kullanıcı Ekleme:
Feelfit uygulamasında “Hesabım” menüsünden, “Üye
Ekle” , “Ölçüm Kullanıcısı Ekle” sıralamasıyla yeni kayıt
oluşturabilirsiniz.
Birden farklı kullanıcı oluşturulmuş uygulamalarda, ölçümü
yapılan kişinin hesabı manuel olarak seçilmelidir. Önceki
ölçüm ile çok farklı değer ortaya çıkarsa uygulamada
aşağıdaki gibi uyarı çıkacaktır.
2-Ekranda beliren sıfır rakamları yanıp sönerek en son çıktığınız kilo
değerine sabitlendiğinde vücut analizi tamamlanmış olacaktır. Bu durumu
akıllı cihazınızdan kontrol edebilirsiniz.

using your scale and keep the manual as it may be necessary in the

ARZUM SMARTFIT BODY ANALYSIS SCALE WITH BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
is designed for domestic use. Do not use the appliance for commercial
purposes and trading.
Warning:
• Data of evaluating the body fat and hydration in percentages are only
the reference values. It is recommended not to use it for any medical
purpose.
• It is recommended for persons that use heart pacer or other medical
equipments having electronic components do not use this device.
• Do not use your device in the places where there is some equipment
which could produce high electromagnetic waves in order to prevent
attraction. Use your scale either at an appropriate distance or by
shutting down such equipments.
Measurement Tips
• This product uses BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) technology.
In order to obtain correct and consistent measurement results, please
use it at the same time during the day and on the same conditions as
possible. For accurate results, do not measure in the following situations.
- During or after exhausting exercises

- Immediately after taking a bath or after steam bath
- During alcohol consumption and fever
• Stand upright on bare feet during measurement. Measurement will not
be accurate if socks are worn. Dirty feet can also affect measurement
accuracy.
• The weight unit may be set as pound (lb.) or kilogram (kg) with the
mobile application. The height unit will also change accordingly (meters
vs. foot/inch).
Place the scale on a hard floor to measure the weight correctly.
• Accurately measure body fat and other body composition parameters:
Stand upright on the scale and make sure that both feet touch the
electrodes equally, as shown below.
Recommendations of Usage and
Maintenance
• It is recommended to use Arzum
Smartfit Body Analysis Scale with
Bluetooth connection on a hard and
flat surface.
• Always measure your weight with
the scale placed on the same ground.
Uneven ground can affect weight figures.
• Measure your weight before meals and always at the same time,
without your clothes and without shoes. To get your body analysis
values step on the scale without socks.
• Clean the scale surface with a damp cloth, but do not allow water

to get inside. Do not use chemical cleaning
agents.
• Do not store your scale in highly humid
places, do not put it in water or other liquids.
• Do not store your device in an upright position when you are not
using it.
• Do not drop your scale and do not jump on it.
• In case of an issue that you cannot solve, please contact your nearest
Arzum Authorized Service.
• Use your device as recommended and fit for the purpose.
Battery Installation
Install four 1,5 volt AAA batteries in the battery section under the
scale.
OPERATING YOUR DEVICE
Normal weighing:
• Ensure that the scale is placed on a firm and flat surface.
• Step on the scale so that your feet are evenly spaced and wait until
the weight is measured without moving.
• The value measured will be displayed on the screen thanks to the
sensitive sensors in a short time.
Overload indicator:
When the scale is overloaded (195 kg and more) the display will show
"EEr".
Low power indicator:
Smartfit scale will give a "Lo" warning on the display
when the battery level reaches a low level.
If you see the "No Display" warning, please change
the battery of your scale.

screen to be opened.

Turn on the Bluetooth feature of your smart device.
• Open the FeelFit application go to, Bluetooth Connections on your
smartphone and find your scales.

DISPLAYING BODY ANALYSIS
Analysis report :
You can easily access the following details in the body analysis.
• Weight: One of the important signs of personal health.
• BMI: Shows the body mass index.
• Body fat percentage: Shows the percentage of fat in the body.
• Body type: General description and evaluation of body shape of the
person.
• Fat-free body weight: One of muscle weights except for fat.
• Subcutaneous fat percentage: The percentage of fat tissue stored in
the skin to body weight.
• Viscelar fat accumulation: Fat accumulation in the body different from
subcutaneous fat; It occurs mainly in the abdominal cavity, occurring
around organs in humans.
• Body Water percentage: Percentage of water in human body including
blood, lymph, extracellular fluid, etc. in terms of weight.
• Muscle mass: Total muscle weight including skeletal muscles, heart
muscle and smooth muscles.
• Bone mass: Bone tissue consists of bone minerals and bone matrix
per unit volume.
• Protein: Plays a vital role in the body. Builds and protects muscles,
organs and other tissues.
• Basal metabolic rate: The least level of energy needed to survive in an
inactive state.
• Metabolic age: Ideal physical body age is 2/3 of the actual age.
STAND UPRIGHT ON BARE FEET DURING
MEASUREMENT. DEVICE WILL NOT PROVIDE
CORRECT RESULTS IF SOCKS ARE WORN.

Measurement:
1-Step on the scale and wait for the value to stabilize.
Compare the weight value from your smart device.
Adding New Users:
You can create a new record by going to “Add Member”,
“Add Measurement User” in “My Account” menu in FeelFit
application.
If there are more than one users, you should select correct
member manually. Otherwise, app will warn if there is big
difference than previous measurement.
2-When zero figures on the screen flash and the last value is stabilized
when you last stepped on the scale, the body analysis will be
completed. You can check this from your smart device.

- Während oder unmittelbar nach anstrengenden Übungen
- Unmittelbar nach einem Bad oder einer Sauna
- Beim Alkoholkonsum oder Fieber
• Während der Messung barfuß und aufrecht stehen. Die Messung liefert
keine korrekten Ergebnisse beim Tragen von Socken. Schmutzige Füße
können ebenfalls die Messgenauigkeit beeinträchtigen.
• Die Gewichtseinheit kann mit dem mobilen Anwendungsprogramm
zwischen Pfund (lb) und Kilogramm (kg) geändert werden. Die
Höheneinheit wird sich entsprechend ändern (Meter etc. Fuß / Zoll).
Stellen Sie die Waage auf einen harten Boden, um das Gewicht korrekt
zu messen.
• Genaues Messen von Körperfett und anderen Körperzusammenset
zungsparametern. Stellen Sie sich gerade auf die Waage und achten
