Introduction
Overview
This product is a wireless Bluetooth Portable USB Speakerphone. Setup and
use of the wireless speakerphone are a breeze –plug and play. It’s
compatible with all leading UC platforms. With four microphones built-in,
the speakerphone can pick up sound from any angle. With a slim and
compact design, the speakerphone can be used at home, in the office or
during traveling. Plus, the speakerphone supports echo cancellation, active
background noise reduction and speech enhancement, which can provide
an excellent performance during meeting.

Power Off
Breathing LEDs, all LEDs will blink (white) once
like breathing and then off, the devi

powered off (if the speakerphone is connected
to the USB device, it still in charging mode).

Bluetooth
function
a. Back connection mode: The LED of
Bluetooth will light white.
b. Pairing mode: The LED of Bluetooth will
blink blue.
c. Connection successful: The LED of
Bluetooth will light blue.
d. Bluetooth function off: The LED of
Bluetooth will be off.

Battery/Charge

a. Charging mode: Connect to the USB device
using the provided US

speakerphone enters charging mode. With
USB device connected, when the
speakerphone is powered off, i

b. Show the battery level: Press
Battery/Charge button, the LEDs will show
battery level clockwise, and the last LED will
blink. After about 2s, all LEDs will be back to
the last status. The quantity of lit LEDs shows
the battery level.
c. Low power: The LED of Battery/Charge will
blink (red) fast.

Decrease/Increase
the Volume
The LEDs will light white from the first LED next
to the Power button anticlockwise or clockwise,
and the last LED will blink. After about 2s, all
LEDs will be back to last status. The quantity of
the lit LEDs shows the volume.
a. Decrease the volume: The quantity of the
lit LEDs will decrease in anticlockwise
direction.
b. Increase the volume: The quantity of the lit
LEDs will increase in clockwise direction.
c. Decrease/Increase the volume
continuously: Hold the Volume
Down/Volume Up button, the
quantity of
the lit LEDs will decrease/increase
continuously. When t
he volume is
decreased/increased to the
minimum/maximum value, the last LED will
blink fast. After about 2s, all LEDs will be
back to last status.

Answer Call/End
Call
a. Calling status: The LEDs of Answer Call and
End Call will blink blue when the source
device makes a call or the source device
receives the call.
b. Answer calling: When the calling is
connected, the LEDs of Answer Call and End
Call will be off.
Note: This function is only available in Bluetooth
mode.

Showing Talker

receives the sound.

Connection
The speakerphone supports two methods to connect to source devices
(such as PC, MacBook, mobile phone): USB and Bluetooth.
USB: Connect the USB Type-C port of the device to the PC using the
provided USB cable. Select the Speakerphone as the default audio
device in Windows Control Panel Sound Settings.
Bluetooth: Power on the speakerphone, if the Bluetooth source has
been connected to the speakerphone last time, in Back Connection
mode, it will connect to the speakerphone automatically. If connect a
new Bluetooth source to the speakerphone, hold the Bluetooth button
for about 3s to set the device to Pairing mode (LED will be blinking
blue), in which the device can be discovered by all Bluetooth sources.
Click the speakerphone’s name in Bluetooth device list of the source to
connect it with the speakerphone. After the connection is successful,
the Bluetooth LED lights blue.

Note:
The two methods can be connected at the same time.
After the speakerphone is connected to a computer via the USB cable,
its speaker and mic can be detected by the system and specific
application in the name of the following:
Speaker Name: AVA AnyCo A5
MIC Name: AVA AnyCo A5
When the speakerphone is waiting for pairing with the computer or
mobile phone through Bluetooth, the name can be found in the
Bluetooth list is:

How to Use the Speakerphone
Basic Operations
Power On/Off
1. Power On:
a. Using the provided USB cable to connect the speakerphone with a
USB source/host device that supports data transmission and power
delivery, the speakerphone will be powered on automatically. The
speakerphone will be powered on automatically. By default, the
speakerphone is in Unmute status. Power LED lights white,
Battery/Charge LED blinks red like breathing (charging mode, when
fully charged, it lights green). Other LEDs are off.
b. Hold the Power button for about 2s, all LEDs blink white once like
breathing, after the device is powered on, the Power LED lights
white, other LEDs are off or Battery/Charge LED blinks red like
breathing/lights green (when USB device is connected).
2. Power Off and Charging:
a. Power Off: Hold the Power button for about 2s, all LEDs will blink
(white) once like breathing, and then off (if the speakerphone is
connected to the USB device, it still in charging mode).
b. Charging:Connect to the USB device using the provided USB cable,
the speakerphone enters charging mode. With USB device
connected, when the speakerphone is powered off, it is still in
charging mode.
Battery/Charging LED blinks red like breathing during charging.
When fully charged, the LED lights green.
Note: When both USB and Bluetooth sources are disconnected, and the
buttons are not operated, after 5mins, the speakerphone will be powered off
automatically.
Bluetooth Connection
Power on the device according to the above steps.
1. Back Connection mode: When power on the device, the Bluetooth
function is in Back Connection mode (Bluetooth LED lights white) by
default. When Bluetooth function is off, press the Bluetooth button, the
speakerphone will also enter Back Connection mode.
In this mode, the last connected Bluetooth source will automatically
connect to the speakerphone, Bluetooth LED will light blue when the

connection is successful.
2. Back Connection Timeout: When the speakerphone is in back
connection mode, but there’s no Bluetooth source is connected with it,
after 8s, the speakerphone will enter pairing mode automatically.
3. Pairing mode: Power on the speakerphone, no matter which mode the
device is in currently, hold press the Bluetooth button for about 3s to
set the device to Bluetooth Pairing mode (Bluetooth LED will be
blinking blue). The device can be discovered by all Bluetooth sources.
Click the name of the device in the Bluetooth list of the source to
connect. Bluetooth LED will light blue when the connection is
successful. At this time, disconnect the Bluetooth connection via
Bluetooth source, set the source’s Bluetooth function to off, or the
source’s location exceeds the Bluetooth range, the speakerphone will
enter Pairing mode again.
4. Set Bluetooth Function to Off: When the speakerphone is in Bluetooth
Back Connection mode, Pairing mode or successfully connected with
Bluetooth source, press the Bluetooth button, the Bluetooth function is
set to off (Bluetooth LED is off).
Battery Level
Press the Battery/Charge button, the LEDs (green) shows the battery level
clockwise, the last LED will blink, and after 2s, the LEDs exit the status and
back to last LEDs display status.
Note: If connect the speakerphone to the source via Bluetooth only, the LED
of Battery/Charge will blink (red) fast when the battery level is less than 10%.
Mute/Unmute
After the speakerphone is powered on, press Mute button, the
speakerphone enters Mute/Unmute mode:
1. In Mute mode, all LEDs light red, and the Mics are invalid.
2. In Unmute mode, all LEDs are back to last status, and the Mics are
enabled.
Volume Up/Down
1. Press Volume Up/Down buttons, the LEDs will light white and show the
changes of volume clockwise/anticlockwise. And the volume of the
source changes synchronously.
2. Hold the Volume Up/Down button continuously, the volume will be

increased/decreased continuously, when the volume is
increased/decreased to the limit value, the last LED will blink fast, after
2s, the speakerphone will exit the status and back to last LEDs display
status.
Note:
1. Adjust the volume of the source device, the speakerphone’s volume
changes synchronously, and the LEDs (white) will show the change of
the volume. When increase/decrease the volume, the quantity of the lit
LEDs increases/decreases in clockwise/anticlockwise direction. Adjust
the volume of the speakerphone, the volume of connected source is
changed synchronously, too.
2. When the Bluetooth connection is successfully, the default volume level
is set to 50%.
Answer Call/End Call
1. In USB mode:
Answer Call and End Call are invalid.
2. In Bluetooth mode:
a. When the source device connected to the speakerphone makes a
call to other device, the LEDs of Answer Call and End Call will blink
blue, the Answer Call button is invalid, and you can click End call to
end the calling. When the call is connected, the LEDs of Answer Call
and End Call are off.
b. When other device makes a call to the source device connected to
the speakerphone, the LEDs of Answer Call and End Call will blink
blue, you can press Answer/End button to connect/disconnect the
call. The LEDs will be off when you press the button.
Connect to USB Source and Bluetooth
Source Simultaneously
When the speakerphone is connected to an active USB source and an active
Bluetooth source, it will output the audio from the first connected source.
Only when the first connected source is paused or disconnected, the
speakerphone can output the audio from the other active source.

Warranty
Products are backed by a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty. For the
following cases AV Access Technology Limited shall charge for the service(s)
claimed for the product if the product is still remediable and the warranty
card becomes unenforceable or inapplicable.
1. The original serial number (specified by AV Access Technology Limited)
labeled on the product has been removed, erased, replaced, defaced or
is illegible.
2. The warranty has expired.
3. The defects are caused by the fact that the product is repaired,
dismantled or altered by anyone that is not from an AV Access
Technology Limited authorized service partner. The defects are caused
by the fact that the product is used or handled improperly, roughly or
not as instructed in the applicable User Guide.
4. The defects are caused by any force majeure including but not limited
to accidents, fire, earthquake, lightning, tsunami and war.
5. The service, configuration and gifts promised by salesman only but not
covered by normal contract.
6. AV Access Technology Limited preserves the right for interpretation of
these cases above and to make changes to them at any time without
notice.
