Power Rail Checklist (1)
1. 檢查零件是否有歪斜、空焊或損毀
2. 檢查 Power Sequence 是否有跑完?
•XG_RESET_IN_N 電壓是否為 1.2V?
•XG_RESET_OUT_N 電壓是否為 1.8V?
3. 檢查以下電壓是否無輸出或者和 GND 短路? (以不破壞PCBA為主)
•VBAT 大於 3.5V
•VSYS 約等於 VBAT
•VDD_CORE, VDD_CPU, VDD_GPU 1.0V
•VSD_1V8, VDD_DDR_PLL 1.8V
•VDD_DDR, VDD_DDR_CORE,VCABB, VPLL, VAIF, VMEM 1.2V
•VCC_EMMC 3.3V
•V_LED 16.2V –18V

Power Rail Checklist (2)
4. 如果有 Power Rail 和GND 短路(對地阻抗偏低),先確認短路主因。
•Ex. 假設量測到 VSD_1V8 對地短路
–可以斷開 R1102 量測兩端阻抗 確認是否為 PMIC 內部短路
5. 如果確認為 U1101 或U501 內部短路…
•照X-Ray 檢查是否有短路或空焊
•對U1101 / U501 再度加熱
•更換 U1101 / U501

LCM Issue Checklist
•Check CON1801及周邊零件是否有歪斜、空焊或損毀
•Check LCM FFC 及本體是否異常
•Panel
–Check V_VSYS_LCDTP (R1872.1) 是否為 3.3V
–Check V_LCD_1P8 (R1867.1) 是否為 1.8V
•Backlight
–Check V_LED (PSR8902.2) 是否為 16.2 ~ 18V (有無對地短路?)
–Check P_BL_SCL_5 (T8903) 和P_BL_SDA_5 (T8904) 準位是否為 1.8V
•確認準位後,再用示波器確認波形是否正確
–Check P_BL_PWM_5 (T8902) 在螢幕開啟後,電壓是否約為 0.7V
•確認有電壓後,再用示波器確認 PWM 是否有正常輸出

Touch Panel Issue Checklist
•Check CON1801及周邊零件是否有歪斜、空焊或損毀
•Check V_TP_1P8 (R1871.1) 是否為 1.8V
•Check I2C3_TP_SCL (R1859.1) & I2C3_TP_SDA (R1860.1) 準位是否為 1.8V
–確認準位後,再用示波器確認波形是否正確
•Check TOUCH_INT_N (R1866.1) 在觸碰螢幕時,準位是否拉 Low

Rear Camera Issue Checklist
•Check CON2001 及周邊零件是否有歪斜、空焊或損毀
•Check Camera 是否有插好
•Check DVDD_1P2_5M (L2012.2) 電壓是否為 1.2V (無電壓則確認 L2012 是否有上件)
–如果 L2012 有上件
•確認相機開啟後,C2012.1 電壓是否等於 1.8V
•確認 R2008.1 準位是否為 Low (0V)
–如果上述兩者皆正常,則確認 U2002 是否有空焊
•Check VDD_1P8_CAM_REAR (L2007.2) 電壓是否為 1.8V (無電壓則確認 L2007 是否有上件)
•Check VDD_2P8_CAM_REAR (L2008.2) 電壓是否為 2.8V (無電壓則確認 L2008 是否有上件)
•Check I2C1_CAM_SCL (R503.1) & I2C3_CAM_SDA (R504.1) 準位是否為 1.8V
–確認準位後,再用示波器確認波形是否正確
[ if 相機無法對焦 ]
•Check VCM_2P8_5M (L2011.2) 電壓是否為 2.8V (無電壓則確認 L2011 是否有上件)
–如果 L2011 有上件
•確認 C2007.1 電壓是否等於 VSYS
•確認 R2003.1 準位是否為 Low (0V)
–如果上述兩者皆正常,則確認 U2001 是否有空焊
