Grounding instructions
1. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed
grounded.
2. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of
electric shock.
3. The electrical outlet, which must be a 220-240V~, 50/60Hz, and at
least a 15Amp grounded outlet, should be located on the wall within
reach of the unit’s power cord.
4. A Ground Fault Interrupter residual current device (RCD) should be
installed on the circuit supplying power to the unit.
DANGER- Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk
of electric shock.
If repair or replacement the cord or plug is necessary, do not connect the
grounding wire to either flat blade terminal.
Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding
instructions are not completely understood, or if in doubt as to whether
the product is properly grounded.
If it is necessary to use an extension cord, make sure the extension is
grounded.

9. Through poor conditions of the electrical MAINS, shortly voltage drops can appear when starting the equipment.
This can influence other equipment (e.g. blinking of a lamp).
If the MAINS-IMPEDANCE Zmax < 0.3 OHM, such disturbances are not expected.
(In case of need, you may contact your local supply authority for further information).

11. Rain water, demineralized water, sea water or grey water are not suitable to operate this equipment. The Multiclean shower toilet
may only be operated with normal drinking water.

Grounding instructions
This electric toilet may be installed in zone 2 althouhg it's wall-
socket shall always be installed in zone 3.
These recommendations are valid as long as the installation is
compatible with the country regulations.
This product (IPX4) shall not be exposed to water jets for
cleaning purposes.

firmly. Otherwise, the heat of plug might cause fire. Should this
product not be used for a long time, please unplug it.
Please do not use multiple socket outlets.

Above specifications have been measured under room temperature of 25°C, incoming water temperature between 15°C and 30°C
and Water pressure of 0.2MPa. Incoming water temperature out of this range can cause unstable temperature of the water coming
out through the nozzle.

Caution for mild burn
Please adjust the seat and water temperature at the lowest level if the product is used by :
1. Children, elderly people, patients
2. Person with skin prone to be allergic.
3. Person who takes medicine (sleeping pill, medicine for cold…, etc) which might cause drowsiness or tiredness.
Please use lower temperature ( 35°C) in order to prevent mild burns that might occur if the skin is in contact with the product for a
long time.

Cleaning function
Please occupy the toilet seat in order to activate the sensor installed onto the seat.

Rear and front cleaning setting adjustment
While the rear or font cleaning functions are activated, the following parameters may be adjusted. Nozzle postition, water temperature,
water pressure, cleaning massage.

Press to increase or to decrease dryer
temperature. There are 3 temperature levels.

Please occupy the toilet seat in order to activate the sensor installed onto the seat.

Note:
Do not insert finger or any objects into the fan.
Dryer function will stop automatically in 5min. Please press the button again to resume the function.

Seat heating
1. Seat temperature
Press seat heater button to activate.
2. Temperature adjustment
Press seat heater button again to adjust temperature
until desired setting. There are 4 temperature levels.
Note:It will take a few minutes to heat the seat. The setting of desired temperature will be saved and locked in memory.
Temperature:OFF 35˚C 37˚C 39˚C
User setting
The user setting function allows the storage of six user profiles in the quick access memory.
Product setting adjustment
Light
The LED light installed at the rim of the toilet will activate at the established time, so that the user may find the toilet at night.
1. Select function setting
With the seat occupaid adjust the cleaning function
settings at your desired level.
-Water pressure
-Water temperature
-Nozzle position
-Massage (Oscillating/ Pulsating clean)
-Dryer temperature
Those settings are temporally stored in memory.
2. Select user setting
Press user button for 3 seconds, and the display will
start blinking. You can save those temporally stored
settings at the appointed user number. Repeatedly
press user button to select desired user.
3. Confirm
Press stop to confirm the setting.
Light
Press light button to activate and deactivate light
function manually.
Auto light
1. Auto light
Press light button for 3 seconds to switch between
(auto light) and (auto light off)
2. Adjustment time
With mode selected, press or button for
time adjustment.
3. Confirm
Press stop to confirm the setting or wait 5 seconds.

1. Deodorizer
Press deodorizer button to activate and deactivate
deodorizer function manually.
Note: On manual mode, deodorizer function will be
activated for 1min.
2. Auto deodorizer
Press deodorizer button for 3 seconds to switch
between (auto deodorizer) and (auto
deodorizer off).
Press and hold button for over 3 seconds to activate
beeping sound, and repeat to return to silent mode.
Power saving mode
Main power functions will turn off automatically when you set power saving ON for saving the power. The main power will resume once
the toilet seat is occupied again by user.
Press power saving button to activate and deactivate.
Based on the daily use of the product, MULTICLEAN will automatically go into power saving mode.
Example: From 11 pm to 6 am and from 9 am to 7 pm it will automatically go into power saving mode.
Deodorizer
An active carbon filter removes odours.
Auto deodorizer will automatically activate once the toilet seat is occupied, and it will automatically switch off once the toilet has been
unoccupied for more than one minute.

Auxiliary control panel operation
Should the remote control run out of batteries, user can use auxiliary panel to operate main functions.
Cleaning function
Light indication
1. Select cleaning
Press cleaning button to activate rear cleaning. Repeatedly press the same button for adjusting water pressure. (It is exclusively used
for rear cleaning function. Front cleaning function cannot be provided by operating auxiliary panel. )
2. Select dryer
Press power button to select dryer (Default temperature at middle level).

Press power button to stop cleaning or dryer. Cleaning and dryer function will automatically switch off 5min after activation.

Removal of batteries from the remote control
If during use, the display indication blinks, this indicates low battery level.
Please replace the batteries (4x alkaline AA). Do not mix used and new batteries or from different brands.
Nozzle extension
Press pulsating button for 3 seconds, nozzle reaches out automatically and will remain in this position for 1 minute.
Cleaning & maintenance
Nozzle cleaning
Press oscillating button for 3 sec to activate the nozzle It will automatically oscillate forward and backward for 1 minute.
To deactivate this function, please press stop button.
Do not use aggressive products to clean. Only use neutral products
for cleaning.
Do not pull or push the nozzle manually.
The nozzle should never be removed manually.
This product should not be washed with water or detergent directly.
Remote control cleaning
1. Please take out the batteries before cleaning.
2. Please wipe it softly with dampened cloth.
3. If the remote is too dirty, you may use a diluted neutral detergent to clean it.

1. Unplug the product prior to cleaning. 2. Turn shutoff valve off completely and
remove water hose.
2. Flush the toilet to empty the water tank
Note: Failure to do so could result in leaking
or flooding.

back right side of the seat and slide out
main unit from mounting plate.
4. Unscrew the drain lever using a coin to
drain water from reservoir.
Remove the water from the tank.
Cleaning and removal
Use a soft and damp cloth or sponge to wipe off the body gently.
1. Do not scrub or use harsh or abrasive chemical cleansers to clean the product. Use only neutral products for cleaning.
2. For a thorough cleaning, you may need to detach the product.
3. Do not damage bidet hose, power cord, ground wire during the removal.
Complete detachment
If the product will not be used for a long period of time, please remove the product from the toilet.
After removal protect the product to avoid blows and scratches.
Uninstall mounting plate and screws and keep them together with the product.
Precautions
1. Do not force any of the parts of the product.
2. In case of storm, disconnect the product from the power supply.
3. In case of house water pipe maintenance, please disconnect the water hose until all pipes are cleaned.

de este equipo. El Multiclean debe trabajar con agua potable de red.
Instrucciones de conexión a tierra
1. El enchufe debe enchufarse a una toma de corriente debidamente
conectada a tierra.
2. En caso de producirse un cortocircuito, la conexión a tierra reduce el
riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
3. La toma de corriente debe ser de 220-240 V~, 50/60 Hz, disponer de
conexión a tierra de al menos 15 A y estar instalada en la pared a una
distancia adecuada para enchufar el cable de red del producto.
4. Debe instalarse un interruptor diferencial en el circuito que suministra
corriente al producto.
PELIGRO- El uso inadecuado del enchufe de conexión a tierra
puede suponer el riesgo de descarga eléctrica. Si es necesario reparar o
sustituir el cable, no conecte el cable de tierra a una toma sin tierra.
Si tiene alguna duda sobre las instrucciones de conexión a tierra o no está
seguro de si el producto está bien conectado a tierra, consulte con un

Instrucciones de conexión a tierra
Este WC eléctrico puede instalarse en el volumen 2 aunque
su toma de corriente o base de enchufe dabe estar siempre
instalada en el volumen3.
Esta recomendación es válida siempre y cuando la normativa
vigente en el país lo permita.
Este producto (IPX4) no debe estar sometido a ráfagas de
agua para su limpieza.
Eliminación de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos

Coloque el enchufe correctamente. Este debe estar bien
conectado a la toma de corriente, firme y completamente. De
lo contrario, el calor del enchufe podría provocar un incendio.
Desenchufe el producto si no se va a utilizar durante un tiempo
prolongado.
No utilice regletas con cajas de enchufe.
No instale otro cable de red ni utilice un alargador si ello puede
suponer un riesgo de incendio o electrocución.
No utilice cepillos rígidos ni detergentes abrasivos para limpiar el
producto. No manipule el enchufe con las manos mojadas. Esto podría

causando un funcionamiento de lavado inestable. No rompa,

15 y 30 °C y una presión del agua de 0,2 MPa. Si la temperatura del agua de suministro no se encuentra dentro de este
intervalo, la temperatura del agua al salir del surtidor puede ser inestable. El fabricante se reserva el derecho de modificar las
especificaciones anteriores en cualquier momento sin previo aviso y sin incurrir en obligaciones.
Precaución para evitar riesgo de quemaduras
Por favor, ajuste la temperatura del agua y del asiento al nivel mas bajo si el producto es utilizado por:
1. Niños, personas de avanzada edad o personas emfermas.
2.Personas con alergias de piel.
3.Personas que tomen medicinas (píldoras para dormir, medicamentos para resfriados,…) que puedan causar somnolencia o
cansancio.
Por favor utilice el nivel bajo de temperatura (35˚C) para prevenir quemaduras producidas por el contacto continuo de la piel con el
