FIRST TIME SETUP & PAIRING

Charge power dock and earbuds
for 1 hour before first use

Install the largest ear tips
that fit your ears comfortably

Wait for both LEDs
to flash Blue & Red

Open your device’s Bluetooth settings
and select ASCAPE - Ascend 1

Hold both earbuds for
10 seconds to begin pairing

Insert Earbuds and wait
30 seconds to hear "Pairing”

Find R/L label between
charging contacts

Match each earbud to the
correct ear and insert tip first

and earbud tucked into ear

downward toward back

connects to device/smartphone
For optimal connectivity wear or position
device on the left side of your body
During phone calls, Bluetooth technology
only allows the use of the left earbud

Remove earbuds from charging dock
and hold both buttons for 10 seconds
to turn ON and begin pairing.

Turn both earbuds OFF by holding
both buttons for more than 3 seconds.
Place earbuds into charging dock.

Disconnect each "E10" or "Ascape"
device in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
(Click in iPhone Settings)

Turn OFF your phone's
Bluetooth functionality.
(click the Green Slider on iPhone)

Remove every Bluetooth device
from your phone’s auto pair memory.
(click "Forget This Device" on iPhone)
Forget This Device

Check LEDs on both earbuds.
They should begin to quickly flash
Red & Blue back and forth.

Wait 10-15 seconds for your earbud
device to appear on your phone.
Click ASCAPE - Ascend 1 to connect.

Insert earbuds into your ears.
Wait for up to 30 seconds to hear
"Left Channel, Right Channel, Pairing"

Once you hear "Pairing" turn your
phone’s Bluetooth function back ON.
(Green slider on iPhone)

Hear "Connected" and look for headphone
symbol on your phone. Play music to
confirm audio comes from both earbuds.
