QUICK START GUIDE
1. Check State of Charge (ensure battery is
sufficiently charged)
2. Check headlights, turn signals, brake lights, and
brakes.
1. Check the tire pressures. Tires are
factory filled with nitrogen.
2. Inspect all power cables for
any signs of damage.
3. Check coolant levels.

•Charging and maintenance directly affect
your battery life. Plug it in!
•When you are finished for the day, plug it in.
NEVER let the battery drop down to zero
charge. Ideally, keep it above 50%. Plug it in!
•When it is cold outside, plug it in. Charging
warms the battery.
•Store your Vanish inside (garage, vehicle
shop, etc.) when at or below freezing or in
very hot weather.
•Moderate acceleration and braking prolong
battery range and life.
BATTERY MAINTENANCE
1. Inspect before each use (360° visual).
2. Enter vehicle; close doors (if equipped).
Buckle up!
3. With park brake engaged (up position), insert
the key and turn to «N» (NEUTRAL/ON).
4. Allow the Driver Display to illuminate.
5. Release the park brake, turn the key to «F»
(FORWARD) or «R» (REVERSE), and proceed.
6. To park, stop with the brake pedal fully
depressed, pull up the park brake, turn the
key to «OFF», and remove the key.
