Overview
The ALR-IAQ is a stable Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Temperature & Humidity indoor air quality
sensing device by LoRaWAN communication. It is integrated LoRa wireless technology, CO2 Sensor knowhow
and high-performance MCU solution for various IoT markets usage. With calibrated CO2 sensor module and
compensated Temperature/Humidity sensor integration, the data is ready for use. It is perfect for monitoring air
quality in schools, office buildings, greenhouses, factories, hotels, hospitals, transportation lines and anywhere
high levels of carbon dioxide are generated.

Please tenon on bottom of the housing with a screw driver to remove the upper cover. (Please refer to the
Figure 2 to Figure 4)

Cautions and Product Safety Information
Environment The following environment requirements apply to the ALR-IAQ Verifier:
Requirements • The ALR-IAQ Verifier is for indoor use only.
• The unit is evaluated for a maximum ambient temperature of 60°C
(Normal operating conditions).
• The ALR-IAQ Verifier is suitable for network telecommunication facilities.
CAUTION:
To prevent shock. No user serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified
personnel.
Equipment This includes instructions to service personnel for preventive maintenance,
Maintenance and inspection, cleaning, and replacement of parts. The ALR-IAQ Verifier contains
Service no user-serviceable parts. If the equipment is used in a manner not specified
by the manufacturer, the protection provided by the equipment may be
impaired.
Preventing Electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage can cause complete or intermittent
Electrostatic equipment failures. EXFO recommends that you always use an ESD-preventive
Discharge wrist or ankle strap and ensure that it makes good skin contact.
Airflow ALR-IAQ is passively cooled. There are no fans or filters.
