1. FortheEarsexam,cleanthelensatthepoftheotoscopethoroughly,using70%isopropylalco‐
holwipesorcoonswabs(Q‐ps)dippedin70%alcohol.
2. FortheThroatandSkinexams,cleanthecameralensatthefrontofthedevice,using70%isopro‐
pylalcoholwipes.
3. Anotherreasoncouldbetheimageisnotfocused.Duringthethroatorskinexams,touchthede‐
vicescreen,attheareaofinterest,toapplyauto‐focus.Intheskinexam,makesurethecamerais
nottooclosetotheskin.
