§When yourgasgrillisnot inusethe gasmustbe
turned off atthe LPgastank.
§The pressureregulatorandhoseassemblymust
be inspected beforeeachuseof thegrill.Ifthere
isexcessiveabrasion orwearorifthehoseiscut,
it must bereplacedpriortothe grill beingused

accordancewithspecificationsof theU.S.Dept.of
Transportation (DOT).InCanada,theLPgastankmust
meettheNationalStandardof Canada,CAN/CSA-B339,
Cylinders,spheresand TubesforTransportation of
DangerousGoodsand Commission .
1.The LPgastankmust haveashutoff valve,
terminating inan LPgassupplytankvalveoutlet,thatis
compatiblewithaType1tankconnection device.TheLP
gastankmustalsohaveasafetyrelief devicethathasa
directconnectionwiththe vaporspaceofthetank.
2.The tanksupplysystemmustbe arranged forvapor
withdraw.
3.The LPgastankused must haveacollartoprotectthe
tankvalve.
ProperPlacementand Clearance ofGrill
Never useyourgasgrillinagarage,porch, shed,
breezewayoranyotherenclosed area.Yourgasgrillis
tobeused outdoorsonly, atleast24 inchesfromthe
back andside ofanycombustiblesurface.Yourgasgrill
shouldnotbeused underoverheadcombustible
construction. Donotobstruct the flowofventilationair
around the gasgrillhousing.
§Do notinstallthisoutdoorgasgrill inoron recreational
vehiclesorboats.
§Keep outdoorgasgrillareaclearandfreefrom
combustiblematerials,gasolineandotherflammable
vaporsandliquids.
