• ONLY power up the boiler when the thermostat is in the OFF position.
• DO NOT power up the boiler when water supply is o.
Operation
1. Plug in the machine to the power supply.
2. Verify the water supply is ON, then turn toggle switch to ON position.
3. The unit will start filling with water. When the water level becomes visible in the sight gauge, turn the
thermostat clockwise to the desired temperature. The unit will automatically fill to capacity and heat
the water. The amber "Heater" light is ON when heating, and OFF when at selected temperature.
4. When the unit is ready, place an empty cup or container directly under the faucet and pull the handle
towards you. When finished, release the handle.
Troubleshooting
Cleaning
1. Turn the ON/OFF toggle switch to OFF, unplug, and allow unit to completely cool before cleaning.
2. Use a clean cloth with hot water mixed with Noble Chemical Sunbright liquid dish soap (or a neutral
soap) to clean the outside of the unit.
3. For dirt smudges on the unit's exterior a damp cloth will suce.
• DO NOT use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• DO NOT submerge or saturate with water, unit is not waterproof.
• Cleaning should be done at the end of every workday.
• Only those persons trained and qualified in equipment repair should attempt to clean the
inside of this dispenser.
NOTE: Deliming should be performed at least once every six months by an authorized technician.
Customers in areas with hard water will need to perform this procedure more frequently.
Problem Possible Causes Action
Water fails to heat.
No power at receptacle. A qualified electrician should be
contacted.
Faulty wiring. Check wiring and repair/replace if
necessary.
Faulty heater. Check heater resistance, if high or
infinite, replace heater.
Water from cold water supply
line does not enter boiler. External shut-o valve engaged.
Check water supply to external shut-o
valve and disengage to allow flow of
water.
Water runs out at overflow
drain.
Tilted boiler and/or overflow tube. Make sure boiler is level and overflow
tube is vertical.
Dirty/faulty solenoid valve. Replace solenoid.
