General notes
Intended use
In a key safe, you can safely store all your
keys and use a numeric code to grant ac-
cess to more than one person. In so do-
ing, a key hand-over may be organised in
a secure and quite flexible fashion.
Please follow the instructions given in
this manual in order to mount and oper-
ate the key safe correctly.
Warnings: No hazards are to be expect-
ed, if the device is used correctly
and in accordance with the in-
structions. Small parts and pack-
aging materials can be swallowed
by children and lead to choking! Make
sure that small parts and packaging ma-
terials are kept out of reach of children.
Dispose of the packaging material imme-
diately.
The key safe comes with a weather-proof
housing made of aluminium. The combi-
nation lock with adjustable 4-digit num-
ber combination is protected by a flap
featuring a sliding mechanism. The key
safe is finished with rust protection and is
also suitable for wall mounting. The cor-
responding mounting material is supplied
with the safe.
The manufacturer expressly reserves the
right to make technical changes.

Cleaning/maintenance
You can easily wipe off any minor soiling
of the key safe with a damp cloth.

Changing the numerical password
1. Set the RESET switch to position B.
2. Set your desired 4-digit number combination.
3. Set the RESET switch back to position A.
Your new number combination is now in effect. Be sure to memorise it.
4. Shut the front flap of the key safe.

Mounting the key safe
The key safe is designed for both indoor and outdoor usage.
1. Open the key safe by setting the digits to the starting position 0-0-0-0 and
pressing the opener. Now pull the front flap of the key safe towards you.
2. Mark the drill holes at the desired drilling location.
Please use the back of the key safe as a template.
3. Drill the holes.
Caution: Make sure that no cables or pipes are routed along the se-
lected drilling point. Doing so can pose a risk of injury or damage to the
surrounding area!
4. Place the dowels in the drilled holes.
Note: Be aware that the supplied fastening material could prove incom-
patible with the desired mounting location. You can purchase fasten-
ing materials that correspond to the location in question from your local
hardware store.
5. Hold the key safe against the drill holes and fasten the screws into the dowels
with the help of a screwdriver. Then fasten the key safe in place with the screws.
