Montageanleitung
Anbausatz Mikroskop REF 541.2300.0 an ATMOS ®C 11 Systema
Für die Montage des Anbausatzes sind zwei Personen erforderlich.
Überprüfen Sie vor Montagebeginn alle Teile auf einwandfreien Zustand und Vollständigkeit (Lieferschein).
Lieferumfang: Mikroskopsäule, Anbausatz zur Integration an ATMOS®C 11 Systema, Gewichtsplatten.
Schritt1
Bringen Sie die Nutensteine M6 (REF 000.0994.0), in die rich-
tige Position, falls diese beim Transport verrutscht sind.
Schritt2
Schrauben Sie die zwei Gewichtsplatten (REF 541.2309.0) mit
je vier Schrauben Inbus M 6 x 30 (REF 051.0083.0) und vier
U-Schrauben M 6 (REF 053.0006.0) an.

Benötigtes Werkzeug
Inbus 2,5 mm für Säule (als Schraubendreher oder T-Griff)
Inbus 5 mm für Anbaubefestigung (als Schraubendreher
oder T-Griff)
Wasserwaage zum Ausrichten von Einheit und Säule

Schritt3
Setzen Sie das Stativrohr (REF 541.2310.0) der ATMOS®C 11
Systema auf den Zapfen der Gegenplatten (REF 541.2302.0).
Schritt4
Fixieren Sie das Stativrohr beidseitig mit je zwei Senk-
schrauben M 4 x 10 (REF 052.0420.0).

Schritt5
Nehmen Sie den linken Seitenauszug von der ATMOS®C
11 Systema heraus. Lösen Sie den Schlauch vom Winkelan-
schluss.

Schritt6
Stellen Sie die ATMOS®C 11 Systema auf den Anbausatz.
Schritt7
Richten Sie den Anbausatz, durch ziehen am Stativrohr,
waagrecht aus. Schieben Sie die ATMOS®C 11 Systema in
Richtung der Gewichtsplatte.
Achtung: Dabei müssen Sie im hinteren Bereich die
Klemmlasche (REF 541.2319.0) in die Montageplatte Boden-
platte einführen.

Schrauben Sie beidseitig die zwei Klemmlaschen im Seiten-
auszug mit den Zylinderschrauben M 6 x12 (REF 051.0417.0)
an.

Schrauben Sie beidseitig zwei Winkel (REF 541.2318.0) im
Seitenauszug mit Zylinder M 6 X 12 (REF 051.0417.0) an.

Schritt10
Setzen Sie den Seiteneinschub wieder ein und schließen Sie
den Saugschlauch an.

Überprüfen Sie die Stabilität der Montage, indem Sie den Mi-
kroskoparm mehrfach in verschiedene Richtungen bewegen
(Simulation der Anwendung).

Assemblyinstructions
Add-on kit microscope REF 541.2300.0 to ATMOS ®C 11 Systema
Two persons are required for the assembly of the add-on kit.
Prior to assembly check that all parts are in a perfect condition and are complete (see delivery note). Scope of delivery:
microscope column, add-on kit for the integration to the ATMOS®C 11 Systema, weight plates.
Step1
Adjust the sliding block M6 (REF 000.0994.0), to the correct
position, just in case it slipped during transport.
Step2
Screw on the two weight plates (REF 541.2309.0) each with
four Allen screws M 6 x 30 (REF 051.0083.0) and four
U-screws M 6 (REF 053.0006.0).

Required tools
Allen key 2,5 mm for column (as a screwdriver or a T-
handle)
Allen key 5 mm for mounting (as a screwdriver or a T-
handle)
water level to adjust the device and column

Step3
Place the stand tube (REF 541.2310.0) of the ATMOS®C 11
Systema onto the studs of the counter plate (REF 541.2302.0).
Step4
Fixate the stand tube with two countersink screws on either
side M 4 x 10 (REF 052.0420.0).

Step5
Remove the left side extension from the ATMOS®C 11
Systema. Loosen the hose from the elbow connection.

Step6
Place the ATMOS®C 11 Systema onto the add-on kit.
Step7
Adjust the add-on kit by pulling out the stand tube in a hori-
zontal direction. Push the ATMOS®C 11 Systema towards the
weight plate.
Attention: On the rear side the clamping bracket
(REF 541.2319.0) must be inserted into the mounting plate.
Step8
On both sides screw two clamping brackets into the side ex-
tensions with socket head screws M 6 x12 (REF 051.0417.0).

On both sides screw two angle brackets (REF 541.2318.0 )
into the side extension with socket head screws M 6 X 12 (REF
051.0417.0).

Step10
Put back the slide-in drawers and connect the hose.
Step11
Check the stability by moving the microscope in dierent
directions (simulation of the application).
