1ON/OFFPOWERBUTTON
Press this button to turn the unit on or off. The unit will also turn
on automatically when a compact disc is inserted if the ignition
switch is “on” or when any front panel button is pressed.
2VOLUME/ LEVEL CONTROL
To increase the volume level, turn the knob clockwise. The
volume will increase and the level will be shown on the display
panelfromaminimumof “VOL 00” to a maximum of“VOL63”. To
decreasethevolumelevel, turn the knob counter-clockwise. The
display will automatically return to the normal indication 5 sec-
ondsafterthelast volume adjustment or when anotherfunctionis
activated. These buttons are also used in conjunction with the
Select button 3to adjust the bass, treble, balance, and fader
levels as described in 4, 5, 6and 7.
3SELECTBUTTON(SEL)
CONFIRMATION TONE SELECTOR ( )
This button is used to select the audio function (volume, treble,
bass,balance,or fade) to be adjustedusingtheLevelControl2.
Pressing the Select button once will set the unit for treble
adjustment (“TRE” will appear on the display panel). Pressing
the button additional times will select bass (“BAS” on the display),
balance(“BAL”),fader(“FAD”)orvolume(“VOL”). Thedisplaywill
automatically return to the normal indication 5 seconds after the
lastadjustment or when anotherfunction is activated.
Pressing and holding the button for longer than 2 seconds will
activate the Confirming Tone feature as indicated by two beep
tonesandthe indication appearingonthedisplaypanel. When
activated, the unit will produce a single beep tone whenever a

momentary press function is activated and two beep tones
whenever apress-and-hold function isactivated(i.e.Auto-Store
Tuning, etc.). To deactivate this feature, press the button again
forlongerthan 2 seconds ( the indication willdisappearfrom
thedisplay panel).
4TREBLE CONTROL
Toadjustthetreble level, first select the Treblemodebypressing
theSelect button 3sothatthe “TRE” indication appearsonthe
display panel. Within 5 seconds of choosing the Treble mode,
turntheLevelControl2clockwisetoincreaseorcounter-clockwise
todecrease the treble responseasdesired. The treble levelwill
be shown on the display panel from a minimum of -7 to a
maximumof+7(0is flat response). The display will automatically
returntothenormalindication 5 seconds after the last adjustment
orwhenanother function is activated.
5BASS CONTROL
To adjust the bass level, first select the Bass mode by pressing
theSelect button 3sothatthe “BAS” indication appearsonthe
display panel. Within 5 seconds of choosing the Bass mode,
turntheLevel Control2clockwisetoincreaseorcounter-clockwise
todecreasethebassresponseasdesired. Thebasslevelwillbe
shownon the display panelfroma minimum of-7to a maximum
of+7 (0 is flatresponse). Thedisplaywill automatically return to
thenormalindication5secondsafterthelastadjustmentorwhen
anotherfunctionis activated.
6LEFT/RIGHTBALANCE CONTROL
To adjust the left-right speaker balance, first select the Balance
modebypressingthe Select button 3sothatthe“BAL”indication
appearson the display panel. Within5seconds of choosing the
Balance mode, turn the Level Control 2clockwise or
counter-clockwise to adjust the balance as desired. The
balancepositionwill beshownonthedisplay panelfrom“BAL.L15”
(full left) through “BAL.R 15” (full right). When the volume level
betweentheleftandrightspeakersisequal,“BAL0”willbe shown
on the display panel. The display will automatically return to the
normal indication 5 seconds after the last adjustment or when
anotherfunctionis activated.
7FRONT/REARFADER CONTROL
To adjust the front-rear speaker balance, first select the Fader
mode by pressingthe Select button 3sothatthe “FAD”indication
appears on the display panel. Within 5 seconds of choosing the
Fader mode, turn the Level Control 2clockwise or counter-
clockwise to adjust the front-rear speaker balance as desired.
The fader position will be shown on the display panel from
“FAD.R 15” (full rear) through “FAD.F 15” (full front). When the
levelbetweenthefrontandrear speakers is equal, “FAD0” will be
shownon the display panel. The displaywillautomatically return
to the normal indication 5 seconds after the last adjustment or
whenanotherfunction is activated.
8LOUDNESSCONTOUR (LOUD)
When listening to music at low volume levels, this feature will
boostthebassandtreblerangestocompensateforthecharacteristics
of human hearing. Press the button to activate this feature and
theindication “LOUD” will appearonthe display panel. Pressing
thebuttonagainwilldeactivatethe feature (the “LOUD” indication
willdisappear from the displaypanel).
9AUDIO SETTING MEMORIES (P1/P2/P3)
Three pre-set buttons are provided on this unit to store desired

audiolevel positions into memorieswhichcanbe easily recalled.
To set any ofthe3 audio memories, usethefollowing procedure:
1. UsetheSelectbutton3andLevelControl2toadjustthevolume,
treble, bass, balance and fader to the desired settings.
2. Press the Select button 3to call any of the audio functions on
thedisplay. Within2secondsofpressingtheSelectbutton and
while the audio function is still on the display panel, press the
pre-setbutton(1 through 3) to besetandcontinueto hold it in.
Afterapproximately2seconds, the volumewillbemomentarily
mutedandthe pre-setnumber(“P-1”,“P-2”,or“P-3”) willappear
onthe display panel indicating thattheaudio levels are now set
into that memory position (release the button). The settings
can be recalled at any time by pressing the Select button 3
and then that pre-set button within 2 seconds.
bl DIGITAL SOUND PROCESSOR (DSP)
TheDigitalSoundProcessorfeatureadjuststhefrequencyresponse
andreverberationeffects,allowingyoutotailorthesoundreproduction
to 3 different acoustic settings. Each press of the button will
selecta different effect( LIVE , CONCERT or THEATER ) as
shown by the indication on the display panel. Pressing the
button again will restore normal stereo reproduction ( DSP and
effectmode indication will disappearfromthe display panel).
bm AUDIO MUTE (M)
This button is used to mute the volume from the system. By
pressing the button, the indication “MUTE” will appear on the display
panel and the volume will be muted. Pressing the Mute button
again or activating any other function of the unit will return to the
volumelevelsettingin use beforetheMutefunctionwasactivated.
bn AM/FM BAND SELECTOR (BAND)
During radio operation, each momentary press of this button will
changetheradioband. Theindication“AM1”,“AM2”,“FM1”,“FM2”,
or“FM3”willappearonthedisplay panelaccordingtoyourselection.
During CD, CD changer or AUX input operation, pressing this
buttonwillhaveno effect. Press the Mode Selector bt to return to
radiomode and thenpress the BandSelector.
bo MANUAL UP/DOWN TUNING ( / )
AUTOMATIC SEEK TUNING
Each time the button is tapped upward, the radio will tune one
frequencystephigher. Similarly,eachtapofthebuttondownward
willtune one frequency steplower. To manuallytuneina station,
tap the button in the appropriate direction until the desired
frequencyisreached.
Movingthebuttonupwardordownwardfor longerthan0.5seconds
and then releasing will activate the Automatic Seek Tuning
function. The radio will seek the next available station in the
selecteddirection and stopatthat frequency. The Seekfunction
canbestoppedbymovingthebuttonagainoractivatinganyother
tuningfunction.
Movingandholdingthe buttonupwardordownwardforlonger than
0.5 seconds will cause the radio to continue tuning rapidly in the
selecteddirection until thebuttonis released at whichpointit will
seek to the next available station.
bp AUTO-STORE TUNING (AS)
PRE-SETSCANTUNING(PS)
Duringradiooperation, press this buttonmomentarilytoscanthe
6 stations pre-set into the memories of that band. The unit will
stopateachpre-setstation for 5 seconds before continuing to the

next pre-set station (the pre-set number on the display panel will
flash during Pre-Set Scan operation). Press the button again
momentarily to stop Pre-Set Scan operation and remain on the
selectedfrequency.
Pressing the button for longer than 2 seconds will activate the
Auto-StoreTuningfeaturewhich will automatically scantheband
andenter up to6 strong stationsinto the 6pre-set memories (the
indication “AST” will appear on the display panel to show that
Auto-StoreTuning is inprogress). Afterentering the stationsinto
thememories, the unitwillautomatically stop ateachstation for 5
secondssoeachcanbe heard. If you have already setthepre-set
memories to your favorite stations, activating the Auto-Store
feature will erase those stations and enter the new strong stations.
Thisfeatureismostusefulwhen traveling in a new area where you
are not familiar with the local stations.
bq STATION PRE-SET MEMORIES
To set any of the 6 pre-set memories in each band, use the
following procedure:
1. Turnthe radio on andselectthe desired band.
2. Selectthefirst station to bepre-setusingthe Manual Up/Down
orAutomatic Seek TuningControlsbo.
3. Press the pre-set button to be set and continue to hold it in.
Afterapproximately2seconds,thepre-setnumberofthebutton
will appear on the displaypanel, indicating that the station is
nowsetintothatpre-set memory position. The station can now
be recalled at any time by pressing that button.
4. Repeattheaboveprocedurefortheremaining 5 pre-setsonthat
band and for the other 4 bands on the unit.
br LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL
The Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) panel displays the frequency,
time,and activated functions.
NOTE: It is a characteristic of LCD panels that, if subjected to cold
temperaturesforanextended period oftime,theymaytake
longer to illuminate than under normal conditions. In
addition, the visibility of the numbers on the LCD may
slightly decrease. TheLCDread-out will return tonormal
whenthe temperature increases toanormalrange.
bs SPECTRUM ANALYZER DISPLAY
The Spectrum Analyzer Display feature incorporated in this unit
breaks down the audio frequency spectrum into 7 bands and
provides a visual indication of the amount of audio signal within
eachofthesebands. Theinstantaneoussignallevelineachband
is shown by the number of illuminated bars (1 to 9).
bt CD/CDCHANGER/AUXINPUTMODE SELECTOR (MODE)
Thisbutton is usedtoselect between theradio,CD, CD changer
(ifinstalled)orauxiliary(AUX)audio input playback modes. Each
press of the button will select a different mode and will be
indicated on the display panel.
bu DISC SLOT
With the front panel in the fold-down position, gently insert the
disc into the slot (label surface facing up) until the soft-loading
mechanismengagesanddiscplaybegins. The“CD”, indication,
track number and elapsed time will appear on the display panel.
NOTE: Thisunitisdesignedforplayofstandard5"(12cm)Compact
DiscsONLY. Donotattempt to use 3"(8cm)CD-Singles in
thisunit,eitherwith or withoutanadapter, as damagetothe

player and/or disc can occur. Such damage will not be
coveredbythe Warrantyonthis product.
cl TRACK SELECT ( / )
This button is used to quickly select the beginning of a particular
track. With each momentary upward tap of the button, the next
higher track number will be selected as shown on the display
panel. Similarly, with each momentary downward tap of the
button,the next lower track number will be selected.
cm CUE/REVIEW FUNCTIONS
High-speedaudiblesearchtoanysectionofthedisccanbemade
by the Cue and Review functions. Press and hold the button
upwardtoadvancerapidlyintheforwarddirectionordownwardto
advancerapidlyinthebackwarddirection. Duringeitherfunction,
theelapsedtimewithin each track will automatically beshownon
the display panel.
cn PAUSE/PLAY SELECTOR ( PAUSE)
During disc play, press this button to temporarily stop play of the
disc(the indication will flashand “PAUS” willappear on the
displaypanel). Press the button againtoresumeplay of the disc
from the point at which it was stopped. Pause mode will also be
canceled by activating any other disc function.
co REPEAT PLAY SELECTOR (RPT)
During disc play, press this button to repeat the play of the
selected track ( REPEAT will appear on the display panel).
Playofthe track will continuetorepeatuntil the button is pressed
again and the REPEAT indication disappears from the display
panel. RepeatPlay mode willalsobe canceled by activatingthe
Shuffle Play co or Track Scan cp functions.
cp SHUFFLE PLAY SELECTOR (SHF)
During disc play, press this button to play the tracks on the disc
inarandomshuffled order ( SHUFFLE will appear on the display
panel). InShuffle Play mode, pressingtheForwardTrack Select
() will also select tracks in the random order instead of the
normalprogression. Thefirstpressofthe Backward Track Select
() will go back to the beginning of the track in play. Additional
presseswillselecttracksinrandomorder. TheShufflePlay mode
can be canceled by pressing the button again ( SHUFFLE
indication will disappear from the display panel) or be activating
the Repeat Play co or Track Scan cq functions.
cq TRACK SCAN (SCAN)
During disc play, press this button to play the first 10 seconds of
eachtrack on the disc ( SCAN willappearonthe display panel).
When a desired track is reached, press the Scan button again to
cancel the function and play of the selected track will continue.
Track Scan mode will also be canceled by activating the Repeat
Play co, Shuffle Play cp, or Track Select cl functions.
cr DISC EJECT ( )
Disc play is stopped and the disc is ejected by pressing this
button on the rear of the front panel. Radio, CD changer or AUX
operation will automatically resume depending on which mode
wasinoperation prior to discplay. If the disc is notremovedfrom
theunitandthe button is pressed again, thediscwillbere-loaded
andbeginplaying.
If the disc is not removed from the disc slot within 10 seconds of
being ejected, it will automatically be re-loaded into the unit to
preventitfrom beingaccidentallydamaged. Playofthedisc canbe
resumedbyusingtheModeSelectorbt tochooseCDplayerfunction.

cs TIME/FREQUENCY SELECTOR (T/F)
This unit can be set so that either the clock time or radio fre-
quency/CD functions will normally appear on the display panel.
PressingtheTime/FrequencySelector button when the radio fre-
quencyorCD indication is shown willchangethedisplay to show
thetime. The time will thenbethe priority setting andthedisplay
willautomatically return to time display5seconds after any other
radio,CD, or audio functiondisplay.
Iftheunit issettotimedisplaypriority,pressingtheTime/Frequency
Selectorbuttonwill changethedisplaytoshow theradiofrequency/
CD/AUXindicationandthiswillthen become the priority setting to
whichthedisplay automatically returns 5 secondsafteranyother
functionis activated.
ct REMOTE SENSOR
Thesensorfortheinfraredsignalfromthewirelessremotecontrol
is located behind this lens. For optimal operation of the remote
control, always aim it toward the sensor.
cu THEFT-DETERRENT L.E.D.
Located on the chassis behind the front panel, a light-emitting
diode(L.E.D.)will flash when thepanelisremoved. The flashing
lightserves as a visualwarningto the would-bethiefthat the unit
hasbeen disabled by removalofthefront panel.
dl RE-SET BUTTON
ARe-Set button is locatedonthe front of thechassis(front panel
must be removed to access the button). The re-set circuitry is
provided to protect the microprocessor circuitry and should only
beactivatedunderthefollowingcircumstances as it will erase the
timeand pre-set memories.
1. Upon initial installation after all wiring is completed.
2. Aftertheposition of the frequency stepswitchonthebottomof
the chassis has been changed.
3. If there is a malfunction of any of the switches on the unit,
pressing the Re-Set button may clear the system and return
tonormaloperation.
dm FRONT PANEL RELEASE BUTTON
Pressingthisbutton will cause thefrontpaneltodrop down to the
loweredpositionso a disc may be loadedorejectedorso that the
panel may be detached. To detach the front panel, press the
buttonsothat the panel isloweredandthen grasp the middle ofit
and pull it off of the chassis. To re-attach the panel, position it
straight onto the chassis and then press until the mechanism
locks it into place.
NOTES ON USE OF FRONT PANEL
1. Makesure the frontpanel is right-side-up whenattaching it to
the chassis as it cannot be attached when up-side down.
2. Do not press very hard on the front panel when attaching it to
the chassis. No more than light to moderate pressure should
beneeded.
3. Whentaking the front panelwithyou, please use thesupplied
carryingcasetoprotectthepanelfromdirtanddamage. Make
sure there is no dust or dirt on the electrical terminals on the
backof the panel asthiscould cause intermittent operationor
othermalfunctions.

The wireless remote control supplied with this model is capable
of operating most of the features of the unit from a remote
location. Each button on the remote control functions in the
samewayasthereferenced button on the main unit. Foroptimal

bs BATTERY COMPATRMENT
NOTES ON REMOTE CONTROL USE
1.The remote control operates on a 3-volt lithium battery (type
CR-2025). Install the battery into the compartment at the
bottomof the remotecontrol,making sure toobservecorrect
polarity as shown in the diagram on the back of the control.
2. If the remote control fails to operate, always check battery
conditionand replace if necessarybeforeservicing the unit.
3. Dispose of used batteries properly. Do not heat, disassemble,
or throw used batteries into a fire.
4. Keep the remote control away from areas where it may be
exposed to direct heat, moisture, or sunlight.

1. Turnthevehicleignition and radio “on”.
2. Press and hold the Time/Frequency Selector button cs approximately 2 seconds until the time display begins flashing on the
displaypanel.
3. Within5seconds after the time display begins flashing, press the ManualTuningbuttonbo downwardtoadjustthehoursorupward
to adjust the minutes to the correct time.
4. Five seconds after the last hour or minute adjustment is made, the time will be set in the unit and normal operation can resume.
This unit is supplied pre-set at the factory for reception of North American radio stations (10 kHz. channel spacing on AM/200 kHz.
spacingonFM). Use in other areas intheworldmay require different channel spacing. Aswitchonthe bottom of the chassisallows
selection of 9 kHz. AM/100 kHz. FM channel spacing. Slide the switch to the appropriate position using a small screwdriver blade.
The Re-Set button dl on the front of the chassis must then be pressed to activate the change of channel spacing.
Ifa problem should developwhileoperatingthe CD player,thefollowingerrorcodes may appear onthedisplaypanel.
ER-1: Indicates an error in the microprocessor control of the CD player. Eject the disc, make sure it is clean, undamaged, and
loaded correctly (label side up). Re-load the disc and check for proper operation or try another disc. You may also try
activating the Re-Set button dl on the unit, but this will also erase the time and pre-set memories.
ER-2: Indicatesamechanismerroror thatthediscisnotloading or ejectingproperly. Tryre-loading orpressingtheEjectbuttonagain.
ER-3: Indicates excessive temperature conditions. CDplaywill resume whenthetemperature returns to thenormal range.
Ifthe suggested measures donotsolve the problem,contactan approved warranty stationnearyou for further assistance.

CD CHANGER CONTROLS
Builtintothisradioarecontrolsto operate an optional CDchanger.
Please check with your Prestige car stereo specialist for
recommendations ofthe models that will work with this radio.
Adjustment of the audio functions (volume, tone, balance, and
fader)fortheCDchanger operate in the same mannerastheydo
forradioplay. The following controls will operatetheCDchanger
when it is installed and connected to this radio. Refer to the
owner’smanual included with the CD changer for instructions
ontheinstallationand correctloadinganduseoftheCDmagazine.
dn CD CHANGER MODE SELECTOR (CD)
During radio, CD, or AUX input play, press this button to select
operation of the CD changer as shown by “CDC” on the display
panel. Play will be indicated by the rotating disc symbol and the
disc and track numbers on the display panel. If a new magazine
has been loaded into the changer, play will begin from the first
trackof the first discinthe magazine. If amagazinewas already
in the changer, play will resume from the track on the disc
previouslyinplay.
do & dp DISC SELECT (D.DN & D.UP)
These buttons are used to select the desired disc for play. To
advance to a higher number disc, press the D.UP button dp. To
return to a lower number disc, press the D.DN button do. The
number of the disc in play will be shown on the display panel.
dq TRACK SELECT ( / )
This button is used to quickly select the beginning of a particular
track. With each momentary upward tap of the button, the next
higher track number will be selected as shown on the display
panel. Similarly, with each momentary downward tap of the
button,the next lower track number will be selected.

“PAUS” indication will appear until the button is released.
ds PAUSE/PLAY SELECTOR (PAUSE)
Duringdisc play, press thisbuttonto temporarily stopplayof the
disc(the indication will flash and“PAUS” will appear onthe
displaypanel). Pressthe button again toresumeplayofthe disc
from the point at which it was stopped. Pause mode will also be
canceled by activating any other disc function.
dt TRACK/DISC REPEAT (RPT)
WhentheRepeatbutton is pressed, the REPEAT indicationwill
appearonthe display panel andplayofthe selected track willbe
continuallyrepeateduntil the Track Repeatmodeiscanceled by
pressing the Repeat button again or by activating the Shuffle du
or Scan el functions.
WhentheRepeatbuttonispressedandheldlongerthan2seconds,
the DISC and REPEAT indicationswillappear on the display
panel and play of the selected disc will be continually repeated
until the Disc Repeat mode is canceled by pressing the Repeat
buttonagain or by activatingtheShuffle du or Scan el functions.

Ifa problem should developwhileoperatingthe CD changer,the followingerrorcodesmay appear on thedisplaypanel.
EJEC: Indicates that there is no magazine loaded in the CD changer.
ER-1: Indicatesanerrorinthe microprocessor controloftheCD changer. Ejectthe CD magazine fromthechanger and make sure
thediscs are clean, undamaged,andloaded correctly (see Owner’sManualof the CDchanger). Re-loadthe magazine and
checkfor proper operation. You may alsotry activating the Re-Setbuttondl onthe unit, butthiswill also erasethetime and
pre-setmemories.
ER-2: IndicatesaCDchanger mechanism error. Try ejectingandre-loading the CD magazineinto the changer.
ER-3: Indicates excessive temperature conditions at the CD changer. The error sign will go off and play will resume when the
temperature at the changerreturns toa normal range.
Ifthe suggested measures donotsolve the problem,contactan approved warranty stationnearyou for further assistance.
du TRACK/DISC SHUFFLE (SHF)
When the Shuffle button is pressed, the SHUFFLE indication
willappear on the display panelandthe tracks on thediscwillbe
played in a random, shuffled order. The Track Select button dq
will also select tracks in the shuffled order instead of the normal
progression. TheTrackShufflemodecanbecanceled bypressing
theShufflebuttonagainorbyactivatingtheRepeatdt orScanel
functions.
WhentheShuffle buttonispressedandheldlongerthan2seconds,
the DISC and SHUFFLE indicationswill appear onthedisplay
panel and the discs in the magazine will be played in a random,
shuffled order, as well as the tracks on each disc. When all
tracks on the selected disc have been played, the next disc will
beselectedin shuffledorderanditstracks willbeplayedinshuffled
order. The Disc Shuffle mode can be canceled by pressing the
Shuffle button again or by activating the Repeat dt or Scan el
functions.

appear on the display panel, and the first 10 seconds of each
track on the disc will be played in order. When a desired track is
reached, press the Scan button again and play of the selected
trackwillcontinue( SCAN willdisappearfromthedisplaypanel).
The Track Scan mode will also be canceled by activating any
otherdiscfunction (Select, Cue/Review,Shuffleor Repeat).
WhentheScanbuttonispressedandheldlongerthan2seconds,
the DISC and SCAN indications will appear on the display
panel and the first 10 seconds of the first track on each disc in
the magazine will be played. When a desired disc is reached,
press the Scan button again and play of the selected disc will

HANDLING COMPACT DISCS
Dirt,dust,scratches,andwarpagecancauseskipsintheplayback
anddeteriorationofsoundquality. Pleasefollowtheseguidelinesto
take care of your compact discs:
lUse only compact discs with the mark .
lFingerprints,dust,anddirtshouldbecarefullywipedoffthedisc’s
playing surface (shiny side) with a soft cloth. Wipe in a straight
motion from the inside to the outside of the disc.
lNeverusechemicalssuchasrecordsprays,householdcleaners
orthinnertocleancompactdiscs. Suchchemicalscanirreparably
damage the disc’s surface.
lDiscs should be kept in their storage cases when not in use.
lDonotexposediscstodirectsunlight,hightemperaturesorhigh
humidityforextendedperiods.
lDonotstickpaper,tape,or labels on the disc surfaces nor write
on them with any type of marker.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Theradio section ofyournew sound systemdoes not require any
maintenance. Werecommendyoukeepthismanualforreferenceon
themanyfeaturesfoundinthisunitaswellashowtosettheclock.
The compact disc player section also requires no routine
maintenance,butproperunderstandingofitsuseandhandlingwill
help you obtain maximum enjoyment of its capabilities. The
followingpointsshouldbeobserved:
lWhencleaningtheinteriorofthevehicle,donotgetwaterorcleaning
fluids on the unit.
lTheCDplayerisaprecisioninstrumentandwillnotoperateproperly
in extreme hot or cold. In case of such conditions, wait until the
interiortemperatureofthevehiclereachesanormaltemperature
beforeusingtheplayer.
lIfthetemperatureinsidetheplayergetstoohot,aprotectivecircuit
willautomaticallystopplayofthedisc. Inthiscase,allowtheunit

lNeverinsertanythingotherthana5"(12cm)compactdiscintothe
player as the mechanism can be damaged by foreign objects.
lDonotattempttouse3"(8cm)CD-Singlediscsinthisunit,either
withorwithoutanadaptor,asdamagetotheplayerand/ordiscmay
occur. SuchdamagewillnotbecoveredbytheWarrantyonthis

lWhennotusingthediscplayer,alwaysremovethecompactdisc.
Do not leave an ejected disc sitting in the disc slot as this can
expose it to sunlight and other causes of damage.
