Quick Start Wi-Fi Guide
Connecting the AurAir to a Wi-Fi network is easy.
First step is to connect to the AurAir, so select the AurAir SSID shown in the picture below.
AurAir SSID
All AurAir SSID’s have the same format: AurAir-B1-xxxx, where xxxx is the
unique id of your device. No other AurAir product has this id.
SSID List
The pop-up that is
displayed if you choose
open the internet access
option.
Airplane Mode
Make sure this button is
inactive/ gray, or else you
will not be able to connect
to the AurAir.
Mobile Hotspot
This button also needs to
be inactive/gray.
Other SSID’s
Typically the AurAir
SSID is accompanied by
other WiFi SSID’s. You
can ignore these, since
they do not matter to
AurAir.
Wi-Fi Button
The Microsoft Windows
10 Wi-Fi button, this is
the button that needs to
be active (and should
therefore be blue).

Note: The AurAir uses an unsecured network connection. Your network security software could issue a warning about this when trying to
connect to the AurAir. Please be aware that - in case your network is password protected - that the password you enter is exposed.

This is the Dashboard page, it is refreshed every minute to display actual values from the AurAir. Click on the
settings link to continue
AurAir Logo
The AurAir logo is displayed, so you can see that you have reached the right
portal.
CO2 Value
All measured CO2 sensor
values are displayed here
Healthy values are
displayed in green,
mediocre values in
yellow and unhealthy
values in red.
Air Pressure Value
The air pressure is
displayed on the lower
right side, followed by
the metric unit symbol
(hPa). The pressure has a
single white color.
Relative Humidity
The relative humidity
value is displayed on the
lower left side, followed
by the relative humidity
unit symbol (%). The
humidity has a single
white color.
Settings Link
Clicking this link will
lead you to the settings
page.

In the AurAir settings page you can select the right SSID and enter the SSID password if the network is password
protected.

In this settings page the SSID can be selected and the SSID password entered if
applicable.
SSID Password
If the selected SSID has
WPA protection, please
enter the SSID password
here.
SSID
Select from the pull
down list the right SSID
to connect to.
Submit Button
After selecting the right
SSID and setting the
SSID password, press
this button to setup the
AurAir for WiFi.

Note: Since the AurAir uses an unsecure connection to connect to the WIFI, it is suggested to use/create a Guest network that is shielded from
your regular private network.

Troubleshooting
Here are some of the things to keep in mind when you encounter problems with setting the Wi-Fi in the AurAir.

What should I do?
After setting the right SSID,
the Wi-Fi symbol on the
right upper side is still an
Access Point!
Reboot of the AurAir failed.
Pull the AurAir from the wall socket, wait for 20 seconds and
put the AurAir back into the wall socket.
The AurAir cannot establish
an connection with the
WiFi access point, while the
SSID and password are
correct!
Most countries in the world do not allow the use of WiFi
channels 12 and 13, so the AurAir cannot use them.
Please set the channel of your WiFi access point to channel 11
or lower.
