FAQs
1. What’s the requirement for using this product?
a. Make sure the Type-C port of your device is full-featured (with
charging, data transfer and DP Alt Mode function). Some functions,
for example, mirroring or extending screen cannot be used if it is not
full-featured.
b. Features of a full-featured Type-C port: charging, data transfer
and DP Alt Mode, up to l0Gbps of data transmission speed, USB 3.1
standard, and backward compatible with USB 2.0/1.1. Non-full-fea-
tured ports support only data output.

2. Why cannot cast a screen through HDMI port?
Select a proper HDMI signal source. For example, monitors or TVs
normally have HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 input labeled. For LG displays, go
to Settings > Input > Input List > Select HDMI1 or 2.
3. Why is the resolution not up to as the advertised?
This HUB is compatible with DP1.2 and 1.4, but the actual resolution
ratio depends on the hardware of the connected device, if the con-
nected device (laptop, HDMI cable, display) can’t meet the promoted
resolution ratio of this product, then it can’t project with the highest
resolution ratio.
4. Why is the product hot during operation?
a. It is normal for the HUB to generate heat in the process of operation.
b. The HUB has a built-in chip. The more types and quantity of
interfaces a HUB has, the stronger processing power and more heat
the chip delivers. Shells made of metal materials has better heat
dissipation to prevent the chip from overheating, causing the instability
of the HUB or failures such as disconnection.

Ce HUB est compatible avec DP1.2 et 1.4, mais le rapport de
résolution réel dépend du matériel de l’appareil connecté, si l’appareil
connecté (ordinateur portable, câble HDMI, écran) ne peut pas remplir
les conditions, alors il ne peut pas projeter avec le rapport de résolu-

4. Pourquoi le produit est-il chaud pendant son fonctionnement ?
a. C’est normal pour le HUB de générer de la chaleur dans son pro-
cessus de fonctionnement.
b. Le HUB a une puce intégrée et cette dernière chau󰀨era en cours
d’opération. Plus le HUB a de nombreux types et de quantité d’inter-
faces, plus la puce dégage une puissance de traitement élévée et

1. Quali sono i requisiti per l’utilizzo di questo prodotto?
a. Assicuratevi che la porta Tipo-C del vostro dispositivo sia completa
(con funzione di ricarica, trasferimento dati e DP Alt Mode). Alcune
funzioni, per esempio, il mirroring o l’estensione dello schermo non
possono essere utilizzati se non è completo.
b. Caratteristiche di una porta Tipo-C completa: ricarica, trasferimento
dati e DP Alt Mode, no a l0Gbps di velocità di trasmissione dati,
standard USB 3.1, e compatibile all’indietro con USB 2.0/1.1. Le porte
non complete supportano solo l’uscita dei dati. Si prega di confermare
che il vostro dispositivo soddisfa i requisiti prima di acquistare questo
prodotto.
2. Perché non è possibile proiettare una schermata attraverso una
porta HDMI?
Selezionare una sorgente di segnale HDMI appropriata. Per esempio,
i monitor o i televisori normalmente hanno etichette di ingresso HDMI
1 e HDMI 2. Per i display LG, vai su Impostazioni > Ingresso > Elenco
ingressi > Seleziona HDMI1 o 2.
3. Perché la risoluzione non è conforme alla pubblicità?
Questo HUB è compatibile con DP1.2 e 1.4, ma il rapporto di risoluz-
ione e󰀨ettivo dipende dall’hardware del dispositivo collegato, se il
dispositivo collegato (laptop, cavo HDMI, display) non può soddisfare
le condizioni, allora non può trasmettere con il rapporto di risoluzione
più alto.
4. Perché il prodotto è caldo durante il funzionamento?
a. È normale che l’HUB generi calore nel processo di funzionamento
b. L’HUB ha un chip incorporato. Il chip si riscalda durante il funzi-
onamento. Più tipi e quantità di interfacce ha un HUB, più forte è la
potenza di elaborazione e più calore produce il chip. I rivestimenti
fatti di materiali metallici hanno una migliore dissipazione del calore
per evitare che il chip si surriscaldi, causando l’instabilità dell’HUB o
guasti come la disconnessione.
