IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
-This Lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of
electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fully fit in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an
extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
-These Assembly Instructions are provided for your safety. It is important that they are read carefully
and completely before assembling this Lamp.
-This product must be installed with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the
construction and operation of the product.
-This Lamp has been rated for up to 23 Watt Max 3-Way CFL Bulb (Included) or a 100 Watt Max
Incandescent Bulb.
WARNING:
-Deviation from these Assembly Instructions may result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
-To reduce risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury, always turn off and unplug Lamp and allow
it to cool prior to replacing the bulb.
-Do not touch the bulb when the fixture is turned on. Do not look directly at the lit bulb.
-Keep flammable material away from the lit bulb.

NOTE: Remove all parts and hardware from the box along
with any plastic protective packaging and carefully lay all the parts
out on a clean, flat surface.
DO NOT discard any contents until after assembly and
installation is complete to avoid accidently discarding small
parts or hardware.
Recommended Location for Use: Dry Indoor Environment
Assembly Time: 5 Minutes

Check to make sure you have the following:
WARNING: In accordance with the UL Standard,
to reduce the risk of fire, the Shade should be open
on the top and bottom. The Critical Radius (CR)
should not be less than 3 1/2”.

STEP 1:
Twist the Top Column (D) onto the
Bottom Column (E) until tight. Pull the cord all the
way through the Columns.
STEP 2:
Twist the assembly from STEP 1 onto the
Lamp Base (F) until tight. Pull the cord all the way
through the Columns and Base.
STEP 3:
Squeeze the Harp (B) ends into the saddle of
the Top Column (D).

STEP 4:
Place the Shade (NOT Included) over the
Harp (B) top. Then secure it on top by screwing
on the Finial (A) until it is snug.
STEP 5:
Screw in Bulb (C). This Lamp has been rated
for up to 23 Watt Max 3-way CFL Bulb (Included)
or a 100 Watt Max Incandescent Bulb.

Cleaning & Care:
To clean, remove the Shade from the Harp (B) and wipe the Lamp with a soft, dry
cloth. Avoid the use of harsh or abrasive chemicals as they may damage the finish.
