1.1 범위
1.1 Scope
본 안내서는 장치 제작자에 의해 만들어 졌으며 각종 부품에 관한 설명을 포함합니다.
본 안내서는 장치가 개발되고 제조된 사항에 대한 범위를 규정하고 확실하고 올바른
사용을 보장하기 위해 필요한 모든 정보를 포함합니다.
이에 포함된 지시 사항들의 준수는 사용자의 긴급 상황에 대한 대처와 장치의 오랜
사용을 보장합니다.
메뉴얼에 포함된 정보는 다음 사항들을 다루기 위함입니다:
- 운반, 조작, 포장에 관한 내용;
- 설치 준비 사항과 장소에 관한 내용;
- 설치자;
- 장치 사용자;
- 유지 관리에 관한 내용.
본 안내서는 최고의 관리를 위해 보존하여야만 하고 특정 상황에서 언제든지 사용
가능하여야 합니다; 따라서 이를 습기, 부주의, 햇빛 등으로부터 보호하여 손상되지

This handbook has been written up from the constructor of the equipment and it is
integrating part of it.
This handbook defines the scope for which the equipment it has been designed and
manufactured and contains all the information necessary in order to guarantee of a sure
and corrected use.
The observance of the contained indications in it, guarantees the personal emergency and
one greater duration of the same equipment.
The contained information in the manual present are addressed to subject following:
- assigned to the transport, handling, unpack;
- assigned to the preparation of installation and its site;
- installer;
- equipment’s users;
- assigned to the maintenance.
This handbook must be conserved with the maximum care and it be available always for
eventual consultations; therefore it must be protect from humidity, carelessness, sunlight
and how much other can damage it.

The producer is thought raised from every responsibility for damages caused to the system
or the things in the following cases:

-employment of not suitable staff;
-not corrected assembly and installation;

EJB** 계열 빈 외함들의 확인과 유지 관리는 다음 규칙들을 따라야만 합니다:
–EN/IEC 60079-14 "가스 환경에 노출된 전기 장치 - Part 14: 위험 지역에서의 전기
장치 (광산 외)".
–EN/IEC 60079-17 "가스 환경에 노출된 전기 장치 - Part 17: 위험 지역에서의 전기
장치의 검사와 유지 관리 (광산 외)".
The check and the maintenance of Empty enclosures series EJB** empty, must have
done in accord to the rules:
–EN/IEC 60079-14 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres - Part 14:
Electrical installations in hazardous areas (other than mines)”.
–EN/IEC 60079-17 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres - Part 17:

3.2 일반 기능들과 사용 범위, 사용 목적

Ex 부품 확인서의 대상인 빈 외함은 모든 형식 테스트의 반복 없이 제 3자에게 품질
보증이 가능하도록 할 수 있습니다.
EJB 계열 빈 외함들은 알루미늄 함금, 스테인레스 스틸이나 카본 스틸로 만들어 지고
커버는 원통형 6각 헤드 나사를 통해 그들 사이를 덮어주며 작동 손잡이, 경고등, 배수,
환기 밸브, 조정된 유리창과 구멍들이 장착될 수 있습니다.
The empty enclosures, subject of Ex component certificate, can be made available to third
parties to be incorporated into a full equipment certificate, without the need for repetition of
all the type tests.
The empty enclosures series EJB are made of aluminium alloy, stainless steel or carbon
steel body and cover, closed between them by cylindrical head screws with enclosed
hexagon, and can be equipped with operating grip, warning lights, drainage and respiration
valves, tempered glass windows and holes.
3.3 케이블 도입 구와 부속품 고정
3.3 Cable entry holes and mounting of accessories
외함들은 통제나 신호 부속품들 혹은 케이블 도입부를 나사로 고정할 수 있도록 벽, 커버
그리고 일부 경우에는 하부에 나사 구멍들을 갖게 됩니다.
NB. 모든 기계식 제조는 제조사나 대표자가 허가하는 업체에 의해서만 교체되거나
이행되어야만 합니다.
구멍의 수량과 크기는 외함의 공인을 위해 수행된 실험 형식에 따라 제조사에 의해
공급된 지시사항들을 따라야 합니다.
케이블 도입부에 사용되는 부속품은 기준 EN/IEC 60079-0 , EN/IEC60079-1, EN/IEC
60079-31에 따라 공인되어야 합니다.
The enclosures may have, or be given, threaded holes on the walls, on the cover and in
some cases on the bottom, allowing to screw the control or signaling accessories, or for the
cable entry.
NB. All mechanical manufacturing may only be executed by manufacturer, unless of
express authorization of itself.
The quantity and size of the holes, must comply with the indications supplied by the
manufacturer, in accordance with the type of tests carried out for the certification of
enclosures.
The accessories used for cable entry must be certified according to Standards EN/IEC
60079-0 , EN/IEC60079-1, EN/IEC 60079-31.

원통형 나사산은 표 ISO 965/1와 ISO 965/III에 나온 것과 같은(허용값 6H/6g와
일치하는) 제조 허용값을 가져야만 합니다.
원통형 나사산에 있어 풀림 방지 장치(기계식 블럭, LOCTITE 씰이나 이와 비슷한)들을
필요로 합니다.
The cylindrical threading must have manufacturing tolerances equivalent to those in tables
ISO 965/1 and ISO 965/III (matching tolerance 6H/6g.
For the cylindrical threading must be predict an anti-loosing grip device (mechanical block,
LOCTITE seal or equivalent).
200mm의 최대 길이와 최대 나사 3을 가진 도관 튜브(UNI 7683:1977)를 설치하는 것은
가능합니다.
It is possible to install a conduit tube (UNI 7683:1977) with maximum length of 200mm and
maximum thread 3”.
3.5 중요 사항
3.5 Important notes
모든 손상된 부분들은 제조사나 대표자가 허가하는 업체에 의해서만 교체되거나
수리되어야 합니다.

몸체와 커버의 표면 일치는 그들의 배수의 집결(최대 갭 0.04mm)이나 두 표면(6,3
m)의 거칠기에 해가 될 수 있기 때문에 틈이나 긁힘이 생겨서는 안됩니다. 만약
위의 사양을 충족시킬 수 없을 정도로 표면이 손상되었을 경우, 제조사에 문의
바랍니다.
모든 커버 나사들은 항상 완전히 조여져야 하고 같은 형식과 같은 저항도를 가진
나사들로 교체되어야만 합니다(ISO 4762 - 품질 A2-70).
커버의 모든 개구부는 IP66의 보호 단계를 보장하기 위해 실리콘
그리스(LOCTITE_8104나 LOXEAL_GS9)나 구리가 함유되지 않은 접착제 혹은
이와 유사한 얇은 이음부의 저장을 위해 필요합니다.
원형 터미널 보드의 내, 외부는 도체에 대한 프리뷰이고 이는 회전 방지 와셔와 평
와셔 사이에 위치되어야만 합니다. 만약 연결에 러그를 사용할 경우, 이는 반드시
회전 방지 핀과 함께 사용되거나 케이블의 회전을 방지하기 위해 피팅에
제공되어야만 합니다.
외함에서 사용되지 않는 구멍들은 원뿔형이나 원통형 플러그들로 외함의 폭발 방지
씰 특징들이 보존되는 이 같은 방식으로 폐쇄되어야만 합니다. 이러한 플러그들은
전문 도구로만 제거가 가능합니다(그림. 3 참조).
몸체와 커버 사이에서 나사들의 조임은 다음 표를 따르게 됩니다.
Any damaged parts may only be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer, unless of
express authorization of itself.
The matching surfaces of body and cover must not be furrowed or scratched so as to
impair their flush meeting (max. gap 0.04 mm) or the roughness of the two surfaces
(6,3 m ). If the surfaces are damaged so as not to meet the above specification,
please to contact the manufacturer.
All cover screws must always be tightened completely and may be replaced only with
screws of the same type and the same degree of resistance (ISO 4762 - quality A2-
70).
At every opening of the cover is necessary to restore silicone grease (LOCTITE_8104
or LOXEAL_GS9) or copper free paste or similar on lamination joints to guarantee
degree of protection IP66.
The ground terminal board in and out is preview for the conductor which must placed
between the anti-rotation washer and the flat washer. If the connection is made by
means of lug, this must be with an anti-rotation pin, or must be provide on fitting to
avoid the rotation of the cable.
Any unused holes in the enclosure must be closed with conical or cylindrical plugs in
such way that anti-explosion seal characteristics of the enclosure are preserved.
These plugs must only be removed with special tools (see FIG.3).
The tightening of the screws between body and cover shall be in accordance to the
following table.

4.1 Transport and storage
외함들은 공급 수량에 따라 다양한 크기를 갖는 상자나 팔렛으로 제공됩니다.
보관 시, 팩의 손상에 주의하십시오:
The enclosures are supplied in carton packs or over pallets having various dimensions
depending on quantity supplied.
In storage case, pack must be protected.

4.2 조작
4.2 Handling
작업자에 관한 특별 조작 요구 사항은 없습니다. 따라서, 사고 예방을 위한 일반 적인
규칙을 준수하여 작업할 것을 권장합니다.
For handling there aren’t request of particular demands to assigned staff, therefore it is
recommended, to carry out such operation observing the common rules of accident-
prevention.

4.3 Safety precautions before use
•장치에 전기나 기계적 부품들이 어떻게 연결되는지에 대한 기본 규칙의 이해는 전기
공급 장치의 차단 전에 선행되어야만 합니다.
•How general rule, whichever intervention on the electrical or mechanical parts or on the
system, must be preceded from the interruption of the electrical supply system.

•작업자들에게 위험을 줄 수 있는(못, 테이프, 플라스틱 백, 등등)포장의 일부는 즉시
제거하는 것이 적합합니다.
•It is opportune to eliminate, immediately, the parts of pack that could be dangerous to the
persons (nail, tapes, plastic bags, etc.).

•젖은 헝겊이나 다른 제품을 사용할 경우 부품에 손상을 주지 않도록 하십시오.
•이음부나 전기 장치들에 물(혹은 사용된 다른 제품)이 들어가지 않도록 하십시오.
•To use water moistened cloth or whichever other product that does not damage the parts
of the group.
•Don’t make strain the water (or whichever other product used) inside of the joints or of
the electrical apparatus.

반드시 전문가에 의해서만 수행되어야 합니다. 해당 전문가는 해체 세부사항들의 필요

관련된 일반 원칙들을 다루는 내용이어야 합니다.
Must be carried out only from expert staff, whose training has included all the necessary
instructions on the uninstallation modalities, on the laws and standards relevant and on the
general principles of the classification of the hazardous areas.
