• Do not expose the air circulation dryer to corrosive influences.
• Warranty is void in the event of damage to the device caused by using unsuitable
cleaning chemicals.
• The air circulation dryer complies with prescribed EMC limit values, so it can be
assumed that the electromagnetic radiation emanating from the device is harmless
to humans. A binding statement for wearers of implants can only be made at the
place of work together with the implant manufacturer. In case of doubt, information
regarding the allowable electromagnetic exposure level should be obtained from
the implant manufacturer.
• Use only the connection materials supplied.
• If the air circulation dryer changes ownership, the operating manual and safety
instructions must also be passed on to the new owner.
Operation and transport
• Place the air circulation dryer upright on a dry and solid foundation. Pay attention to
the ambient conditions (chapter 2.4).
• The remaining liquid may not contain any solvents that could produce an explosive
and/or toxic atmosphere.
• Only plug the air circulation dryer into an outlet with a grounded socket.
• Do not operate the air circulation dryer while unsupervised.
• The air circulation dryer is equipped with handles for transport.

2.1 Mode of operation
The device dries parts through evaporation of water.
The drying is performed by moving air.
This process air can be heated.
The air circulation dryer is used to dry workpieces that are cleaned and rinsed,
and wet or damp.
The air that is warmed up by heating elements is directed via the air ducts to
the objects to be dried, in order to achieve a fast drying.
A small amount of circulating air throughput is replaced via the top-open device.
This preserves the ability of the circulating air to absorb moisture.
The desired drying temperature and operating time are set through the controllers
on the front.
If the basket cannot be used, the shelf can be used as an option. The shelf is placed
on the dryer's tank bottom. The dried items are then placed directly on the shelf.
2.2 Intended purpose
The device is designed to remove aqueous residual liquid from objects made of solid,
non-flammable materials. The parts to be dried must be placed in a basket provided
for this purpose, in the air circulation dryer.
The device is intended for commercial use.
The device can be used as a tabletop unit.
Important:
Due to its own weight, the load-bearing capacity of the table must be taken into account
when necessary.
2.3 CE conformity
The device satisfies the CE-marking criteria of the European Union:
- Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive
- Machinery Directive
- RoHS Directive
in their currently valid versions.
The declaration of conformity is enclosed with the delivery.

3 Preparation
Carefully unpack the air circulation dryer and accessories and inspect them for
completeness or possible transportation damages. Any identified damage or defects
must be communicated immediately and in writing to the transportation company and
to the supplier.
Before startup, the air circulation dryer should stand for 2 hours at its operating location
so that it can adjust to the ambient conditions.
3.1 Scope of delivery
1 Air circulation dryer, see delivery note
1 Shelf
1 Operating manual
1 Declaration of conformity
Additional accessories as ordered – see delivery note
3.2 Setup / assembly
Installation must be performed on solid ground. The installation surface should be level
and horizontal. When setting the device up on the tank rack, make sure that the device
feet are positioned in the designated footprints; in the process
- Pay attention to the maximum weight, including items to be dried.
For net weight, see the technical data (chapter 2.4).
- Do not obstruct the air supply below the air circulation dryer.
Set-up
Fully remove transportation aids (pallets, transport safety devices).
Set up the air circulation dryer in a dry room.
Place a drip tray (provided on site) under the outlet, or connect the outlet to a drain
using a hose.
When setting up, minimum distances on all sides must be observed: 15 cm.
The intake openings of the fans on the underside, and the ventilation slots on
the outside of the dryer may not be covered, as this would hinder cooling inside
the device.

1electronic GmbH & Co. KG • Heinrichstraße 3-4 • 12207 Berlin • Deutschland • [email protected]
3.3 Commissioning
Check that the outlet is connected to the drain.
Check for any foreign objects in the device that could be sucked in.
Check for any parts in the device that are not sufficiently temperature-resistant.
4 Operation
4.1 Operating elements
The device is operated from the front:
• The desired temperature can be selected via the turning knob (1) for heating.
• The desired duration can be set with the turning knob (2) for the time preselection.
Notes:
• The heating is only released when the fan is switched on simultaneously via the time
preselection.
This is also a safety circuit – the heating remains cold without the fan.
• When switched off, the air circulation dryer can remain connected to the mains.
It can be disconnected by pulling the mains plug.

5 Application
Safety instructions
An uncontrolled start-up of the device poses a risk of injury. Stored energy can cause
a risk of burns. Secure the device against an uncontrolled start-up. Disconnect
the power supply when not in use. Do not reach into the danger zone, or only if
you are authorised to do so.
Operation may cause the surfaces of the air circulation dryer to heat up.
5.1 Instructions for use
Before placing the basket and/or dried items in the air circulation dryer, the parts should
drip off. The tank has an outlet that emerges from the side. The fan compartment below
the dryer tank also has an outlet. After loading the device with the items to be dried,
the operator sets the desired temperature and duration. The drying process starts
when the process time is set.
5.2 General use
Step 1: Preparation
Check that the hose at the outlet is not kinked on its way to the drain.
If the hose is kinked, the liquid cannot drain.
Place the items to be dried in the air circulation dryer.
Step 2 : Switching on
Activate the blower with the turning knob for the time preselection
Activate the heating by setting the temperature at the turning knob
Step 3 : Switch offthe air circulation dryer
Air circulation dryer to zero (0) by turning the rotary handles.
Remove the items to be dried from the air circulation dryer.
Caution
Depending on the set temperature or drying time, baskets and dried items may be hot!
