Warranty Regulations (Please Read)
Thank you for purchasing this Audio-Technica product. In the unlikely event of a malfunction
occurring with this product after purchase, Audio-Technica will cover the costs of repair within the
warranty period according to the provisions set forth in this warranty. This warranty must be
provided for repairs, so store it in a safe place. Please also keep your sales slip or receipt in a safe
place as such items will be necessary to confirm the warranty start date.
Note that Audio-Technica oers repairs outside the warranty period for a fee. To maintain the basic
performance of the product, we aim to carry required parts (performance parts for repair) for a
minimum of six years after production is discontinued.
Audio-Technica will cover the costs of repair of the product in the event of a defect under normal use
as defined in the user manual during the warranty period. To request repairs after purchasing, contact
the company or the store where the product was purchased. Please note that Audio-Technica reserves
the right to replace the product at its discretion. Consumers will be required to cover the costs of
repair, or repair may not be possible under certain conditions, in any of the following circumstances
even within the warranty period:
1. Defect or damage due to misuse.
2. Defect or damage due to “acts of God” including natural disasters (such as fire, earthquake,
wind/flood damage, and lightning), pollution, and salt damage, or due to abnormal voltage
conditions.
3. Defect or damage caused by a device other than this product.
4. Defect or damage due to repair or modification performed by a company/individual other
than Audio-Technica.
5. Defect or damage due to the product being relocated, transported, moved or dropped at
the installation location after purchase.
6. No warranty card.
7. No date of purchase or inscribed stamp of the name of the store where the product was
purchased on the warranty card, or no proof of the warranty start date (such as a receipt).
Items not covered by warranty
• The following items are not covered by the warranty: driver unit (microphone, headphone, speaker),
microphone body, microphone cable, removable wind screen for microphone, headphone
earpad/earpiece, mixer faders, lamps, rechargeable battery, storage case, and other accessories.
Also note that the warranty does not ensure compensation for the software, data, etc. of devices
connected to the product.
Shipping charges for repair parts
• Consumers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred when sending the product for repair
or inspection even if the product is still under warranty. We appreciate your understanding in this
matter. When sending the product, package it using the original packaging so that it is not
damaged in transit.
Warranty of repair parts
• If, following repair, the same part is aected by the same defect, we will repair the product at no
cost within three months of the date of repair even if the warranty period has ended.

1. The legal rights of customers are not limited by the contents set forth in these warranty regulations.
2. This warranty is valid only in North America.
3. This warranty cannot be reissued, so store it in a safe place to prevent loss.
