User guide

DA - Tillykke med din nye kontorstol! Vi vil gerne introdu-
cere jer for hinanden, så din nye kontorstol bliver en hjælp
og støtte i det daglige.
Sola Dynamic giver mulighed for at tilpasse stolen til bru-
gerens højde og vægt. Vi anbefaler at du bruger et par
minutter på at sætte dig ind i hvordan kontorstolen virker
og udnytter de mange muligheder for at tilpasse kontorsto-
len til netop dine kropsmål og dit bevægemønster.
Det naturlige for kroppen er at bevæge sig. Hvis vi benyt-
ter en kontorstol, der er skabt til en krop i bevægelse vil
vi med mellemrum naturligt ændre stilling, helt uden at
tænke over det, og dermed forebygge mange af de skader,
der kan opstå som følge af stillesiddende arbejde. Dette
opnår du ved at udnytte Sola Dynamic kontorstolens ind-
stillingsmuligheder.
Sola Dynamic’s asynkrone siddemekanisme følger krop-
pens bevægelse så sæde og ryg bevæges uafhængigt
af hinanden (Free Float). De varierede siddestillinger og
den åbne siddevinkel giver derfor en bedre blodgennem-
strømning og forebygger de smerter der kan opnå ved
stillesiddende arbejde.
– Vores krop er slet ikke skabt til at være inaktiv, derfor
ndes der kun en forkert siddestilling – den statiske. Og
selv den bedste kontorstol kompenserer ikke for behovet
for ind i mellem at stå eller gå. Så vi anbefaler ligeledes, at
man tilrettelægger arbejdet, så man ind i mellem arbejder
stående eller går.

Grundindstilling
Når du sætter dig på kontorstolen første gang indstilles
højde, sædedybde, siddevinkel, vægtdynamik og
ryghøjde, så stolen passer til din højde og vægt.
B - Højden på stolen skal
være så begge fødder kan
hvile adt på gulvet
C - Lårene skal pege lidt skråt
nedad, så der ikke lukkes for
kredsløbet. Dette gøres ved
at bruge indstillingsmulighed-
erne for sædedybde og
siddevinkel.
D - Lændestøtten skal passe
til lændens runding. Dette
gøres ved at trække rygdelen
op eller ned.
E - Hvis kontorstolen har
armlæn, skal armlænen støtte
underarmen, så underarmene
er parallelle med gulvet.
A - Vægtdynamikken styrer
den kraft du skal bruge for
at vippe stolen tilbage. Hvis
du er en lille person skal dy-
namikken være løsnet. Hvis
du derimod er kraftigt bygget
skal dynamikken strammes.

EN - Congratulations with your new task chair! We would
like to introduce you to each other, so that your new task
chair is a help and support in your daily life.
Sola Dynamic makes it possible to match the chair to the
user’s height and weight. We recommend that you spend
a few minutes on learning how the task chair works,
so that you can use the many opportunities to match
the chair to your particular body prole and movement
pattern.
Movement is natural for our bodies. If we use a task
chair that is made for a body in motion, we will naturally
change position frequently, without thinking about it,
thereby preventing a lot of the damage that may be due
to sedentary work. You can achieve this by using the vari-
ous settings for the Sola Dynamic task chair.
Sola Dynamic’s asynchronised mechanism follows the
body’s movement, so seat and back are moved indepen-
dently (Free Float). The varied sitting positions and the
open seating angle improve blood circulation, preventing
the pain that can result from sedentary work.
– Our bodies are not made to be inactive, so the only
incorrect sitting position is the static position. Even the
best task chair does not compensate for the need to
stand and walk sometimes, so we also recommend plan-
ning your work so that you can stand or walk between
different tasks.

Basic setting
When you sit on the task chair for the rst time, the
chair’s height, seat depth, seating angle, weight dynamic
and back height are all adjusted to match your height
and weight.
B - The height of the chair
must allow you to rest both
feet at on the oor.
C - Your thighs must slope a
little downwards, so as not
to block your circulation. You
do this by using the setting
options for the seat depth and
seating angle.
D - The lumbar support must
match the curve of your lower
back. You do this by pulling
the back section up or down.
E - If the task chair has arm
rests, the arm rests must
support the lower arms, so
that these are parallel with
the oor.
A - The weight dynamic controls the power you need to tilt back the
chair. If you are slightly built, the dynamic must be loosened. If you
are more robustly built, the dynamic must be tightened.

Lændestøtte
Lumbar support
Løft ryglænet i intervaller og indstil rygstøtten til den
ønskede højde. Når ryglænet er i øverste position, kan
det med ét løft sænkes til nederste position.
Lift the back to the desired height. Once the back has
been clicked into its maximum height it will move freely
back to the lowest level.

øverste position. For at låse vinklen vip stoleryggen i den
vinkel du ønsker. Pres grebet ned for at låse stolen i den
ønskede position. For at frigive vippet pres grebet op.
To obtain a dynamic working position leave the lever in
the highest position. To lock into position tilt the back to
the desired angle and push down the lever. To unlock,
lift the lever.
