본 안내서는 장치 제작자에 의해 만들어 졌으며 각종 부품에 관한 설명을 포함합니다.
본 안내서는 장치가 개발되고 제조된 사항에 대한 범위를 규정하고 확실하고 올바른
사용을 보장하기 위해 필요한 모든 정보를 포함합니다.
이에 포함된 지시사항들의 준수는 사용자의 긴급 상황에 대한 대처와 장치의 오랜
사용을 보장합니다.

This handbook has been written up from the constructor of the equipment and it is
integrating part of it.
This handbook defines the scope for which the equipment it has been designed and
manufactured and contains all the information necessary in order to guarantee of a
sure and corrected use.
The observance of the contained indications in it, guarantees the personal emergency
and one greater duration of the same equipment.
The contained information in the manual present are addressed to subject following:
- assigned to the transport, handling, unpack;
- assigned to the preparation of installation and its site;
- installer;
- equipment’s users;
- assigned to the maintenance.
This handbook must be conserved with the maximum care and it be available always
for eventual consultations; therefore it must be protect from humidity, carelessness,
sunlight and how much other can damage it.

The warnings and the important parts of text have been evidenced by means of use of
the symbols following illustrated and defined.

The producer is thought raised from every responsibility for damages caused to the
system or the things in the following cases:

-employment of not suitable staff;
-not corrected assembly and installation;
-defects in the systems;
-modifications or interventions not authorized;
-use of non original spare parts;

NUOVA ASP는 관련 기준과 규정에 따라 그들 상품의 좋은 품질과 생산을
보증합니다. 재료나 기술에 대한 이상이나 결함에 관한 문의가 발생할 경우, NUOVA
ASP는 사내의 연구소에서 문제가 된다고 판별되는 모든 장치들을 수리할 것입니다.
만약 고객과의 사전 서면 협의 내용이 있다면, 제품들이 잘못 관리되거나 정확하지
않거나 특별한 조작에 의해 손상되지 않았음을 확인한 후 제품들은 교체될 것입니다.
NUOVA ASP는 공급된 모든 장치들의 올바른 작동 그리고 제조 결함과 재료 결함이
없음을 배송 후 24개월 혹은 설치 후 12개월 동안 보증합니다.
NUOVA ASP guarantees the good quality and construction of its products
according to standards and regulations in effect. In case of claims for default or
defects of materials or workmanship, NUOVA ASP will handle the repair of any
equipment recognised as non-conforming at its own laboratories. If prior written
accords have been made with the Customer, the goods may be replaced after
ascertaining that the articles have not been mismanaged or damaged by incorrect
use or by unorthodox handling.
NUOVA ASP guarantees the correct operation of all the equipment object of the
supply, and the absence of manufacturing defects and material flaws for a period
of 24 months following delivery or 12 months following its installation.

작업 시 불꽃이나 아크를 만들어내는 전기와 전자 장치를 위한 외함들은 위험 가스
혼합물 발생 시에 폭발 위험 방지가 요구됩니다.
EJB 계열 외함들은 알루미늄 합금, 스테인레스 스틸, 카본 스틸 몸체 혹은 주철로
만들어 지고 커버는 원통형 6각 헤드 나사를 통해 그들 사이를 덮어주며 작동 손잡이,
경고등, 배수, 환기 밸브, 조정된 유리창과 구멍들이 장착될 수 있습니다.
외함내의 장치 설치는 최소 40% 이상의 교차 구역이 여유가 생기도록 하여야만
합니다.
- 터미널 보드 외함
본 외함은 breakout system을 위해 만들어진 하우징 터미널 보드를 위한 것입니다.
터미널 보드는 터미널 공급자의 검사지나 목록의 지시사항에 따라 설치되어야만 하고
이러한 검사지나 목록에는 현재의 관련 규정들의 요구 사항들을 포함합니다.
전압과 전류의 준위 밀도가 제조사에 의해 표시된 것보다 크지 않도록 하기 위해
터미널은 각 형식에 따라 교차가 가능한 도체의 주입과 연결에 사용되어야만 합니다.
어떠한 도체가 적합한지에 관한 내용은 제조사의 지시서나 안내서의 내용을
참조하도록 합니다. 모듈러 터미널들의 사용은 터미널 판, 터미널 블럭, 지지체와 같은
특정 필요 장치들을 요구합니다.
본질 안전 회로에 적합한 터미널 사용된 곳에서, 외함들은 본질 안전 회로들이 내부에
있음을 나타내는 경고 라벨들에 의해 확인되어야만 합니다.
내부 배선은 NOT Ex-i 회로 도체의 활성 부분(보온 단계1500 V)과 Ex-i회로
도체(보온 단계 500 V)들 사이에 8 mm의 최소 길이를 보장할 수 있는 이 같은
방식으로 수행되어야만 합니다.
Ex-i 회로들의 연결 부품과 Ex-i 회로들이 아닌 것들 혹은 외함 벽들 사이에서 모든
방향으로 측정된 50 mm의 최소 거리가 있어야만 합니다(그림. 1참조).
The enclosures for electrical and electronic equipment which produces sparks or
arcs when in service are required, to avoid the risk of explosion in presence of
dangerous gas mixtures.
The enclosures series EJB are made of aluminium alloy, stainless steel, carbon
steel body or in cast iron and cover, closed between them by cylindrical head screws
with enclosed hexagon, and can be equipped with operating grip, warning lights,
drainage and respiration valves, tempered glass windows and holes.
The installation of equipments inside the enclosure must ensure that at least 40% of
the cross sectional area remains free.
- Enclosure for terminal boards
This enclosure is for the housing terminal boards intended for breakout systems.
The terminal boards must be installed according to the instructions on the supplier’s
instruction sheet or catalogue; the requirements laid down by current regulations and
good practice must be respected.
The terminal must be used by inserting and connecting conductors of the type and
cross-sections permitted, for voltage and current levels not greater than those
indicated by the manufacturer.
The length to which conductors are stripped must correspond with that indicated in
the manufacturer’s catalogue or instruction sheet. The use of modular terminals
requires certain necessary accessories, such as: the terminal plate, the terminal
blocks, and the supporting body.
Where terminals suitable for intrinsically-safe circuits are used, the enclosures must
be identified by means of warning labels indicating the presence of intrinsically-safe
circuits inside.
Internal wiring must be carried out in such a way as to ensure a minimum distance of
8 mm between live portions of NOT Ex-i circuit conductors (degree of insulation 
1500 V) and Ex-i circuit conductors (degree of insulation 500 V).
There must be a minimum distance of 50 mm, measured in every direction, between
the connection components of Ex-i circuits and those of NOT Ex-i circuits, or
between the walls of enclosure (see FIG.1).

본 장치는 통제와 시각 표시 장치를 위한 전기, 전자 장치들의 하우징을 위한 것입니다.
전기, 전자 장치는 반드시 저 전류 IEC 60439 전기 패널 적용을 위한 보장 기준과 기술
현황에 의해 수립된 요구 사항들을 따르는 공급자의 지시서나 목록의 지시 사항들에
따라 설치되어야만 합니다; 장치 자체는 반드시 외함들의 내부 벽들로부터 최소
15mm의 거리를 유지하도록 하고 내부 폭발 시 초기 응력의 특별 현상을 방지하기
위해 공간에 한정된 튜브들을 만들어서는 안됩니다. 커버에 고정된 장치들(푸쉬-버튼,
핸들, 표시등...)은 일정 수량과 EC-형 검사 확인서에 동봉된 문서들로부터 제공된
조건들로 설치됩니다. 외함에 따른 온도 분류에 대한 모든 과정이 완료됨을 보장하기
위해, 외함 내부에 포함된 장치들의 열 방출은 확인서에 표시된 제한 사항을 따르도록
해야 합니다.
부속품 그리고 배선의 형식과 구역에 따른 연결과 함께 사용되어야만 하는 장치의
터미널과 모듈러는 볼트와 전류가 제조사에 의해 표시된 것보다 높지 않도록 하여야
합니다.

- Control signalling and intrinsically safe component unit.
This apparatus is for the housing of electric and electronic equipment intended for
control and visualisation systems.
The electrical and electronic equipment must be installed according to the
instructions on the supplier’s instruction sheet or catalogue, in accordance with the
requirements established from the certificate standards to apply for the realisation of
the electrical panel with low voltage IEC 60439 and from the art status; the
equipments themselves must maintain the distances of the least 15 mm from the
internal walls of the enclosures and must not create limited tubes of space to avoid
eventual phenomenon of pre stress in case of internal explosion . The accessories
mounted on the cover (push-buttons , handles , pilot lamps …) are installed in the
quantities and conditions provided from the documents enclosed to the EC-type
examination certificate. To assure in every moment the complete respect of the
temperature class assigned to the enclosure, the thermal dissipation of the devices
contained inside of the enclosures must respect the limits indicated in the certificate.
The terminals of the equipment and the modular ones must be used with the insert
and the connection of the wires of type and section allowed, for voltage and current
values not higher than ones indicated from the constructor.
Where terminals suitable for intrinsically-safe circuits are used, the enclosure must
be identified by means warning labels indicating the presence of intrinsically-safe
circuits inside; internal wiring must be carried out in such a way to ensure a minimum
distance of 8 mm between live portions of NOT Ex-i circuit conductors (degree of
insulation 1500V ) and Ex-i circuit conductors (degree of insulation 500 V ) .

The electrical and electronic equipment must be installed according to the
instructions on the supplier’s instruction sheet or catalogue, in accordance with the
requirements established from the certificate standards to apply for the realisation of
the electrical panel with low voltage IEC 60439 and from the art status; the
equipments themselves must maintain the distances of the least 15 mm from the
internal walls of the enclosures and must not create limited tubes of space to avoid
eventual phenomenon of pre stress in case of internal explosion . The accessories
mounted on the cover (push-buttons , handles , pilot lamps …) are installed in the
quantities and conditions provided from the documents enclosed to the EC-type
examination certificate. To assure in every moment the complete respect of the
temperature class assigned to the enclosure, the thermal dissipation of the devices
contained inside of the enclosures must respect the limits indicated in the certificate.
The terminals of the equipment and the modular ones must be used with the insert
and the connection of the wires of type and section allowed, for voltage and current
values not higher than ones indicated from the constructor.

외함들은 통제나 신호 부속품들 혹은 케이블 도입부를 나사로 고정할 수 있도록 벽, 커버
그리고 일부 경우에는 하부에 나사 구멍들을 갖게 됩니다.
NB. 모든 기계식 제조는 제조사나 대표자가 허가하는 업체에 의해서만 교체되거나
이행되어야만 합니다.
구멍의 수량과 크기는 외함의 공인을 위해 수행된 실험 형식에 따라 제조사에 의해
공급된 지시사항들을 따라야 합니다.
케이블 도입부에 사용된 장비는 IEC 증명 설계에 따라 그리고 IEC60079-0, IEC60079-1
기준을 준수하여 공인되어야만 합니다.
The enclosures may have, or be given, threaded holes on the walls, on the cover and
in some cases on the bottom, allowing to screw the control or signaling accessories, or
for the cable entry.
NB. All mechanical manufacturing may only be executed by manufacturer,
unless of express authorization of itself.
The quantity and size of the holes, must comply with the indications supplied by the
manufacturer, in accordance with the type of tests carried out for the certification of
enclosures.
The accessories used for cable entry must be certified in accordance with IEC
Certification Scheme and to comply with Standards IEC60079-0 and IEC60079-1.

6,3 m)의 거칠기에 해가 될 수 있기 때문에 틈이나 긁힘이 생겨서는 안됩니다.
만약 위의 사양을 충족시킬 수 없을 정도로 표면이 손상되었을 경우, 제조사에 문의
바랍니다.

모든 커버 나사들은 항상 완전히 조여져야 하고 같은 형식과 같은 저항도를 가진
나사들로 교체되어야만 합니다(par 3.6 참조).
커버의 모든 개구부는 최상의 조건을 보장하기 위해 실리콘
그리스(LOCTITE_8104나 LOXEAL_GS9)나 구리가 함유되지 않은 접착제 혹은
이와 유사한 얇은 이음부의 저장을 위해 필요합니다.
원형 터미널 보드의 내외부는 도체에 대한 프리뷰이고 이는 회전 방지 와셔와 평
와셔 사이에 위치되어야만 합니다. 만약 연결에 러그를 사용할 경우, 이는 반드시
회전 방지 핀과 함께 사용되거나 케이블의 회전을 방지하기 위해 피팅에
제공되어야만 합니다.
외함에서 사용되지 않는 구멍들은 원뿔형이나 원통형 플러그들로 외함의 폭발 방지
씰 특징들이 보존되는 이 같은 방식으로 폐쇄되어야만 합니다. 이러한 플러그들은

At every opening of the cover is necessary to restore silicone grease
(LOCTITE_8104 or LOXEAL_GS9) or copper free paste or similar on lamination
joints in order to guarantee the perfect condition.

preserved. These plugs must only be removed with special tools (see FIG.3).

In the event of use of internal anti-condensation heating resistor, the
manufacturer will provide with a warning label put outside on the cover, with the
following indication: Warning –anti-condensation heating resistor energized.
Inside the enclosures are allowed batteries.
A warning label will indicate the type of battery and fuse used.
