■ 保修服务：
1. 质保期限
- 产品主体的质保期为十二(12)个月； 另有质保期为二十四

注意： 任何取下或更换电池的尝试会损害产品并使产品保修失效。
警告：为本产品提供电源的可充电电池必须妥善处置，以便回收利用。

使用安全说明
1.为避免损伤听力，请将音量保持在适度水平。避免长时间高音量

要使用Astrotec S80。

水而造成的损坏,制造商将不予以保修。
5.请勿将产品放置在太阳晒射或者温度高的地方。高温会缩短电子
部件的使用寿命、损坏电池、使某些塑胶部件变形。
6.请勿将产品放在过冷的地方，以免损坏内部电路板。
7.请避免靠近儿童或动物的眼睛使用设备指示灯。
8.请勿在雷暴天气下使用该设备，雷暴可导致设备工作不正常，并
电池更换不当会有爆炸危险，只能用同样类型或等效类型的电池
来更换。
✽针对可拆卸电池的产品，电池务必回收或妥善处理，针对不可拆

- 官方出售的翻新机的质保期为六(6)个月；
- 经官方更换过产品的质保期为原机购买之日起的三(3)个月；

之日起十五天包换(注：在包装外观无损前提下) ，需要维修时

■ 若有以下原因造成的耳机损坏，恕不提供免费保修服务（或
按照实际情况可为消费者提供对应的有偿增值维修服务）：
1. 产品序列号标签有涂改、替换、撕毁等现象，或产品没有序
列号、质保凭证上的产品型号、编号与产品实物不相符合的；
2. 产品超出阿思翠品牌耳机大陆地区规定的质保期限；
3. 非正常使用导致耳机头戴、麦克风柄线折断、信号线断
裂、耳壳破裂及人为引起（如：耳机护套、耳套、海绵垫、外
壳划花）的损坏；使用非适配音源或由于强行插入非对应界面
所造成的硬件损坏；或由非经本公司授权维修点修理引起的
损坏；
4. 由特殊情况引起的：处于潮湿环境、浸水、强电流导致烧
毁、高辐射、强电磁波、高污染化学环境下造成的损毁，不
属保修范围内；
5. 外包装部分及内附的赠品附件、销售人员承诺的产品之外的
服务及附加的配置和赠品，不属于质保服务范围之列；以及消
耗品的缺陷，（例如需要定期更换的组件，包括但不限于耳机
耳套、耳机、耳垫、松脱的电缆等）或相关消耗品的使用超过
预期寿命。
■ 要求保修服务时请携带此卡及有效购机凭证，妥善保存此
卡及有效购机凭证，请勿自行修改保修卡及购物凭证，否则
将被视为作废。
■ 本公司保留对该产品服务条例的最终解释权，并有随时更

当耳机电量不足时，每隔20秒耳机会发出“low battery, please charge”
提示音并伴有红灯闪烁3下；直至耳机电量耗尽自动关机。
✽ 耳机电量不足时，请立即给耳机充电，以免影响电池使用寿命。
✽双耳无法配对时，放回充电舱再同时取出双耳重新进行配对；
✽放回充电舱，双耳依旧无法配对时，点触四次清除耳机数据，再重启
耳机即可配对。
✽当蓝牙断开时，耳机红蓝灯快闪，并伴有“Disconnected”提示音。

WARRANTY
Astrotec guarantees their products against defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of one (1)/two (2)
years (headphones and earphones) and six (6) months for
inside batteries and accessories from the date of purchase
from an Astrotec inside batteries and accessories from the
date of purchase from an Astrotec authorized dealer( Please
Take The Packaging Instructions As The Standard) . Astrotec
will repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. The
warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a
warranted product or any parts. After one (1)/two (2) years,
you are responsible for the repair, replacement part or
replacement. This warranty does not cover other related costs.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of
God, normal wear, and tear,accidents, misuse, commercial
use, any modifications to the product, improper use or
improper connection. Additionally, it doesn't cover purchase
from an unauthorized dealer, attempted repair by anyone
other than Astrotec or other authorized person or unit.
This warranty does not cover products sold by unauthorized
resellers, products sold as open box, second hand, display
models, or any other times in which the product may have
been opened or used.
This warranty is also void if the product was damaged by a
product that it was used with such as battery leak or
electrical fault of a connecting product.
In order for the warranty to apply a proof of purchase is
required. A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt,
bill of sale, transaction code with the model of the product
and the date of purchase listed from an authorized dealer.
Astrotec is not responsible for the replacement or repair of
products if in violation of this warranty. Some countries may
have other restrictions on warranties.

属保修范围内；

Astrotec guarantees their products against defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of one (1)/two (2)
years (headphones and earphones) and six (6) months for
inside batteries and accessories from the date of purchase
from an Astrotec inside batteries and accessories from the
date of purchase from an Astrotec authorized dealer( Please
Take The Packaging Instructions As The Standard) . Astrotec
will repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. The
warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a
warranted product or any parts. After one (1)/two (2) years,
you are responsible for the repair, replacement part or
replacement. This warranty does not cover other related costs.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of
God, normal wear, and tear,accidents, misuse, commercial
use, any modifications to the product, improper use or
improper connection. Additionally, it doesn't cover purchase
from an unauthorized dealer, attempted repair by anyone
other than Astrotec or other authorized person or unit.
This warranty does not cover products sold by unauthorized
resellers, products sold as open box, second hand, display
models, or any other times in which the product may have
been opened or used.
This warranty is also void if the product was damaged by a
product that it was used with such as battery leak or
electrical fault of a connecting product.
In order for the warranty to apply a proof of purchase is
required. A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt,
bill of sale, transaction code with the model of the product
and the date of purchase listed from an authorized dealer.
Astrotec is not responsible for the replacement or repair of
products if in violation of this warranty. Some countries may
have other restrictions on warranties.

WARRANTY
Astrotec guarantees their products against defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of one (1)/two (2)
years (headphones and earphones) and six (6) months for
inside batteries and accessories from the date of purchase
from an Astrotec inside batteries and accessories from the
date of purchase from an Astrotec authorized dealer( Please
Take The Packaging Instructions As The Standard) . Astrotec
will repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. The
warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a
warranted product or any parts. After one (1)/two (2) years,
you are responsible for the repair, replacement part or
replacement. This warranty does not cover other related costs.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of
God, normal wear, and tear,accidents, misuse, commercial
use, any modifications to the product, improper use or
improper connection. Additionally, it doesn't cover purchase
from an unauthorized dealer, attempted repair by anyone
other than Astrotec or other authorized person or unit.
This warranty does not cover products sold by unauthorized
resellers, products sold as open box, second hand, display
models, or any other times in which the product may have
been opened or used.
This warranty is also void if the product was damaged by a
product that it was used with such as battery leak or
electrical fault of a connecting product.
In order for the warranty to apply a proof of purchase is
required. A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt,
bill of sale, transaction code with the model of the product
and the date of purchase listed from an authorized dealer.
Astrotec is not responsible for the replacement or repair of
products if in violation of this warranty. Some countries may
have other restrictions on warranties.

壳划花）的损坏；使用非适配音源或由于强行插入非对应界面
所造成的硬件损坏；或由非经本公司授权维修点修理引起的

属保修范围内；

WARRANTY
Astrotec guarantees their products against defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of one (1)/two (2)
years (headphones and earphones) and six (6) months for
inside batteries and accessories from the date of purchase
from an Astrotec inside batteries and accessories from the
date of purchase from an Astrotec authorized dealer( Please
Take The Packaging Instructions As The Standard) . Astrotec
will repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. The
warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a
warranted product or any parts. After one (1)/two (2) years,
you are responsible for the repair, replacement part or
replacement. This warranty does not cover other related costs.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of
God, normal wear, and tear,accidents, misuse, commercial
use, any modifications to the product, improper use or
improper connection. Additionally, it doesn't cover purchase
from an unauthorized dealer, attempted repair by anyone
other than Astrotec or other authorized person or unit.
This warranty does not cover products sold by unauthorized
resellers, products sold as open box, second hand, display
models, or any other times in which the product may have
been opened or used.
This warranty is also void if the product was damaged by a
product that it was used with such as battery leak or
electrical fault of a connecting product.
In order for the warranty to apply a proof of purchase is
required. A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt,
bill of sale, transaction code with the model of the product
and the date of purchase listed from an authorized dealer.
Astrotec is not responsible for the replacement or repair of
products if in violation of this warranty. Some countries may
have other restrictions on warranties.

使用安全说明

7.请避免靠近儿童或动物的眼睛使用设备指示灯。

1. 产品序列号标签有涂改、替换、撕毁等现象，或产品没有序
列号、质保凭证上的产品型号、编号与产品实物不相符合的；
2. 产品超出阿思翠品牌耳机大陆地区规定的质保期限；
3. 非正常使用导致耳机头戴、麦克风柄线折断、信号线断
裂、耳壳破裂及人为引起（如：耳机护套、耳套、海绵垫、外
壳划花）的损坏；使用非适配音源或由于强行插入非对应界面
所造成的硬件损坏；或由非经本公司授权维修点修理引起的
损坏；
4. 由特殊情况引起的：处于潮湿环境、浸水、强电流导致烧
毁、高辐射、强电磁波、高污染化学环境下造成的损毁，不
属保修范围内；
5. 外包装部分及内附的赠品附件、销售人员承诺的产品之外的
服务及附加的配置和赠品，不属于质保服务范围之列；以及消
耗品的缺陷，（例如需要定期更换的组件，包括但不限于耳机
耳套、耳机、耳垫、松脱的电缆等）或相关消耗品的使用超过
预期寿命。
■ 要求保修服务时请携带此卡及有效购机凭证，妥善保存此

WARRANTY
Astrotec guarantees their products against defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of one (1)/two (2)
years (headphones and earphones) and six (6) months for
inside batteries and accessories from the date of purchase
from an Astrotec inside batteries and accessories from the
date of purchase from an Astrotec authorized dealer( Please
Take The Packaging Instructions As The Standard) . Astrotec
will repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. The
warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a
warranted product or any parts. After one (1)/two (2) years,
you are responsible for the repair, replacement part or
replacement. This warranty does not cover other related costs.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of
God, normal wear, and tear,accidents, misuse, commercial
use, any modifications to the product, improper use or
improper connection. Additionally, it doesn't cover purchase
from an unauthorized dealer, attempted repair by anyone
other than Astrotec or other authorized person or unit.
This warranty does not cover products sold by unauthorized
resellers, products sold as open box, second hand, display
models, or any other times in which the product may have
been opened or used.
This warranty is also void if the product was damaged by a
product that it was used with such as battery leak or
electrical fault of a connecting product.
In order for the warranty to apply a proof of purchase is
required. A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt,
bill of sale, transaction code with the model of the product
and the date of purchase listed from an authorized dealer.
Astrotec is not responsible for the replacement or repair of
products if in violation of this warranty. Some countries may
have other restrictions on warranties.

WARRANTY
Astrotec guarantees their products against defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of one (1)/two (2)
years (headphones and earphones) and six (6) months for
inside batteries and accessories from the date of purchase
from an Astrotec inside batteries and accessories from the
date of purchase from an Astrotec authorized dealer( Please
Take The Packaging Instructions As The Standard) . Astrotec
will repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. The
warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a
warranted product or any parts. After one (1)/two (2) years,
you are responsible for the repair, replacement part or
replacement. This warranty does not cover other related costs.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of
God, normal wear, and tear,accidents, misuse, commercial
use, any modifications to the product, improper use or
improper connection. Additionally, it doesn't cover purchase
from an unauthorized dealer, attempted repair by anyone
other than Astrotec or other authorized person or unit.
This warranty does not cover products sold by unauthorized
resellers, products sold as open box, second hand, display
models, or any other times in which the product may have
been opened or used.
This warranty is also void if the product was damaged by a
product that it was used with such as battery leak or
electrical fault of a connecting product.
In order for the warranty to apply a proof of purchase is
required. A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt,
bill of sale, transaction code with the model of the product
and the date of purchase listed from an authorized dealer.
Astrotec is not responsible for the replacement or repair of
products if in violation of this warranty. Some countries may
have other restrictions on warranties.

2. 产品超出阿思翠品牌耳机大陆地区规定的质保期限；
3. 非正常使用导致耳机头戴、麦克风柄线折断、信号线断
裂、耳壳破裂及人为引起（如：耳机护套、耳套、海绵垫、外
壳划花）的损坏；使用非适配音源或由于强行插入非对应界面
所造成的硬件损坏；或由非经本公司授权维修点修理引起的
损坏；
4. 由特殊情况引起的：处于潮湿环境、浸水、强电流导致烧
毁、高辐射、强电磁波、高污染化学环境下造成的损毁，不
属保修范围内；
5. 外包装部分及内附的赠品附件、销售人员承诺的产品之外的

WARRANTY
Astrotec guarantees their products against defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of one (1)/two (2)
years (headphones and earphones) and six (6) months for
inside batteries and accessories from the date of purchase
from an Astrotec inside batteries and accessories from the
date of purchase from an Astrotec authorized dealer( Please
Take The Packaging Instructions As The Standard) . Astrotec
will repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. The
warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a
warranted product or any parts. After one (1)/two (2) years,
you are responsible for the repair, replacement part or
replacement. This warranty does not cover other related costs.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of
God, normal wear, and tear,accidents, misuse, commercial
use, any modifications to the product, improper use or
improper connection. Additionally, it doesn't cover purchase
from an unauthorized dealer, attempted repair by anyone
other than Astrotec or other authorized person or unit.
This warranty does not cover products sold by unauthorized
resellers, products sold as open box, second hand, display
models, or any other times in which the product may have
been opened or used.
This warranty is also void if the product was damaged by a
product that it was used with such as battery leak or
electrical fault of a connecting product.
In order for the warranty to apply a proof of purchase is
required. A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt,
bill of sale, transaction code with the model of the product
and the date of purchase listed from an authorized dealer.
Astrotec is not responsible for the replacement or repair of
products if in violation of this warranty. Some countries may
have other restrictions on warranties.

壳划花）的损坏；使用非适配音源或由于强行插入非对应界面

product that it was used with such as battery leak or
electrical fault of a connecting product.
In order for the warranty to apply a proof of purchase is
required. A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt,
bill of sale, transaction code with the model of the product
and the date of purchase listed from an authorized dealer.
Astrotec is not responsible for the replacement or repair of
products if in violation of this warranty. Some countries may
have other restrictions on warranties.

属保修范围内；

Astrotec guarantees their products against defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of one (1)/two (2)
years (headphones and earphones) and six (6) months for
inside batteries and accessories from the date of purchase
from an Astrotec inside batteries and accessories from the
date of purchase from an Astrotec authorized dealer( Please
Take The Packaging Instructions As The Standard) . Astrotec
will repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. The
warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a
warranted product or any parts. After one (1)/two (2) years,
you are responsible for the repair, replacement part or
replacement. This warranty does not cover other related costs.

Astrotec guarantees their products against defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of one (1)/two (2)
years (headphones and earphones) and six (6) months for
inside batteries and accessories from the date of purchase
from an Astrotec inside batteries and accessories from the
date of purchase from an Astrotec authorized dealer( Please
Take The Packaging Instructions As The Standard) . Astrotec
will repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. The
warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a
warranted product or any parts. After one (1)/two (2) years,
you are responsible for the repair, replacement part or
replacement. This warranty does not cover other related costs.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of
God, normal wear, and tear,accidents, misuse, commercial
use, any modifications to the product, improper use or
improper connection. Additionally, it doesn't cover purchase
from an unauthorized dealer, attempted repair by anyone
other than Astrotec or other authorized person or unit.
This warranty does not cover products sold by unauthorized
resellers, products sold as open box, second hand, display
models, or any other times in which the product may have
been opened or used. This warranty is also void if the product was damaged by a
product that it was used with such as battery leak or
electrical fault of a connecting product.
In order for the warranty to apply a proof of purchase is
required. A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt,
bill of sale, transaction code with the model of the product
and the date of purchase listed from an authorized dealer.
Astrotec is not responsible for the replacement or repair of
products if in violation of this warranty. Some countries may
have other restrictions on warranties.

Astrotec guarantees their products against defects in
materials or workmanship for a period of one (1)/two (2)
years (headphones and earphones) and six (6) months for
inside batteries and accessories from the date of purchase
from an Astrotec inside batteries and accessories from the
date of purchase from an Astrotec authorized dealer( Please
Take The Packaging Instructions As The Standard) . Astrotec
will repair or replace the product or parts at no charge. The
warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a
warranted product or any parts. After one (1)/two (2) years,
you are responsible for the repair, replacement part or
replacement. This warranty does not cover other related costs.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of
God, normal wear, and tear,accidents, misuse, commercial
use, any modifications to the product, improper use or
improper connection. Additionally, it doesn't cover purchase
from an unauthorized dealer, attempted repair by anyone
other than Astrotec or other authorized person or unit.

products if in violation of this warranty. Some countries may
