AFGSM04-4G – Combinatore telefonico 4G
1) AVVERTENZE E PRECAUZIONI PER L’USO
Questi apparecchi sono utilizzabili esclusivamente nel contesto di un sistema di allarme e conformemente a quanto descritto
nel presente manuale e nel manuale delle centrali compatibili del sistema (cod.AF927PLUS e AF927PLUSTC). Essi possono
essere installati all’interno di locali, nei limiti di temperatura indicati. L’apertura degli apparecchi, ad esclusione del vano
batteria, comporta l’immediato decadimento della garanzia industriale. Ogni altro uso e da considerarsi improprio e vietato.
Il fabbricante non risponde dei danni risultanti da un uso improprio del prodotto, diverso da quanto previsto nel presente
manuale. Leggere attentamente il presente manuale in tutte le sue parti.
1.1) DICHIARAZIONE DI CONFORMITÀ
Il fabbricante, AVE S.p.A. dichiara che il tipo di apparecchiatura AFGSM04-4G è conforme alla direttiva 2014/53/UE. Il testo completo della dichiarazione

2)GENERALITA’
Il dispositivo è un combinatore telefonico che lavora sulle bande:
2G: 900/1800MHz
3G: B1/B8
4G: B1/B3/B7/B8/B20/B28A
3)INSTALLAZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO E DELLA SIM CARD
Verificare preventivamente che la centrale AF927PLUS o AF927PLUSTC siano posizionate in un luogo con adeguata copertura dal segnale 4G dell’operatore telefonico
prescelto.
L’art. AFGSM04-4G deve essere posizionato all’interno della centrale, nell’apposito spazio posizionato in basso a destra del dispositivo (vedi immagine 1).
ATTENZIONE: l’installazione del dispositivo e l’inserimento/estrazione della SIM card da esso, devono essere effettuate solo a centrale
completamente spenta (mancanza di rete elettrica 230Vac e batterie scollegate).
4)INSTALLAZIONE DELLA SIM CARD
La carta SIM da utilizzare deve essere di tipologia MINI SIM.
Per schede di tipologia MICRO SIM utilizzare un apposito adattatore da commercio.
Le schede di tipologia NANO SIM non sono utilizzabili nel combinatore.
Inserire la SIM card in un qualsiasi telefono e verificare:
• che la scheda sia attiva
• che il codice PIN sia disabilitato
• che eventuali messaggi, rubriche o servizi dell’operatore telefonico siano disabilitati
Estrarre la scheda dal telefono ed inserirla (a centrale completamente spenta) nell’apposito slot presente sul combinatore telefonico AFGSM04-4G (vedi immagine 2).
Alimentare la centrale ed attendere qualche minuto per consentire la ricezione della rete telefonica 4G.
5)ASSOCIAZIONE DEL COMBINATORE ALLA CENTRALE:
Il combinatore AFGSM04-4G viene automaticamente associato alla centrale quando, a quest’ultima, viene fornita alimentazione.
6)PROGRAMMAZIONE:
Entrare nel menu “Impostazioni” - “Dispositivi ed aree” - “Dispositivi” della centrale.
Selezionare il dispositivo AFGSM04-4G, cliccando sul simbolo raffigurante l’occhio e configurare i parametri funzionali del combinatore:
6.1) Nome: nome associato al dispositivo;
6.2) Pin SIM: inserire il codice 0000 se è stato eliminato il codice PIN dalla scheda.
6.3) IMEI: codice IMEI (International Mobile station Equipment Identity) della SIM card (parametro non modificabile).
6.4) Operatore telefonico: provider che fornisce la linea telefonica utilizzata (parametro non modificabile).
6.5) Scadenza SIM: invio promemoria della scadenza della SIM inserita nel combinatore.
6.6) Comando richiesta credito: SMS da inviare al proprio operatore per la richiesta del credito residuo sulla propria SIM card.
6.7) Numero gestore SIM: numero utilizzato dal gestore della SIM per erogare i propri servizi (parametro acquisito automaticamente).
6.8) Indirizzo del server: predisposizione futura.
6.9) APN: (Access Point Name) ovvero Nome Punto di Accesso. E’ una configurazione che permette al proprio smartphone di connettersi ad internet tramite il
proprio operatore (parametro acquisito automaticamente).
6.10) Utente: predisposizione futura.
6.11) Password: predisposizione futura.
6.12) Volume messaggi vocali: volume dei messaggi inviati dalla centrale al numero telefonico impostato.
6.13) Dati Mobili: se attivato consente la connessione dati. Se la centrale è configurata come client di un router, in assenza della connessione WI-FI il modulo
AFGSM04-4G consentirà la sua gestione da remoto (se presente la rete mobile 4G).
6.14) Solo Dati-SMS: la centrale gestisce solo la connessione al servizio AVE Cloud (se presente la rete mobile 4G) e l’invio/ricezione dei messaggi SMS,
inibendo la gestione delle chiamate vocali.
6.15) Firmware Version: versione del firmware installata sul dispositivo. www.ave.it

ATTENZIONE: la centrale, in caso di mancanza della rete elettrica di alimentazione, inibisce automaticamente la gestione del modulo WI-FI
e del modulo GSM 4G rendendo impossibile la gestione tramite servizio AVE Cloud.
E’, comunque, possibile modificare questo parametro per consentire sempre l’utilizzo della rete WI-FI e del GSM 4G entrando nel menu
“Parametri di comunicazione/Altri parametri di configurazione” ed attivando il parametro “Connessione Cloud in assenza di rete”.
L’utilizzo del modulo WI-FI o GSM 4G aumenta notevolmente il consumo della batteria della centrale riducendone il tempo di stato in vita
in assenza della rete elettrica di alimentazione.
7) TEST DEL COMBINATORE
Dalla centrale entrare nel menu “Test Impianto/Test Combinatori/Modulo GSM 4G”, premere sull’icona “occhio” e selezionare la tipologia di test che si desidera
effettuare. Inserire il numero telefonico da contattare per attivare il test.
8) CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE
Con lo scopo di migliorare i propri prodotti, AVE S.p.A. si riserva il diritto di modificare le caratteristiche tecniche in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso mantenendo
funzionalità e destinazione d’uso. Oltre a quanto già descritto, le seguenti caratteristiche tecniche si riferiscono alla temperatura ambientale di 20°C (+/- 5°C) e ad
un uso normale dell’apparecchio (ambiente residenziale).

1) WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
These devices can only be used in the context of an alarm system and in compliance with what is described in this
manual and in the manual of the compatible control units of the system (code AF927PLUS and AF927PLUSTC). They can
be installed inside rooms, within the indicated temperature limits. Opening the devices, with the exception of the battery
compartment, entails the immediate forfeiture of the industrial warranty. Any other use is to be considered improper and
prohibited. The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product, other than that provided
for in this manual. Read this manual carefully in all its parts.
1.1) DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The manufacturer, AVE S.p.A. declares that the equipment type AFGSM04-4G complies with directive 2014/53 / EU. The full text of the EU declaration of

The device is a telephone dialer that works on the:

3) INSTALLING THE DEVICE AND THE SIM CARD
Check in advance that the AF927PLUS or AF927PLUSTC control panel are positioned in a place with adequate coverage from the 4G signal of the chosen telephone
operator.
Art. AFGSM04-4G must be positioned inside the control unit, in the appropriate space located at the bottom right of the device (see image 1).
ATTENTION: the installation of the device and the insertion / extraction of the SIM card from it must only be carried out with the control
unit completely switched off (no 230Vac power supply and batteries disconnected).
4) INSTALLING THE SIM CARD
The SIM card to be used must be of the MINI SIM type.
For MICRO SIM cards, use a suitable commercial adapter.
The NANO SIM type cannot be used by the dialer.
Insert the SIM card in any phone and check:
• that the card is active
• that the PIN code is disabled
• that any messages, address books or telephone operator services are disabled
Remove the card from the phone and insert it (with the control unit completely off) in the slot on the AFGSM04-4G telephone dialer (see image 2).
Power up the control panel and wait a few minutes to allow reception of the 4G telephone network.
5) ASSOCIATION OF THE COMBINATOR TO THE CONTROL UNIT
The AFGSM04-4G combiner is automatically associated with the control unit when the latter is supplied with power.
6) PROGRAMMING
Enter the “settings” - “devices and areas” - “devices” menu of the control unit. Select the AFGSM04-4G device by clicking on the symbol depicting the eye and
configure the functional parameters of the dialer:
6.1) Name: name associated with the device;
6.2) SIM pin: enter the code 0000 if the PIN code has been deleted from the card.
6.3) IMEI (International Mobile station Equipment Identity): code of the SIM card (parameter cannot be changed).
6.4) Telephone operator: provider that provides the telephone line used (parameter cannot be changed).
6.5) SIM expiry: sending a reminder of the expiry of the SIM inserted in the dialer.
6.6) Credit request command: SMS to be sent to your operator to request the remaining credit on your SIM card.
6.7) SIM operator number: number used by the SIM operator to provide its services (parameter acquired automatically).
6.8) Server address: future preparation.
6.9) APN (Access Point Name): It is a configuration that allows your smartphone to connect to the internet via your operator (parameter acquired automatically).
6.10) User: future predisposition.
6.11) Password: future predisposition.
6.12) Voice message volume: volume of messages sent from the control unit to the set telephone number.
6.13) Mobile data: if activated, allows data connection. If the control unit is configured as a client of a router, in the absence of the WI-FI connection the
AFGSM04-4G module will allow its remote management (if the 4G mobile network is present).
6.14) Data-SMS only: the control unit only manages the connection to the AVE Cloud service (if the 4G mobile network is present) and the sending / receiving
of SMS messages, inhibiting the management of voice calls.
6.15) Firmware Version: Firmware version installed on the device.

ATTENTION: the control unit, in the event of a power failure, automatically inhibits the management of the WI-FI module and GSM 4G
making it impossible to manage via the AVE Cloud service.
However, it is possible to change this parameter to always allow the use of the WI-FI network and GSM 4G. To do this, it is necessary
to enter the “Communication parameters / Other configuration parameters” menu and activate the “Cloud connection in the absence
of network” parameter. The use of the WI-FI or GSM 4G module significantly increases the battery consumption of the control panel,
reducing its life time in the absence of the power supply network.
7) TELEPHONE DIALER TEST
From the control unit, enter the “System Test / Dialer Test / GSM 4G Module” menu, press the “eye” icon and select the type of test you want to perform. Enter the
telephone number to contact to activate the test.
8) TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
With the aim of improving its products, AVE S.p.A. reserves the right to change the technical characteristics at any time and without notice while maintaining
functionality and intended use. In addition to what has already been described, the following technical characteristics refer to an ambient temperature of 20 ° C (+/- 5
° C) and to normal use of the appliance (residential environment).
