"configuration and specifications" for 14 months from the date on Bill of Lading.
* The extent of seller's lia ility under this warranty shall e limited to the repair or

. Installation
-1 Installation configuration

- Input electrical connection: refer to specification (2-1), and should e
checked efore switch ON. And the Ground line should e connected
- Earth(-) clamp with ase metal, and Holder(+) with welding electrode
- low humidity and low dust
- flat and strong floor
- more than 30cm far from dry wall.
- Operating temperature: -10 ~ 40deg.C
- No rainy and direct sunshine
- Altitude should e elow 1000m
-2 Input electricity
- when using engine generator, the power should e 2 times of rated input
power
- NFB should e connected with welding machine as one y one.
- Input power should e grounded as a ove picture

- Digital indicator: display welding current

5. Directions of safety
- At clean and well arranged working floor
- Not use at the place where is rain, high humid and water puddle.
- Do not use in near y inflamma le liquid and gas
- With right clothes and safe glass with mask
- During the period of non-use and maintenance, input power switch should
e off
- Input electric power should e earthed
- Right ca le should e used, and of course no damaged one.
- Terminal should e fastened
- Trou le shooting and pre-maintenance periodically.
- When finishing the operation, immediately input power terminal should e
separated.
- Should e operated at indoor and clean place.
- To avoid gas poisoning and reathing difficulty, dirty air should e
ventilated and changed to fresh air.
- Pay attention of heated ase metal after welding, and is to e a cause of
fire
- Should e far from the inflamma le materials.

- Do not use welder in near y inflamma le materials
- As soon as finishing welding, heated ase metal should e far from
inflamma le materials.
- Should install a fire extinguisher in near welding place.
- Do not see the flash arc, and should use safe glass, mask.
- To avoid poison fumes occurred y welding, should use safe mask and
ventilation system.
- Should pay attention a damage of ca le from heavy moving cart.
- Otherwise ca le should e protected y safety cover.
- All connection and screws like terminals and adapters should e fastened.
- Welding adapter and earth adapter should e insulated.
- Do not pull the ca les strongly. It is a cause of damage of ca le and short
circuit.
- Do not use very long ca le, ecause it is a cause of voltage drop.
