Before we start, there are a few important things
you need to be aware of:
Return Policy
If you decide that the LOLA Rocker
is not the perfect fit for your family,
we oer a Free Return Policy when
returned in original condition and
packaging (with no signs of usage).
Please be mindful of this when
unboxing and setting up. Refer to our
website for full terms and conditions.

Safety first
The safety of your family is our number one priority. Please take
the time to carefully read this manual and all warning notices
on page 4 before getting started. Incorrect assembly or use
can result in serious injury or even death.
To prevent injury from choking, carefully remove and
immediately move out of reach all plastic packaging.
This rocker is intended for children from newborn (0 months)
and up to a maximum weight of 9kg or when they reach
6 months.

Safety Warnings
This Babybee LOLA rocker is tested
to comply with BS EN 12790:2009.
The Babybee LOLA toys are tested
to comply with AS/ NZS ISO 8124-
1: 2019, AS/ NZS ISO 8124-2: 2016
and AS/ NZS ISO 8124-3: 2021 safety
requirements.
Please read and follow the below
warning notices before using your
rocker:
• This rocker requires adult
assembly.
• Never leave the child
unattended.
• Do not use the rocker once your
child can sit unaided.
• This rocker is not intended for
prolonged periods of sleeping.
• It is dangerous to use the rocker
on an elevated surface, e.g. a
table or couch.
• Always use the restraint system.
• Never use the toy bar to carry
the rocker.
• This rocker does not replace a
cot or a bed. Should your child
need to sleep, then they should
be placed in a suitable cot or
bed.
• Do not use the rocker or toys if
any components are broken or
missing.
• Do not adjust the rocker position
while a child is in it.
• Do not lift or carry the rocker
when a child is in it.
• Do not use the rocker if it is not
working correctly. Seek repair
advice from Babybee only.
• Do not use accessories or
replacement parts other than
those approved by Babybee.
• Take care when adjusting the
rocker to avoid finger or skin
entrapment.
• When the rocker is not in use,
store away from children.
• Always position the rocker away
from any potential hazards, e.g.
heaters or curtain cords.
• Always attach all provided
fasteners (strings, straps, clamps,
etc.) tightly to the rocker
according to the instructions
and check frequently.
• Do not add additional strings or
straps to attach the toys to the
rocker.
• To prevent possible strangulation
or injury by entanglement,
remove the toys when the child
starts trying to get up on its
hands and knees in a crawling
position.

Let’s get ready to rock!
Setting up your rocker
Take your rocker out of the
box and place it on a flat,
even surface.

Lift the backrest and maintain
elevation with one hand.

While maintaining the back
rest height, rotate both the
left and right triangular struts
outwards, clicking them into
place on the frame with a
firm press.

Using your rocker
Your rocker comes with an organic cotton insert to help ensure
your new bub is cosy and comfortable when seated.
If using the insert, it will come
threaded with the harness,
ready to go!

The harness waist straps are
adjustable to suit your child.
To adjust, simply pull and slide
the buckle tongue along the
length of the strap. Ensure
the straps are nice and snug
before rocking by pulling the
adjustor straps.

Place bub in the rocker
and secure the harness by
connecting the buckle and
the waist straps found on
either side as shown.

• ALWAYS USE THE RESTRAINT SYSTEM.
• TAKE CARE WHEN ADJUSTING THE HARNESS TO AVOID FINGER
OR SKIN ENTRAPMENT.
To undo the harness and
release the waist straps,
simply squeeze the buckle
tongue’s prongs together
on either side of the
buckle.

Adjusting the recline position
IMPORTANT!
Before continuing with the setup and use of your rocker, you must
ensure both clips on the struts are securely locked into place on
the frame.

Using the toy bar
• Your rocker also comes with a detachable toy bar and two toys
to keep bub entertained.
• NEVER USE THE TOY BAR TO CARRY THE PRODUCT.
• NEVER ATTACH OR REMOVE THE TOY BAR WHILE YOUR CHILD IS
IN THE ROCKER.

Hint!
The toy bar can be connected to either side,
simply position it anywhere on the frame of
the seat.
To attach the toy bar, push
the c-shaped clip onto the
frame until you hear a click.
Give it a tug to make sure it
is secure.

To remove the toy bar, firmly
hold the rocker with one
hand, and pull the toy bar
o the frame.

The toys on the toy bar are
removable. To remove,
undo the Velcro on each
strap and pull through the
slot in the toy bar.

To attach the toys, thread
the end of the toy strap
through the slot in the toy
bar and press the Velcro
together.

Removing the seat fabric
Your LOLA has a beautiful linen blend fabric seat that needs to be
looked after by following the below care instructions.
Undo the harness by
releasing the buckle and
waist straps.

Remove the newborn
insert from the rocker (if
necessary).

To remove the cover for
cleaning, turn the rocker
over and undo the Velcro
securing the bottom flap
over the base bar.

Unzip the seat from the
rocker frame.

Wash the rocker fabric as
per the care instructions on
the product care label and
in this instruction manual
on page 13.

Once the rocker fabric has
been washed and dried as
per the care instructions,
simply zip the fabric back
onto the frame, then
secure the Velcro on the
underside, making sure
you wrap the fabric over
the base bar.

Keeping your LOLA in
tip-top shape
Regular maintenance
should include:
Inspecting buckles, zips,
components and all parts regularly,
to ensure they are secure, moving
freely and in fully working order.
• Always ensure the rocker is
stored in a dry place to prevent
mould or mildew developing.
• Store the rocker away from any
heat sources and direct sunlight.
• Remove insert prior to washing.
Hand wash seperately. Do not
wring. Air dry flat in the shade.
Do not use bleach. Do not iron.
Do not dry clean.
• Wash toys seperately using a
gentle hand wash.
Cleaning Instructions
• Remove rocker fabric prior to
washing.
• Cold, gentle machine wash
only.
• Do not rub excessively.
• Air dry fabrics flat in the shade
thoroughly before reuse and
avoid direct heat and sunlight
to avoid any colour fading.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.
• Ensure fabrics are fully dry
before next use and storage.
• Never clean any part of the
rocker with abrasives, ammonia
based, bleach based or spirit
type cleaners.
Keep your LOLA in good working condition and
ensure that it lasts as long as possible with regular
maintenance.
Accessories and
Replacement Parts
Do not use parts or accessories
that are not approved for use with
the Babybee LOLA Rocker. Doing
so may be unsafe and may also
void your warranty.

Warranty Information
Your rocker comes with a 2
year defects warranty to cover
against faults in materials and
workmanship when your rocker
is used under normal conditions,
according to our user manual and
technical specifications.
The benefits under our warranty
are in addition to other rights
and remedies under the law in
relation to consumer goods: Our
goods come with guarantees
that cannot be excluded under
Consumer Law in the country of
purchase. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major
failure and for compensation for
any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also
entitled to have the goods
repaired or replaced if the goods
fail to be of acceptable quality
and the failure does not amount
to a major failure.
The warranty period starts from
the date that your rocker is
dispatched from our warehouse
and is valid in the country of
purchase only.

video and/or photos of the
defect and a photo of the batch
number. Our warranty team will
then determine the best way
to resolve any defects or faults.
Babybee reserves the right to repair,
exchange or replace the damaged
item with a replacement part.
Some parts may be replaced with
newer model parts as the rocker is
improved over time.
The warranty is not valid in the
following cases:
• Defects or faults resulting from
improper assembly, care or use
as outlined in our user manual;
• Defects or faults resulting from
an accident, airline or transport
damage;
• Normal wear and tear, including
scratches or colour fading of the
fabrics;
• Damage to parts or fabrics (i.e.
scus, tears, wear to stitching) as
a result of normal handling and
daily use;
• Corrosion, mould or rust due to
lack of regular maintenance;
• Products that are purchased
second hand or from an
unauthorised distributor;

• Using a part or accessory that is
not compatible with the product
and/or not manufactured by
Babybee;
• If you or a third party has
attempted to modify or repair the
product without having received
written permission from Babybee;
• Claims from anyone other than the
original purchaser (i.e. no longer
valid if gifted or sold to another
individual);
• Customer dissatisfaction with the
product in terms of fit, weight,
functionality, colour or design.
