MINI GROOMING SET
The BaBylissMEN Mini Grooming Set Precision Trim has 2
interchangeable heads and is ideal for the safe and gentle trimming
of unwanted hair. Use it for trimming nose, ears and eyebrows. The
trimmer is fast and easy to use and the heads are removable for easy
cleaning. The kit also includes nail clippers and scissors.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Preparation for Use
• Always inspect the appliance before use for noticeable signs of
damage. Do not use if damaged.
• Ensure the trimming heads are free from hair and debris (refer to
Cleaning and Maintenance section for further information).
Changing Trimmer Heads
• Your trimmer is supplied with 2 interchangeable cutting heads.
• To remove the trimming head, turn the head anti-clockwise, then lift
the head gently away. (Fig. 1)
• To reassemble, place the head on the trimmer aligning the long ‘I’
mark with short mark on the front of the trimmer and turn clockwise
until the head locks into place, The two ‘I’ marks on the front of the
trimmer should now align. (Fig. 2)
Using the Vertical Trimmer Head
This attachment can be used to trim eyebrows, sideburns and tidy
stray facial hair.

Without the comb guide
• Switch the trimmer on.
• Move the trimmer upwards and outwards through the hair you wish
to remove until you reach the desired length.
With the comb guide
• There are 2 comb guides. The smaller guide (Fig. 3) cuts to
approximately 4mm and works well on eyebrows, necklines and
sideburns. The larger guide (Fig. 4) cuts hair to approximately 7mm
and is perfect for eyebrows and facial hair.

• Place the comb guide over the vertical trimmer head and push down
until the comb clicks into place.
• Switch the trimmer on.
• Move the comb guide through the hair you wish to remove following
the direction of hair growth until you reach the desired length.
Note: never submerse the handle in water.
Using the Rotary Trimmer Head
• Switch the trimmer on.
• Gently insert the trimmer into your nose or ear to trim unwanted hair.
• Gently move it in a circular motion.
• Never switch the trimmer off whilst in the nose & ear hair.
Note: Use this trimmer only at the entrance to the ears or nose. Do not
use any deeper than this – this can cause injury.

TRIMMING TIPS
• Place the trimmer at a slight right angle to the skin and trim in the
direction of hair growth.
• Continue trimming in the direction of growth. Be careful not to apply
excess pressure to the blade. This may damage the blade, and can
result in injury to the skin during trimming.
• Pull the skin rmly with one hand during the trimming process to
ensure the closest possible shave.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
To maintain optimum performance, the appliance should be cleaned after
each use.
• Ensure the appliance is switched off.
• Gently blow any hairs from the trimmer head.
• Each head can be removed and rinsed under the tap.
• Do not allow the handle to come into contact with water; it is not
waterproof.
• After cleaning, make sure to shake the trimmer head and allow it to
dry thoroughly before replacing it on the handle.
Changing the battery
The trimmer requires 1 x AAA battery. To insert or replace the battery,
hold the trimmer with the back facing you, placing your thumb on the
small textured panel, push your thumb down to disengage and slide
the battery cover down and away from the trimmer. Firmly push up to
remove the casing. Insert the battery as indicated on the inside of the
battery compartment. Replace the casing by sliding it back into the
main trimmer until it clicks into place. If the appliance remains unused
for a while or if the battery has run down, remove it from the appliance.

SAFE DISPOSAL
The symbol on the product or on its packaging indicates that
this product may not be treated as household waste. Instead it should
be handed over to an appropriate collection point for the recycling of
electrical and electronic equipment.
By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent
potential negative consequences for the environment and human
health, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste
handling of this product. For more detailed information about the
recycling of this product, please contact your local council ofce or
your household waste disposal service.

This BaBylissMEN appliance is guaranteed for consumer use for 3
years and is only valid within the United Kingdom.
This guarantee covers consumer use only i.e. defects occurring under
normal use within the home from date of purchase or date of delivery,
whichever is later.
If the product develops a fault due to defects in materials or manufacture
within 12 months from the date of purchase, to avoid delays and
unnecessary inconvenience, where possible please return the product
to the point of purchase for an exchange,
If the product develops a fault due to defects in materials or manufacture
after 12 months from the date of purchase, and within the guarantee
period, Conair UK After Sales Service will repair or replace the product.

Exclusions
This guarantee will no longer be valid meaning that The Conair Group
Ltd will not be liable to repair or replace your product where:
1.) The appliance has been used on a voltage supply other than that
which is marked on the product, or advised within this instruction
booklet
2.) The appliance has been purchased from an unauthorised stockist*
3.) The appliance is used for professional / non domestic usage
4.) Repairs or alterations have been attempted by unauthorised persons
5.) The failure of the appliance is a direct result of misuse
6.) The failure is a result of not following the instructions for use
This guarantee does not cover any cosmetic damage due to misuse
of the product nor any damage to persons or property that occurs
because of product misuse.
