Guide rails/Telescopic guide rails
• The oven has four or five guide rails (Level 1 to 4/5), depending on the model. Level 1 is
mainly used in combination with bottom heat. The two upper levels are mainly used for the
grill function.
• Place the oven rack, baking tray or steam dish in the gap between the guide rail sliders.
• A number of shelf levels can have fully-retractable telescopic guide rails, depending on the model.
• Pull the telescopic guide rails out of the oven cavity completely and place the oven rack /
baking tray / steam dish on them. Then slide the oven rack / baking tray / steam dish on the
telescopic guide rails, back into the oven cavity.
• Only close the oven door when the telescopic guide rails have been returned completely
back into the oven cavity.

Accessories
Your appliance is accompanied by a range of accessories, depending on the model. Only use
original accessories; they are specially suited to your appliance.
Not all accessories are suitable/available for every appliance (it may also differ by
country). All the accessories that are being used must be able to withstand the highest
temperature of the appliance. When purchasing, always provide the exact identification
number of your appliance. Please see the sales brochures or check online for more
details about optional accessories.
Accessories that can be supplied with your appliance (depending on the model)
Enamelled baking tray; to be used for pastries and cakes.
Oven rack; mainly used for grilling. A steam dish or pan with food
can also be placed on the oven rack. The oven rack is equipped
with a safety peg. Lift the rack slightly at the front to slide it out of
the oven.
Deep enamelled baking tray; to be used for roasting meat and baking
moist pastry. Never place the deep baking tray in the first level during
the cooking process, except when grilling food or using the roasting spit
and you are only using the deep tray as a drip tray.
Probe; can be used to measure the core temperature of the dish.
When the desired temperature is reached, the cooking process will
be stopped automatically.
Consult the cooking guidelines in this user manual to select the correct accessory
for your dishes.
As baking accessories heat up, their form may change. This does not affect
their functionality and their original form will be restored when they cool down.
• The grid or the tray should always be inserted into the groove between the two wire profiles.
• Insert the grid so that the small railing is in the oven interior (toward the back of the oven).

Door
• The door switches interrupt the operation of the oven when the door is opened during use.
The oven continues operating when the door is closed.
• Some cookers have a ‘Soft close door system’ (depending on the model). When closing the
oven door, this system dampens the movement, from a certain angle, and silently closes the
oven door.
Push-pull knob
Some models can have push-pull knobs.
• Slightly push the knob until it pops out. The knob can be used now.
• After each use, rotate the knob back to the “Off” position and push it back in.
• The push-pull knob can only be pushed back when it is in the “Off” position.
Drawer
Your appliance has a drawer to store accessories like trays, shelves, grids, small pots and pans.
Warning! The inside surface of the drawer may become hot during use.
Do not store any food, plastic or inflammable materials in the drawer.

Initial use
Set the current time
When you connect the appliance to the mains electricity for the first time, the display lights up.
After three seconds the clock symbol lights up and ‘12:00’ will flash on the display.
1. Turn the settings knob to set the current time.
▷After three seconds, the settings will be saved.
▷You can set the values in the display faster by keeping the settings knob longer in the
maximal right or left position.
▷The settings will be saved automatically after 5 seconds.
You can always set the current time by pressing the ‘timer key’ twice (oven function knob
must be in the Off (0) position). The clock symbol lights up and the time indication will

USE
Using the oven
Energy-conscious use of the oven
• Open the oven door as little as possible.
• Prepare dishes with the same cooking temperature simultaneously (e.g., an apple pie and an
oven dish) on the same grid, or above each other using hot air. You can also let meat stew
at the same time.
• Prepare more meals after each other, for example an oven meal after a cake. Often, the
preparation time of the second dish will be 10 minutes shorter because the oven is still hot.
• Because the oven is insulated, the residual heat from the oven will continue to cook dishes
with longer cooking times (from 1 hour). Turn the oven Off 10 minutes earlier than indicated,
but leave the door closed.
• Pre-heating is generally not necessary, with the exception of dishes with cooking times of
less than 30 minutes, or when indicated by a recipe.
• Remove everything you don’t need for the dish from the oven.
• Turn the oven Off before taking out the cooked dish.
Ovenware
• In principle, you can use any type of heat-resistant ovenware.
• Do not rinse glass ovenware with cold water immediately after use. The sudden temperature
difference can cause the glass to crack.
• Use black or dark baking tins. These conduct heat better and allow the food to cook more
evenly.
Do not cover the oven floor
• Covering the oven bottom with, for example, aluminium foil or a baking tray can lead to
overheating and damage to the enamel.
• It is possible to prevent spring forms from leaking onto the oven floor by folding a container
out of aluminium foil and placing it on the grid under the form or by laying baking paper
under it.
Roasting meat
• Large pieces of meat, from 1 kg, are the most suitable. The meat will get a regularly shaped,
crispy crust, with virtually no weight loss.
• Rub the meat with salt and spices fifteen minutes beforehand. Use 80 to 100 g of butter or
fat (or a mixture of the two) per 500 g of meat for roasting.
Cooking times
• Flat, thin pieces require approximately 5 minutes less cooking time than thick or rolled
pieces of meat. When cooking larger pieces of meat, cook for 15 to 20 minutes longer per
500 grams extra.
789046_en_naslovnica_drug_papir.indd 12789046_en_naslovnica_drug_papir.indd 12 8. 11. 2021 14:59:058. 11. 2021 14:59:05

EN 13
• Put the meat in a roasting pan and douse in hot butter or fat. Place the meat in the roasting
pan with the fatty side facing up. Make sure to baste meat without a fatty side every
15 minutes.
• Meat with a fatty side should be basted every 30 minutes.
• If the gravy is too dark, add a few spoonfuls of water now and then during roasting.
• Cover the meat loosely with foil and let it stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Oven functions table
Your appliance is accompanied by a range of oven functions, depending on the model.
Consult the table to select the preferred function. Also, consult the instructions for preparation on
the dish packaging.
Oven functions (symbols are on the oven function knob)

• Place the oven rack on level 4 and the baking tray on level 3.
• Monitor the cooking process at all times. The dish may burn quickly due to the high
temperature.
Large Grill
• Maximum allowed temperature: 230 °C
• Heating by means of the upper element and grill element.
• This mode can be used with dishes and baked goods that require a distinctive bottom crust
or browning. Use just before the end of the baking or roasting time.
• Place the oven rack on level 4 and the baking tray on level 3.
• Monitor the cooking process at all times. The dish may burn quickly due to the high
temperature.
Large grill + Fan
• Heating by means of the top heating elements. The fan distributes the heat.
• This mode can be used for grilling meat, fish and vegetables.
• Place the baking tray or oven rack on level 2.
• Monitor the cooking process at all times. The dish may burn quickly due to the high

Hot Air + Fan + Bottom heat
• The bottom heater and the hot air fan will operate.
• This is used to bake pizza, moist pastry, fruitcakes, leavened dough and shortcrust.
• Place the baking tray or oven rack on level 2.
Hot Air + Fan
• The fan in the back wall distributes the hot air in the oven.
• You can bake on multiple levels simultaneously, which will save energy.
• The convection fan system is excellent for baking cakes, cookies and apple pies.
• Place the baking tray or oven rack on level 2.
• Preheating is recommended.
ECO ECO
• Heating by means of hot air. ECO hot air uses less energy but gives the same result as the
hot air setting. Cooking takes a few minutes longer.
• This mode can be used for roasting meat and baking pastry.
• Place the tray on level 2.
• This setting makes use of the residual heat (heating is not on the whole time) to achieve low
energy consumption (in accordance with energy class EN 60350-1).
Bottom Heat + fan
• This is used for baking leavened but low-rising pastry and for preserving fruit and vegetables.
• Place the baking tray or oven rack on level 2.
Plate warming
• Use this function to reheat your dinnerware (plates, cups) before serving food in it to keep the
food warm longer.
Defrost
• With this function, the air circulates by means of the fan. Use this function to defrost frozen
dishes.
• Place the baking tray or oven rack on level 3.
Aqua clean
• Only the bottom heater will radiate heat. Use this function to remove stains and food
residues from the oven. The program takes 30 minutes.
Using the ceramic hob
• The heating zone will quickly reach the set power or temperature, while the area around the
hot cooking zones will remain cool.
• The hob is resistant to temperature changes.
• Using the glass ceramic hob as a storage area may result in scratches or other damage.
• Do not use aluminium or plastic cookware on hot cooking zones. Do not place any plastic
objects or aluminium foil on the glass ceramic hob.
• Do not use the glass ceramic hob if it is cracked or broken. If a sharp object falls on the
hob, the hob may break. The consequences of such occurrence may be visible immediately
or only after a while. If any visible crack appears in the hob, immediately cut Off the power
supply to the appliance.

EN 15
Control of the two-ring cooking zone:
• The area of the two-ring cooking zone can adapt to the size and the form of your
• cookware. To activate the larger heating zone, rotate the cooking zone knob as far as it will
go (a click will be heard), then set the desired power level.
Residual heat indicator
• Every cooking zone has a signal light that lights up when the cooking zone is hot.
• When the cooking zone cools down, the signal light goes out.
• The residual heat indicator may also light up if a hot pot or pan is placed on a
cool cooking zone.
Cookware
• Use quality cookware with flat and stable bottom.
• Pan bottom and cooking zone diameters should be the same.
• Tempered glass cookware with special ground bottom may be used on the cooking zones if
its diameter fits that of the cooking zones. Cookware with larger diameter may crack due to
thermal tension.
• Make sure the pot or pan is in the middle of the cooking zone.
• When using a pressure cooker, keep an eye on it until the right pressure is reached. First, set
the cooking zone to maximum power; then, following the pressure cooker manufacturer’s
instructions, use the relevant sensor to decrease the cooking power at the right time.
• Make sure there is enough liquid in the pressure cooker, or any other pot or pan. Due to
overheating, using an empty pot on the cooking zone may result in damage to both the pot
and the cooking zone.
• When using special cookware, observe the manufacturer’s instructions.
Energy saving tips
• Diameter of the pot and pan bottoms should match the diameter of the cooking zone.
If the pot or pan is too small, a part of the heat will be lost, and the cooking zone may be
damaged.
• If the cooking process allows, use a lid.
• Cookware should be suitably sized given the amount of food. When you cook a small
amount of food in a large pot or pan, more energy is lost.
• If a dish takes a long time to cook, use a pressure cooker.
• Vegetables, potatoes etc. may be cooked in a smaller amount of water. The food will cook
just as well, as long as the pot is tightly closed with a lid. After bringing the water to a boil,
reduce the heat to a level that just suffices to maintain a slow simmer.

icon will appear next to the time. The oven operates until the food core reaches the set
temperature. The core temperature is measured by means of the temperature probe.
1. Screw the metal cover from the connection point (front top corner of the left side wall).
2. Put the meat probe plug in the connection and insert the meat probe completely into the food.
▷The display will show the meat probe screen and icon.
3. Set the function and temperature. Instead of the time, you need to set the core temperature
(between 30 -100 °C). Press the ‘timer key’ twice and select a core temperature with the
‘settings knob’.
