Install Front Mounting Brackets
1. On the Front Top Strut, remove
the (2) bolts, washers and nuts
from the holes connecting it to
the Top.
2. Identify the Passenger Front
Mounting Bracket. Position the
Bracket on the Top as shown in
the photo to the right.
3. Using (1) M10 x 60mm Hex
Bolt, (2) M10 Flat Washers and
(1) M10 Lock Nut, fasten the
Mounting Bracket to the Top
and through the Top Strut. Do
NOT fully tighten.
4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the
Driver Fount Mounting Bracket.
Install Rear Mounting Brackets
1. On the Rear Top Struts, remove the
bolts, washers and nuts from the
hole closest to the bend in the
Struts.

2. Identify the Rear Mounting
Brackets. Position (1) Bracket
on the Top as shown in the
photo to the right.
3. Using (1) M10 x 60mm Hex
Bolt, (2) M10 Flat Washers and
(1) M10 Lock Nut, fasten the
Mounting Bracket to the Top
and through the Top Strut. Do
NOT fully tighten.
4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the Passenger Rear Mounting Bracket.
Note: Silicone can be used to seal the (4) holes that go through the Top.
Roof Rack Alignment
1. Align the Roof Rack on top of the Mounting Brackets. The Front
Mounting Brackets will line up with the tabs on the front of the Roof
Rack. The square tubing of the Roof Rack will rest on the Rear
Mounting Brackets.
2. Once the Brackets are aligned, mark the hole locations on the un-
derside of the square tubing of the Roof Rack for the Rear Mounting
Bracket holes.
3. Lower The Roof Rack to a safe, flat location and place it on a piece
of cardboard to prevent from scratching the finish. Using a 1/4” drill
bit, drill (2) holes through the square tubing at the marked locations.
