BEFORE USE
INSPECT
• Always inspect the hose, tank gasket, discharge valves, and nozzle for signs
of wear or damage. These parts must be in full working condition prior to
tank pressurization.
FILL
• Mix all formulations according to label directions.
• AccuSpray Elite comes with a measuring cup for mixing the correct amount
of formulation in the bottle. The cup is marked in milliliters.
• Pour the liquid formulation from the original container into the
measuring cup.
• Rinse cup into the AccuSpray Elite bottle.
• When mixing water-based formulations in the tank, rst add
approximately half of the water, then the chemical, followed by the
remain of the water required (unless specied otherwise on the label).
• Replace the pump and tank cap assembly, be sure the tank gasket ts
properly; tighten the cap until snug (do not over tighten).
CHOOSE TIP
The AccuSpray Elite has many nozzle options, depending upon the type of
valve selected. Refer to the User Guide Addendum for your valve to learn more
about changing and choosing tips.
PRESSURIZE
• Pump plunger 8-10 times until desired pressure for application is achieved.
• Do not pressurize over 50 PSI (3.45 Bar).
OPERATION
1. Aim the nozzle at the area to be treated.
2. Squeeze the valve grip, liquid will exit in the pattern associated with the tip
selected earlier.
3. The ow rates of water at 20 psi / 1.38 bar are provided for the various tips
in the User Manual Addendum, the most common are listed here. Always
calibrate for the formulation you are using.
CARE, MAINTENANCE,
AND REPLACEMENT PARTS
• Always empty and ush tank, valve, and extension with clean water after
each use; never leave chemicals in machine for extended periods of time.
• Do not use bleach or ammonia-based cleaners, these will damage the
stainless steel and brass parts.
• Do not store in freezing temperatures.
• After rinsing the tank with water, pressurize the tank and ush the valve
and hose.
• Inspect hoses and hose connections, gaskets, washers and other ttings
for wear; replace when necessary. Use the AccuSpray Elite repair kit
(#24000037/1608003935).
• Clean the lter at the hose/valve connection regularly.
• Do not use metal objects to clean the orices in the nozzle, this will disrupt
the liquid spray pattern.
• All parts are available for purchase from your distributor or B&G Equipment.
