Fitting the bench grinder(picture E)
·Put the bench grinder on the flat table.
·Fix the bench grinder to the table or

To achieve the requirements, you can
fix with 4 proper long bolts. When using
short bolts, you must take the rubber mat
away from the fitting hole.
Fitting parts( picture A,B,C,F)
Before using, you need to fix eye
shield brackets, fit and adjust the
adjustable tool rest, and fit the eye
shield bracket to keep the maximum
distance between parts.( picture A,B,C)
·the distance between the bracket and
wheels is 2mm
·the distance between the tool rest and
wheels is 2mm
If the bench grinder you bought has two
different adjustable tool rests, the
wider one should be fitted on the side of
the wider grinding wheel.
·Adjust the eye shield brackets to ensure
they can supply the maximum protection.
·The grinding wheels should be changed
if they are damaged 20% during polishing.
·When using the bench grinder for the
first time, you should let it work 5
minutes under non-load condition.
Grinding wheel
When the distance between grinding
wheel and eye shield brackets reaches 5mm,
grinding wheel should be changed.
“sound test” should be taken when
using new grinding wheel. Knocking the
grinding wheel lightly can produce
ringing sound.
If you hear depressing sound,
the grinding wheels can’t be
used.

and remove the outer guard(5).
·Loosen nut ( 4) with 18mm spanner, and

used should be at least 1/3 diameter of
the grinding wheel, and their apertures
are consistent. The swing measured from
the grinding wheel circumference is
normal. The axial wobble and the radial
wobble within 0.5mm are normal swing.
Usage
·Check that all the parts are well
fitted or adjusted.
·Start the bench grinder.
·Let the bench grinder work at
rated speed so that it can polish
well.
According to different results of polishing, you
should choose different grinding wheels.
