Guarantee Certificate◀▶
* The warranty of products shall confirm to the specification set forth in
the article 2 "configuration and specifications" for 14 months from the date
on Bill of Lading.
* The extent of seller's liability under this warranty shall be limited to the
repair or replacement as herein provided of any defective parts thereof.
* The warranty does not extend to following occasion:
- subjected to mis-use, neglect, accident or abuse
- improperly repaired, installed, transported, altered or modified
- used in violation of instructions furnished by user's manual
Warranty Card.
*Note:
1. The "Guarantee Certificate" shall practically be effected with seller's
signature after fill in blank of Warranty Card.
2. Users has to pay attention to the subjects set forth Article 3
"installation" when installing the main power units and accessories.
3. Autowel has no liability of accessories, which are consumable and not
to manufactured by Autowel
Model NICE - DP 1. warranty period is 14 months from
the date on Bill of Lading.

1. Product introduction
Autowel NICE-80(100, 130)DP PLASMA Cutting M/C is controlled by
I.G.B.T inverter, and cutting metal plate by Plasma Arc via current(A)
with compressed air. The use rate with the low input power and high
output is maximized.

4. Operation and handling
4-1. Front panel and name
4-2. Function and explanation
1) Cutting Current : Output current adjustment when cutting base metal.
2) Power Lamp : It turns on when the power on/off switch is on.
3) Cutting Lamp : It turns on during cutting process.
4) Warning Lamp : It turns on when occurring error of air and temperature
error of air : not work when air pressure is lower than 2Kgf/cm2.
error of temperature : stop operation when Temperature is over 85 .℃
Restart cutting process when warning lamp is off a certain
period latter.
5) Power switch : Power on/off of cutting machine.

6) Pilot switch : ON- Arc beam is coming out from torch nozzle when
cutting the base metal as per non-contact.
OFF- use it at low current when cutting the base metal as
per contact.
7) Self hold switch : ON- Cutting start when press torch switch, and
after torch switch release, cutting is continuously on
process, and stop(off) cutting when press torch
switch again.
OFF- Cutting is on when press torch switch.
8) Control Fuse : for security fuse(3A) of control unit.
9) Torch Connector : it connect to torch switch.
10) Pilot terminal : It connect with torch, and to generate Arc Beam at torch.
11) Air connector : it connect to torch main cable(incl. Air hose).
12) Earth terminal : it connect to base metal, which is to be cut.
13) Air Check : Air flow check function for 100DP/130DP model.
5. Safety Instruction
1) Input power : Each cutter has to install NFB. Cable 5.5SQ and more for
1Ph. 220V and 3Ph 380V for 80DP, Cable 8.0SQ and more for 100DP, and
14SQ and more for 130DP.
2) Components of torch should be changed after power off.
3) Apply class 3 grounding.
4) Pay attention of respiratory and burns taking mask and safety product, and
especially fire prevention from fume gas and inflammables.
5) Arc beam makes a certain damage of eyes and skin during cutting
process. Therefore safety cloths and welding mask should be used.
