Warranty
®
The RITE-SENSOR has a limited lifetime guarantee to be free
from material and manufacturing defects. This warranty covers any
defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Excluded
from the warranty are normal wear and tear and defects due to
improper installation and usage.*

Any maintenance and repair work must be carried out by trained
experts. Failure to do so may result in the failure of the TPMS
sensor. The manufacturer does not assume any liability in case
of faulty or incorrect installation of the product.
Read the installation and safety instructions carefully, before
installing the sensor.
When the tire bead is initially broken, ensure the valve is on the
opposite side of the wheel from the bead breaker blade.
When a tire is removed or a sensor is serviced it is highly
recommended to replace or service the sensor.
A Snap-In sensor always requires the valve stem to be replaced.
A Clamp-In sensor is properly serviced by replacing the valve
nut/collar/core, rubber grommet and if necessary, the valve
stem. It is very important to tighten the nut/collar to the correct
torque of 35.5 in-lbs.
Assembly
®
The RITE-SENSOR comes assembled with a rubber valve stem.
In some cases the aluminum valve stem is required or needed.
First remove the rubber valve stem by unscrewing the fastener.
Insert the aluminum stem into the sensor. Insert NEW fastener into
stem and torque to 35.5 in-lbs (4Nm).

The RITE-SENSOR assembled with a rubber valve stem, optional
aluminum valve stem.
*The sensor valve is warranted for twenty-four (24)
months, however if the tire is removed, the valve must be
serviced to uphold the sensor lifetime warranty.

Les travaux d'entretien et de réparation doivent être effectués
par des spécialistes qualifiés. Le non-respect de cette consigne
peut entraîner la défaillance du capteur TPMS. Le fabricant
décline toute responsabilité en cas d'installation défectueuse ou
incorrecte du produit.
Lire attentivement les instructions d'installation et de sécurité
avant d'installer le capteur.
Lorsque le talon du pneu est d'abord cassé, assurez-vous que
la soupape est du côté de la roue opposé à la lame du
décolleur de talon.
Lorsqu'un pneu est enlevé, il est fortement recommandé de
réparer ou de remplacer le capteur.
Il faut toujours remplacer la tige de la soupape quand il s'agit
d'un capteur fixé par pression (Snap-In).
Pour réparer correctement un capteur à pince (Clamp-In), il faut
remplacer l'écrou/collier/noyau de la soupape, l'œillet en
caoutchouc et, si nécessaire, la tige de la soupape. Il est très
important de serrer l'écrou/collier au couple de 35,5 in-lbs.
Assemblage
Le RITE-SENSOR® est livré assemblé avec une tige de soupape
en caoutchouc. Retirez d'abord la tige en caoutchouc en dévissant
la fixation. Insérez une NOUVELLE fixation dans la tige et serrez à
un couple de 4 Nm (35,5 in-lbs).
Programmation

Le RITE-SENSOR doit être programmé pour être utilisé. Pour

producir un fallo en el sensor TPMS. El fabricante no asume
ninguna responsabilidad en caso de instalación defectuosa o
incorrecta del producto.
Lea atentamente las instrucciones de instalación y seguridad
antes de instalar el sensor.
Cuando se rompe inicialmente el talón del neumático,
asegúrese de que la válvula esté en el lado opuesto de la rueda
de donde se encuentra la palanca de desmontaje.
Cuando se retira una llanta o se repara un sensor, se
recomienda encarecidamente reemplazar o reparar el sensor.
Un sensor Snap-In siempre requiere que se reemplace el
vástago de la válvula.
En el mantenimiento de un sensor Clamp-in es apropiado
reemplaza la tuerca / collarín / núcleo de la válvula, la goma y,
si es necesario, el vástago de la válvula. Es muy importante
apretar la tuerca / collarín al par de torsión correcto de 35.5 in-
lbs.
Montaje
®
El RITE-SENSOR viene ensamblado con un vástago de válvula de
goma. En algunos el vástago de la válvula de aluminio. Primero
retire el vástago de la válvula de goma desatornillando el sujetador.
Inserte el vástago de aluminio en el sensor. Inserte el pasador
antirrotación en el orificio en la base.
