BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
SAFEGUARDING THE ENVIRONMENT
Your new appliance is a combined ventilated, no
frost fridge-freezer exclusively for domestic use.
The great advantage of this appliance is that the
refrigerator and freezer compartments are
ventilated, therefore there is no ice or frost
formation on the walls, thanks to the process
described below. The cold is produced by an
evaporator and distributed to the single
compartments by means of a fan.
The air, after circulating in the compartments, is
absorbed again by the evaporator, which also
retainsanyhumidityintheair.Thispreventsfrost
from forming on the compartment walls,
therefore there is no need to defrost the
appliance.
The humidity absorbed by the evaporator is
transformed into water, which is automatically
routed to a container located on the compressor,
from where it evaporates. The ventilated
refrigeration system guarantees optimal food
storage, maintaining the original characteristics
longer.
To get the most out of your new appliance,
read the user handbook thoroughly. The
handbook contains a description of the
appliance and useful tips for storing food.
Keep this handbook for future consultation.
1.After unpacking, make sure that the appliance
is undamaged and that the door closes
properly. Any damage must be reported to
your dealer within 24 hours after delivery of
the appliance.
2.Wait at least two hours before switching the
appliance on in order to ensure the refrigerant
circuit is fully efficient.
3.Installation of the appliance and electrical
connections must be carried out by a qualified
electrician, in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions and local safety
regulations.
4.Clean the inside of the appliance before using it.
1.Packing
The packaging material is 100% recyclable and
carries the recycling symbol. Disposal must be
carried out in accordance with local regulations
for waste disposal.
Keep the packaging materials (plastic bags,
polystyrene parts, etc.) out of reach of children,
as they are potentially dangerous.
2.Scrapping
The appliance is manufactured using recyclable
material.
Before scrapping, make the appliance unusable
bycutting offthe power cableandremoving the
doors and shelves so that children cannot easily
climb inside the appliance.
Disposalmustbecarriedoutin accordancewith
local environmental regulations for waste
disposal. Deliver the appliance immediately to
an authorized dump; do not leave it unattended
even for a few days, since it is potentially
dangerous for children.
3.Information:
This appliance does not contain CFCs (replaced
with R134a) or HFCs (replaced with R600a).
Appliances with Isobutane (R600a):
Isobutane is a natural gas with low
environmental impact. Caution is required,
however, since isobutane is flammable.
Therefore, it is essential to ensure that
refrigerant pipelines are not damaged.
4.Declaration of conformity
•This appliance is designed to store food and is
manufactured in conformity with European
directive 89/109/CEE, 90/128/CEE and
02/72/CEE.
•Thisapplianceisdesigned,manufactured, and
retailed in compliance with:
- the safety objectives of the Low Voltage
Directive 73/23/EEC;
- the protection requirements of the “EMC”
Directive 89/336/EEC amended by Directive
93/68/EEC
- the electrical safety of the appliance can only
be guaranteed if the product is connected to
an approved earth connection.

PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL
RECOMMENDATIONS
•Use the refrigerator compartment only for
storing fresh food and beverages and use the
freezer compartment only for storing frozen
food, freezing fresh food and making ice
cubes.
•After installation, make sure that the
refrigerator is not standing on the power
supply cable.
•Do not store glass containers with liquids in
the freezer since they may burst.
•Donoteaticecubesoricelollies immediately
aftertakingthem outof thefreezersincethey
may cause cold burns.
•Before servicing or cleaning the appliance,
unplug it from the mains or disconnect the
electrical power supply.
•Make sure that your refrigerator is not near a
heat source.
•Do not store or use gasoline or other
flammablevapoursandliquidsinthevicinityof
this or any other appliance. The fumes can
create a fire hazard or explosion.
•To ensure proper ventilation, leave a 10 cm
spaceabove,3cmonbothsides and2.5cmat
the rear of the appliance.
•Ensure that the vent outlets on the appliance
casing or housing unit are unobstructed in
order to allow correct air circulation.
•Do not cover or obstruct the air vents of the
appliance.
•Install and level the refrigerator on a floor
strong enough to take its weight and in an area
suitable for its size and use.
•Do not use the refrigerator in an area where
the room temperature may fall below 13°C.
Install it in a dry and well ventilated room.
•Becareful not todamage the floors when you
move the appliance (e.g. parquet flooring).
•Do not use mechanical devices or any means
other than those recommended by the
manufacturer to speed up the defrosting
process.
•Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
•This appliance is not designed for use by
young children or the infirm.
•To avoid the risk of children being trapped
and therefore suffocating, do not allow them
to play or hide inside the refrigerator.
•Do not ingest the contents (non-toxic) of the
ice packs (if provided).
Electrical Connection
•Electrical connections must be made in
accordance with local regulations.
•Ensure that the voltage indicated on the
appliance data plate corresponds to the
domestic supply voltage.
• Regulations require that the appliance is
earthed. The Manufacturer declines all
liabilities for injury to persons or damage
to property resulting from failure to
observe these regulations.
•If the plug and socket are not of the same
type, have the socket replaced by a qualified
electrician.
•The power cable may only be replaced by an
authorized person.
•Do not use extension leads or adapters.

HOW TO OPERATE THE
CONTROLS
Internal temperatures of the freezer and
refrigerator compartments may be set individually
to better meet food preservation conditions,
depending on the extent the product is used.
Your refrigerator is provided with electronic
features specially developed to meet your various
daily needs.

By pressing the desired function key in the
electronic control, the light signal will indicate that
the function has been selected.
When choosing a new function, the function
previously selected is immediately canceled; only
one function can be selected at a time.

1.Dynamic Intelligence (button 1):
Yourproductisprovidedwithanexclusivefunction
which, when selected, controls the temperature of
the refrigerator and freezer compartments
according to the temperature of your kitchen and
the usage conditions of the refrigerator (door
openingandamountoffoodstoredintheproduct.)
To select it, press the respective key and the light
signal will turn on, indicating that the function has
been selected. The product will then operate
automaticallyandyouwillnolonger need tosetthe
temperature. When this function is selected, there
might be changes in the temperature setting. To
cancel this function, just press the respective key
again. When canceling the function, the
temperaturesettingsgobacktotheconditionsetat
the plant.
Important:
The Dynamic Intelligence function will be
canceled if any other key of the electronic
control is pressed (except for “Alarm Off”).
2.Fast Cooling (button 2):
Yourproductisprovidedwithanexclusivefunction
to be used when your refrigerator is intensively
used.Itkeepsthetemperatureofthecompartment
stable when there are frequent door openings. To
selectit,presstherespectivekeyandthelightsignal
willgoon,indicatingthefunctionhasbeenselected.
That should be done at the beginning of the
intensive use.
This mode is automatically canceled after six hours
and temperature settings go back to the previous
condition. If you wish to cancel the Fast Cooling
before that period of time, press the key again.
3.Vacation mode (button 3):
This function is recommended to be used when
there is nobody at home (vacation). The vacation
mode keeps refrigerator and freezer temperatures
at the “Less Cold” levels of temperature, reducing
power consumption. To select it, press the
respective keyforapproximately twoseconds until
the light signal turns on, indicating the mode has
been selected. When canceling the mode, the
temperature settings go back to the previous
condition the product was set to.
The vacation mode will be canceled:
•Whenever another key is pressed.
•When one of the doors is opened 30 minutes
after the mode has been selected.
The vacation mode will NOT be cancelled:
•If the doors are opened within the first 30
minutes of the selection of the mode.
Important:
• Whenselecting this function,remove allthe
food from the refrigerator. Food
preservation may be affected when “Less
Cold” temperature is used for a long period
of time.
• The freezer compartment may remain
loaded.
4.Fast freezing (button 4):
Thisfunctionspeedsupthefreezingoffoods,acting
in the whole freezer compartment. Every time you
press the key, it either selects or cancels the fast-
freezing function. When selected, the light signal
remains on. The function is automatically canceled
after 18 hours, going back to the setting previously
set. Through fast freezing ice crystallization -
between 0°C and 5°C - is faster, minimizing food
lossofwater and keeping their natural constitution.
It is, therefore, recommended to use this function.
5.Alarm off (button 5):
Foryourconvenience,yourrefrigeratorisprovided
with an exclusive system that monitors the
operation of your product. In case of
malfunctioning, the“AlarmOff”lightsignal,located
in the electronic panel, will flash and the alarm will
go off.
•In case a door remains open longer than 2
minutes, the alarm will go off. To switch it off,
either press the “Alarm Off” key or close the
door.
•This system also monitors the internal
temperatureof your product.If the temperature
rises, the alarm will go off. Avoid, thus, placing
hot foods in the product. To switch it off, press
the “Alarm Off” key. The light signal will flash
until the internal temperature reaches its ideal
condition.
•Thisexclusivesystemofyourrefrigeratorcarries
out a preventive monitoring. It starts the alarm
before the performance of the product is
impaired. That will give you time to get in touch
with your service agent or dealer.

FREEZER TEMPERATURE CONTROL
REFRIGERATOR TEMPERATURE CONTROL
•Thefreezer compartment temperature isset by pressingthe freezer controlkey to the level you want.
There are five temperature settings for the freezer compartment. Every time you press the key, the
temperature will be set from position “Less Cold” (level 1) to position “Coldest” (level 5).
Minimum freezing - level 1
Recommendedwhenthereisnotmuchfoodinthefreezerandoccasional
door opening.
Medium freezing - level 3
Commended for normal use.
Maximum freezing - level 5
Recommended when there is a lot of food in the freezer and frequent
door opening.
There are still two other intermediate temperature settings, 2 and 4, which can also be used as needed.
•The refrigerator compartment temperature is set by pressing the refrigeration control key to the level
you want.
There are five temperature settings for the refrigerator compartment. Every time you press the key,
the temperature will be set from position “Less Cold” (level 1) to position “Coldest” (level 5).

Freezer temperature:
Each time you press the key, you will select a freezing level.
Minimum freezing: recommended when there is not much food in the
freezer and occasional door opening.
Medium freezing: recommended for normal use.
Maximum freezing: recommended when there is a lot of food in the
freezer and frequent door opening.

STORING FOOD AND BEVERAGES
•We recommend that food be stored in adequate
packages such as plastic bags or containers with
lids. It avoids removal of food natural humidity,
preserving quality.
•Do not place hot foods inside the refrigerator or
freezer. Allow them to cool to room
temperature.
That helps saving power consumption, and
assures the good operation of the product.
•Try to leave the doors open only as long as it
takes to place and remove food or beverages.
You will be reducing power consumption and
improving the performance of your refrigerator.
•Incasethedoorremainsopenforapproximately
2 minutes, the alarm will go off.
Important:
•It is recommended to operate the refrigerator
for at least 2 hours before storing food or
beverages in it. That time is necessary for
temperature to stabilize inside the product.
•Once defrosted, foods should not be refrozen as
they might lose their natural characteristics.
•Liquids increase in volume when frozen.
Take care when storing bottles or other closed
containers in the freezer.
They may brake.
•Do not store toxic products in your refrigerator
as they may contaminate foods.
REFRIGERATOR COMPONENTS
NO FROST CARE SYSTEM
Yourrefrigeratoruses the frostfree systemmaking
defrosting unnecessary as it is automatic.
The no frost care system assures homogeneous
distribution of cold air in the whole refrigerator.
•When storing foods, avoid placing them next to
air openings not to impair the good operation of
the product. Foods can freeze in that place.
•When opening the door of your refrigerator
shelves may fog up due to the entry of hot air
inside the product.
•When opening the door of your refrigerator the
wind-flow system fan stops working, decreasing
the entry of hot air inside the product.
•Incasethe door remainsopen forapproximately
6 minutes, the light is turned off and the fan is
restarted so that the integrity of the system
operation is maintained.
DUAL FAN SYSTEM
(Present on control on door models)
Besides the Frost-free and No Frost Care System,
your refrigerator is also provided with fans for the
freezerandrefrigeratorcompartmentstopromote
faster cold air circulation and to keep temperature
levels more stable.
It speeds up cooling and prolongs preservation of
foods and beverages stored in the refrigerator.
FREEZER COMPARTMENT
•When storing food in the freezer, prepare small
amounts. It will allow faster freezing and total
usage of each portion.
•Each freezer has the capacity to freeze a given
amount of food at every 24 hours. Avoid
exceeding the freezing capacity of your product.
•Always observe the expiration date of frozen
food which is indicated by the manufacturer.
•Liquids increase in volume when frozen.
Take care when storing bottles or other closed
containers in the freezer.

FREEZER SLIDING DRAWER
•The freezer compartment of your product is
providedwith a sliding drawertofacilitate access
to food. It also allows for better use and
organization of the freezer internal room.
CLEVER-ICE WITH FEEDER
•Your refrigerator is provided with an ice-making
system comprised of a feeder, ice trays with
extractor and an ice bin. With this system, it will
be easier to fill the trays with water, extract the
ice cubes and store them.
The feeder facilitates filling the trays with water as
you will not have to take them to the freezer,
avoiding occasional water droplets on the kitchen
floor.
How to fill ice trays with water:
•Before filling the trays with water, clean them as
in “Cleaning”.
•Remove the feeder from the support, pulling it
frontward.
•Fillitupwithwaterwithoutrestingitonasurface
and replace it on the support. The water will
automatically fill the ice trays.
•
•Allow some hours for the ice to form, and then
turnthebuttons to extract the ice.Theice cubes
will fall straight into the ice bin.
Important:
•Make sure there is no ice in the trays before
reloading the feeder.
•Before reloading the feeder, check whether
there is ice on the springs, remove with running
water if necessary.
•If you need more storage room in the freezer,
you can remove the movable parts of the ice
system.
THREE-STAGE SHELF
(Present on control on the door models)
This shelf provides greater flexibility when storing
foods in the freezer compartment of your
refrigerator. You may use it in the following
positions:
•Full-width position.
•Half-width position. Only push the front of the
shelf backward.
•Tilted position. Turn the shelf upward until it
touches the back of the freezer compartment.
•To remove the shelf, place it in the half-width
position and push the back of the shelf upward
until it is released.

EXTRA-COLD COMPARTMENT
Thissliding compartment stays colderthan therest
of the refrigerator compartments to keep daily
foods fresh longer. It can also chill beverages more
quickly.Itisproperforkeepingdairyproducts,cold
cuts, sausage and meat.
If necessary to remove the extra-cold
compartment for cleaning, do as in item “Sliding
Glass Shelves” (Changing the position of the
shelves).
•Itisnotadvisabletoremovethetiltingfrontlidof
the extra cold compartment.
EXTRA SHELF
Your refrigerator is provided with an extra shelf of
hardened glass located under the extra cold
compartment.
It is ideal to store small packages.
•To use it, pull it frontward to the position
indicated in the picture.
•When not in use, just pull it upward and then
push it backward.
•To remove the shelf, just slide the side locks as
in the picture, and pull it toward you.
•After replacing the extra shelf, slide the side
locks to their original position.
SLIDING GLASS SHELVES
Your refrigerator is provided with sliding glass
shelveswhichmakeiteasierforyoutoaccessfoods
stored at the back of the shelves or at lower
shelves.
•The shelves are made of highly resistant
hardened glass.
•The edges of the shelves prevent spilt liquids
from going to other compartments.
Changing the position of shelves:
Your refrigerator allows you tochange the position
of shelves according to your needs.
•To remove the shelf, pull it forward to the stop.
•Keep the locks pressed as shown in the picture,
and pull the shelf until it is released.
•Pull the pins outward to remove the rails.
•Removetherailsasinthepictureandplacethem
where you wish.
Important:
•Before replacing the rails, notice the word
“Upward” engraved on the rail.
•After that, place the shelf on the rails.

VEGETABLES DRAWER
Foodssuchasfruitsandvegetablesdehydratewhen
stored in direct contact with cold and dry air.
The vegetables drawer keeps the temperature and
humidity adequate for storage of fruits and
vegetables, preserving their natural characteristics.
The metallic rails of the vegetables drawer provide
smoothandsafeopeningandclosingof the drawer.
To organize foods to your convenience, use the
vegetables separator available in your refrigerator.
Humidity control:
•The vegetables drawer is provided with a
humidity control that allows you to control the
necessary amount of air that goes into the
drawer.
•We recommend to keep the control closed to
preserve leafy vegetables and open to preserve
fruits.
GUIDETOSTORAGEANDTHAWINGOFFOOD
PREPARING FRESH FOOD FOR FREEZING
It is important to wrap food so that no water, moisture, or vapour may penetrate; this avoids the transfer
of odours and flavours throughout the refrigerator and allows better storage of frozen food. Use plastic
containerswithtightfittinglids,aluminiumtrays,aluminium foil,clingfilmand waterproofplasticwrappings.
Important:
•When shopping, leave frozen food purchases until last and transport the products in a thermally
insulated cool bag.
•Place the items in the freezer compartment as soon as you get home.
•Avoid, or reduce temperature variations to the minimum.
•Respect the best-before date on the package.
•Always observe the storage information on the package.
SEALING
When sealing food in bags, squeeze out the air first.
Place labels on the inside of clear freezer bags; use self-adhesive labels on the outside of opaque ones.
Seal the top of the bag with a fastener.
DEFROSTING
Here are some helpful tips.
Raw vegetables: do not thaw, put straight into boiling water and cook as usual.
Meat (large cuts): thaw in the refrigerator compartment without unwrapping. Before cooking, leave at
room temperature for a couple of hours.
Meat (small cuts): thaw at room temperature or cook from frozen.
Fish: thaw in the refrigerator compartment without unwrapping or cook before fully thawed.
In the event of a power failure, the freezer compartment maintains the appropriate storage temperature
for approximately 12 hours; during this time, we suggest you leave the door of the compartment closed.
Do not refreeze partially thawed food.
Previously cooked food: reheat in the oven without removing it from its aluminium container.
Fruit: thaw in the refrigerator compartment
NOTE: Never place warm food in the freezer, instead allow it to cool at room temperature for 30
minutes, then wrap it and place in the freezer. Cooling hot foods before freezing saves energy and
prolongs the life of the appliance.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
VACATION
Before any cleaning or maintenance operation, unplug the appliance from the mains or disconnect the
electrical power supply.
Periodically clean the refrigerator and freezer compartments with a sponge dampened in a solution of
lukewarm water and special detergent for refrigerator interiors. Rinse and dry. Never use abrasive
detergents. Never clean refrigerator parts with flammable fluids. The fumes can create a fire hazard or
explosion.
•Clean with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive products, scourers, stain-removers (e.g. acetone, trichloroethylene) or vinegar.
Dry with a soft cloth.
•Both refrigerator and freezer compartments are provided with an automatic defrosting function (no
frost system).
•Do not use steam cleaners.
•Regularly clean the condenser (air vents at the rear of the appliance) with a vacuum cleaner or a brush.
•Ensure the seals are always perfectly clean.
Short vacation
There is no need to disconnect the refrigerator from the power supply if you will be away for less than
three weeks. Use up perishable food, freeze other food. Use the “Vacation” function (depending on the
model).
Long vacation
Remove all the food if you are going away for three weeks or more. Unplug the refrigerator and clean it,
rinse and dry.
Fix some wooden or plastic wedges to the upper part of both doors with adhesive tape and leave the
doors open enough for air to circulate inside both compartments. This will prevent odour and mould
from setting in.
Moving
•Take out all removable parts, wrap them well, and fix them together with adhesive tape so that they
do not bang together or get lost.
•Close and fix both doors with adhesive tape and, again using adhesive tape, fix the power cable to the
appliance.
Power failure
Intheeventofapowerfailure,callthe localofficeofyourElectricityCompanyandaskhowlongitisgoing
to last.
1.For power failures lasting up to 24 hours, keep both doors of the appliance closed. This will allow
the stored food to stay cold as long as possible.
2.Should the power failure last more than 24 hours, remove all frozen food and put it in a portable
freezer with a key lock. If this type of freezer is not available and, likewise, no artificial ice packs are
available, try to use up the food which is more easily perishable.
3.Bear in mind that a full freezer compartment will stay cold longer than a partially filled one.
4.Empty the ice bucket.
Furthermore, a freezer full of frozen meat will stay cold longer than a freezer filled with pre-cooked
food.
If ice crystals are still visible on the food, it may be frozen again, although flavour and aroma may be
affected. If food is found to be in a poor condition, it is best to throw it away.

SERVICE
Some noises are normal when the appliance is operating
Before contacting After-sales Service....
Performance problems often result from simple things you can find and solve yourself without tools of
any kind.
The appliance is not working
•Is the power cord in perfect condition?
•Have you checked your home’s fuses?
Water collects at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment:
•Is the defrost water drain blocked?
If there is water in the defrost pan:
•This is normal in hot, damp weather. The pan can even be half full. Make sure the refrigerator is level
so that the water does not overflow.
If the edges of the refrigerator cabinet, which come in contact with the door seal, are warm to
the touch:
•This is normal in hot weather and when the compressor is running.
If the light does not work:
•Have you checked your home’s fuses?
•Is the power plug plugged into a live socket with the proper voltage?
•Has the light bulb burnt out?
In the case of burnt-out bulbs:
•Always unplug the appliance from the mains.
•See the “Troubleshooting guide/After-sales Service” chapter.
If the motor seems to run too much:
•Is the condenser free of dust and fluff?
•Are the doors properly closed?
•Are the door seals properly fitted?
•On hot days or if the room is warm, the motor naturally runs longer.
The appliance is excessively noisy:
•Is the appliance in contact with other furniture or objects?
•Are the pipes at the back touching or vibrating?
If the appliance door has been left open for a while or if large amounts of food have been stored, the
motor will run longer in order to cool down the interior of the appliance.

•the nature of the problem,
•the model,
•the Service number (the number after the word
SERVICE on the data plate on the inside of the
appliance),
•your full address,
•your telephone number and area code
Note:
The direction of door opening can be changed.
If this operation is performed by After-sales
Service it is not covered by the warranty.
Remember
Motor running time depends on different things: number of door openings, amount of food stored,
temperature of the room, setting of the temperature controls.
If,afterperformingthe above checks,your appliance stilldoesnotworkproperly, contact the After-sales
Service, explain the problem, specifying the model and appliance service number (stated on the data
plate).
If the refrigerator temperature is too high
•Is the appliance installed near a heat source?
•Are the refrigerator controls correctly set?
•Has a large amount of food been added to the refrigerator or freezer?
•Check that the doors are not opened too often.
•Check that the doors close properly.
•Make sure that air flow vents inside the compartment are not blocked, as this prevents the circulation
of cold air.
If there is moisture build-up
•Make sure that the food is properly packaged. Dry any dampness on food containers before placing
them in the refrigerator.
•Checkthat thedoorsare not openedtoo often.When the dooris opened, humidity from theroom air
enters the refrigerator. The more often the door is opened, the faster humidity builds up, especially
when the room itself is very humid.
•If the room is very humid, it is normal for moisture to build up inside the refrigerator.
•It is normal for droplets of water to form on the rear wall after the automatic defrost cycle.
If the doors do not open and close properly
•Check that food packages are not blocking the door.
•Check that the door trays, shelves and drawers are all positioned correctly.
•Check that the door seals are not dirty or sticky.
•Ensure the appliance is level.
Always disconnect the refrigerator from the power supply before replacing any light bulbs.
If the inside light is not working:
•Disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply.
Depending on the model
•Remove the bulb cover (depending on model)
•Unscrew or remove the bulb.
•Check the bulb and if necessary replace it.
•Some models are equipped with a special bulb, which does not unscrew. Pulltowards the inside of the
appliance. This bulb is available only from our After-sales Service. Replace using maximum 15W bulb.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
1) For Great Britain only
Warning - this appliance must be earthed
Fuse replacement
If the mains lead of this appliance is fitted with a BS 1363A
13amp fused plug, to change a fuse in this type of plug use an
A.S.T.A. approved fuse to BS 1362 type and proceedas follows:
1.Remove the fuse cover (A) and fuse (B).
2.Fit replacement 13A fuse into fuse cover.
3.Refit both into plug.
Important:
The fuse cover must be refitted when changing a fuse and if the
fuse cover is lost the plug must not be used until a correct
replacement is fitted.
Correct replacement are identified by the colour insert or the
colour embossed in words on the base of the plug.
Replacement fuse covers are available from your local electrical
store.
2) For the Republic of Ireland only
The information given in respect of Great Britain will frequently
apply, but a third type of plug and socket is also used, the
2-pin, side earth type.
3) Socket outlet / plug (valid for both countries)
If the fitted plug is not suitable for your socket outlet, please
contact Whirlpool Service for further instruction. Please do not
attempt to change plug yourself. This procedure needs to be
carried out by a qualified Whirlpool technician in compliance
with the manufactures instructions and current standard safety
regulations.
