SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Should damages be found on the appliance, its power cord and/or
its other components – do not use the appliance and immediately
bring it to the Aztech Service Center for repair or replacement.
• Do not, in any kind of manner, disassemble, dismantle, and/or perform
appliance repair on your own and/or replace its components using
non-Aztech approved components.
• Do not use the appliance and/or its components for anything other
than its intended purpose.
• Before use, please check if the power voltage of your Pressure Cooker
correctly corresponds to your home’s power supply.
• Always check and wash the Anti-clog Filter and the Pressure Safety
Valve on a regular basis. This is to remove any blockages or clogs on
itslterwhichmaydisruptitsoperation.
• Do not use wet hands in using the Pressure Cooker and/or in inserting
or removing its power adapter to prevent electrical shocks. It is
recommendedtothoroughlydryyourhandsrstbeforeeveryuse.
• Ensure to ALWAYS position your Pressure Cooker on a smooth, dry,
and stable ground. Placing the appliance on unstable surfaces
such as cushioned carpets and/or uneven surfaces may cause the
appliance to lose its balance during operation.
• Do not position the appliance in a humid environment and/or in places
exposed to multiple sources of heat such as stoves, refrigerators, or
ovens.Itisalsoimportanttokeepitawayfromammablematerials
such as curtains and cloths especially during use.
• Keep the appliance out of reach of children. If children are within the
area during use, ensure to operate the appliance with extra care for
safety purposes.
• Ensure to correctly use the inner pot’s measurement guides whenever
cooking. Ingredients should not exceed the 4/5 (MAX) mark of the
inner pot. If the ingredients to be used expand upon cooking (e.g.
rice,beans,etc.),usethe3/5mark.Donotoverlltheinnerpotwith
ingredients to prevent clogging the pressure safety valve.
• Cranberries, noodles, rhubarb, and other similar ingredients should
not be cooked using the Pressure Cooker since these ingredients can
block the pressure safety valve of your appliance upon cooking.
NOTE: It is STRONGLY ADVISED to ensure that you have read all provided safety
guidesandoperatinginstructionsinthisusermanualrstbeforeproceeding.

• While the inner pot is discharging steam and/or pressure, avoid
coming contact with its Pressure Safety Valve to prevent injuries.
Similarly, upon opening the pressure cooker’s lid, ensure to avoid any
form of skin contact with its pressure safety valve.
• AFTER COOKING, DO NOT FORCEFULLY OPEN THE PRESSURE
COOKER’sLID.Itisnormaltohavedifcultyinopeningtheappliance
after cooking. Ensure to FULLY discharge any remaining steam and/or
pressurerstthroughitsPressureReleasebuttonbeforeopeningthe
Pressure Cooker’s lid.
• Handle the Lid Sealing Belt with care. Do not replace it with other
rubber belt brands, nor use any kind or brand of tension belt as a
substitute.
• Do not place any kind of object on top of the Pressure Safety Valve.
• Forrsttimeuse,itisnormalforthePressureCookertopartiallysmoke.
• Uponnishingitscooking,thepressurecookerwouldinstantlyenter
KEEP WARM mode. It is highly suggested that the KEEP WARM process
should not exceed 6 hours to keep the food’s original taste.
• Always unplug the power adapter if you are done using your Pressure
Cooker and allow it to cool down before doing any cleaning,
relocation, and/or appliance maintenance.
• In relocating the appliance, ensure that you only use its designated
handle. Do not use the appliance’s lid handle, and/or the main
body’s sides for such purposes. If the pot’s contents are hot, take
extreme caution.
• When unplugging its power adapter, do not pull or tug its cord. Hold
the power adapter rmly on its base when unplugging it from the
power outlet. Also, ensure that its power cord is kept away from any
source of heat and/or sharp edges that may cause external damage
to the cord.
• DO NOT IMMERSE the MAIN BODY and/or its power cord in water.
• Always keep the inner pot’s bottom and heating plate clean.
• Do not expose nor use the inner pot as an alternative cookware for
frying food or for any other purpose which involves stoves or other
sources of heat other than its main body.
• Your Aztech Electric Pressure Cooker is not intended for people
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, and/or lack
of experience or knowledge. Constant supervision (from a person
responsible for their safety) should be provided if such individuals
would be using, cleaning, or operating, the appliance.

• Pressure Release Button. Press this button to release the inner pot’s
steam and/or internal pressure while cooking.
• Control Panel. Contains all of the pressure cooker’s functions.
• Anti-Clog Filter. Covers the Pressure Safety Valve from blockages.
• Lid Sealing Belt. Ensures that the inner pot’s pressure remain sealed.

A. DIGITAL DISPLAY
• Shows the current time and status of the Pressure
cooker.
• On Standby mode, the digital display will show 00:00.
• Is comprised of Preset Time (in red) that Displays the
hour settings and the Pressure Time (in green) that
displays the minute settings.
• Upon pressing the Pressure Adjustment button, the
Pressure Time will show P:XX ( where XX indicates the
remaining pressure time).
• During keep warm mode, this area displays “bb”.
CONTROL PANEL COMPONENTS
Indicates the current or selected menu function
used by the Pressure Cooker.
B. MENU FUNCTION INDICATORS
C. PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT BUTTON
• Allows you to adjust the pressure of a selected menu
function.
• Press this button continuously to shift between your
appliance’s 6 pressure strength settings.
D. PRESSURE STRENGTH INDICATORS (1 - 6)
Indicates the selected pressure strength, with 1 as the
lowest and 6 as the highest pressure setting.
E. + AND –
Allows you to decrease/increase the preset time or
delay period the pressure cooker would be using.

F. TEXTURE SELECTION BUTTON
• Allows you to adjust the current texture of the menu
function selected.
• Press this button continuously to shift between the
three texture settings : Firm, Tender, and Soft.
• Allows you to set the time or delay period wherein
Pressure Cooker will start cooking.
• After or before selecting a menu function, press this
button to set the appliance’s delay function.
• You may increase or decrease the delay period by
an hour through the “+” and “-“ buttons. Maximum
delay and Keep Warm duration period is up to 24
Hours.
NOTE : This button would not function if the appliance
is currently cooking or if the appliance is currently
under the Keep Warm function.
G. PRESET
H. MENU
Press this button continuously to shift between its
12 Menu functions : Rice, Express, Congee/Soup,
Whole Grains, Baby Food, Cake, Fish, Ribs, Beef /
Lamb, Chicken / Duck, Beans / Tendon, and Meat.
I. KEEP WARM/CANCEL
• The Pressure Cooker automatically
enters Keep Warm mode (for 24 hours)
upon completing a cooking procedure.
NOTE: It is strongly recommended to cancel the
keep warm function by pressing the Keep Warm/
Cancel button after 6 hours to preserve the food’s
original taste.
• When the Pressure Cooker ‘s digital display is 00:00
(standby mode), press this button for the appliance
to enter Keep Warm mode.
• Press this button to cancel the Keep Warm function
and/or to cancel currently selected settings.
• You may also use this button to set the Keep Warm
function’s operating duration.
J. START
Upon selecting a menu, texture, and/or a preset, press
this button to begin cooking.
NOTE: If the inner pot is empty, the Pressure Cooker
would stop a selected cooking function.

USING THE PRESSURE COOKER
TIPS BEFORE USING YOUR PRESSURE COOKER
• Ensure that the power voltage of your Pressure Cooker correctly
corresponds to your home’s power supply.
• ALWAYS position your Pressure Cooker on a smooth, dry, and stable
ground.
• Do not position the appliance in humid environments and/or in
places exposed to heat such as stoves, refrigerators, or ovens. It is
alsoimportanttokeepitawayfromammablematerialssuchas
curtains and cloths especially during use.
• Keep the appliance out of reach of children during and after use
and handle the appliance with extra care whenever children are
present.
STEP 2
Remove the Inner Pot from the main
body then pour/place the required
ingredients.
NOTES:
• Ingredients should not exceed the
4/5 (MAX) mark of the inner pot.
• If the ingredients expand upon
cooking (e.g. rice, beans, etc.), use
the 3/5 mark.
• Donotoverllthepotwithingredients
to avoid clogging the pressure relief
valve during operation.
Wipe off dirt and/or moist from the
pot’s bottom surface and the main
body’s heating plate, then ease in and
slightly rotate the pot into the body
to ensure that its bottom is directly in
contact with the heating plate.

Hold the Lid Handle and turn it counter
clockwise to unlatch the lid before
lifting it away from the main body.

Place the pressure safety valve and then
press the pressure release button and
ensure that the pressure release button is
UP. It is also important to ensure that the
pressure safety valve is properly eased
into place.
Plug the appliance’s power adapter into
a power outlet. Your pressure cooker’s
digital display will show 00:00 to indicate
that the appliance is in STANDBY mode.

NOTE: Ensure that the Lid Sealing Belt is
properly secured into the lid.
Lower the lid into the main body and use
the lid handle to rotate the lid clockwise
until it securely locks into place.
Press the MENU button to select a cooking
function, then press the START button to
conrm. The appliance would now start
cooking.
NOTE: Refer to the USING THE CONTROL
PANEL section for more detailed
instructions.
STEP 7
After cooking, Allow the pressure cooker
to cool down for 15 minutes or wait for the
oater valve to completely ease down
into the lid.
STEP 8
Press the Pressure Release button to fully
empty the inner pot’s steam/pressure
content. You may now unplug the
pressure cooker and empty its contents.

USING THE CONTROL PANEL
SELECTING A COOKING FUNCTION
There are three ( 3 ) ways in selecting a cooking function. Any of the
provided button sequences below would work :
• MENU – START. (a) Press the MENU button to shift and select between
the menu functions, then (b) press the START button to conrm the
selected MENU function.
• MENU – SELECT PRESSURE – START. (a) Press the MENU button to shift
and select between the menu functions, (b) press the PRESSURE
ADJUSTMENT button to select the desired pressure strength level, then
(c)presstheSTARTbuttontoconrmthe selected MENU function.
• MENU – SELECT PRESSURE – SELECT TEXTURE – START. (a) Press the MENU
button to shift and select between the menu functions, (b) press the
PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT button to select the desired pressure strength
level, (c) press the TEXTURE SELECTION button to select the preferred
food texture, then (d) presstheSTARTbuttontoconrmthe selected
MENU function.
SETTING A DELAY COOKING FUNCTION
• MENU – PRESET – SET TIME (+,-) – START. (a) Press the MENU button to shift
and select between the menu functions, (b) press the PRESET button
to begin setting the delay period, (c) use the + and – to increase or
decrease (by an hour) the number of delay hours then (d) press the
STARTbuttontoconrmthedelaycookingfunctionsetting.

• PRESET – SET TIME (+,-) – MENU – START. (a) Press the PRESET button to
begin setting the delay period, (b) use the + and – buttons to increase
or decrease (by 1 hour) the number of delay hours, (c) select the
preferred MENU function, then (d) presstheSTARTbuttontoconrm
the delay cooking function setting.
• PRESET – SET TIME (+,-) – SET PRESSURE – SET TEXTURE – MENU – START. If
you want to fully set the preset setting, (a) upon pressing the PRESET
button and time press the PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT button until you get
the preferred pressure level, (b) press the TEXTURE SELECTION button to
select the preferred texture, then (c) presstheSTARTbuttontoconrm.
SETTING THE KEEP WARM DURATION
• (ON STANDBY) KEEP WARM, SET TIME (+,-), START. While on STANDBY
(00:00 on digital display), (a) press the KEEP WARM button, (b) press
the + and – buttons to adjust the preferred number of keep warm
hours, then (c) presstheSTARTbuttontoconrm.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
• The PRESET button would not work if the appliance is currently
COOKING or is under KEEP WARM mode.
• Maximum number of hour delay / preset time is 24 hours.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
TIPS BEFORE CLEANING YOUR PRESSURE COOKER
• Before cleaning, ensure to unplug the power adapter of the Pressure
Cooker from the power outlet.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or spray water on its main
body and/or power adapter.
• The entire lid can be detached from the main body. All lid components
can be washed with water, including the Lid Sealing Belt, Pressure
Safety Valve, its Anti-Clog Filter, the Vent Pipe and the Floater Valve.
Dry each component using a clean cloth after cleaning.
• Using a clean cloth, wipe off any
dirt or particles stuck on from the
outer surface of the inner pot and
the inner heating plate of your
pressure cooker.
• Remove and clean the water
collection box, wipe it off with wet
towel, and re-insert it again at the
back of main body.
• Use a sponge or a non-metallic
soft brush in cleaning the inner
pot’s internal surface and dry it up
afterwards with a clean cloth.

OTHER INSTRUCTIONS
CAKE BAKING
TIPS BEFORE CLEANING YOUR PRESSURE COOKER
• 3 Eggs
• 5ml Edible Oil
• 60g White Sugar
• 15ml Milk
• 50g Low-gluten Flour
• Salt
PROCEDURE
1. Separate the egg whites from yolks and put each ingredient into
different plates.
NOTE : To get the best cake results, ensure that (a) the egg yolks
are properly separated from the whites, and (b) the cookware
used in beating the egg whites are dry.
2. On a different container, pour in the 5ml edible oil, 20g white
sugar, and 15ml milk, and batter all ingredients together until all
ingredients mix up.
3. Slowlyadd inlow-gluten our while constantly stirring the mixture
until a thick batter is formed.
NOTE:Uselow-glutenourforasofterandufercaketexture.
4. Add a little salt then add in the 40g of white sugar into the egg
whites. Beat the mixture quickly until the mixture becomes stiff. You
can then add in the yolks to complete the cake mixture.
5. Spread oil on the inner pot’s surface then pour in the cake mixture
into the inner pot.
6. Using a dry cloth, wipe off any dirt and/or moisture on the inner
pot’s outer surface then lower the inner pot into the pressure
cooker’s main body. Slightly rotate the pot to ensure that its bottom
is directly in contact with the heating plate.
7. Lower the lid and lock it in place, You may then plug in the pressure
cooker into a power outlet.
8. Press the Menu Button continuously until the CAKE function is
selected, then press the START button to begin baking.
9. The MENU FUNCTION INDICATOR : CAKE will go OFF once the
baking procedure is completed and will immediately go to KEEP
WARM mode followed by an audible beep.
10. The cake is now ready for consumption.
