ongratulations on your purchase
of the BBQ Grill Fan. This
innovative fan will keep smoke out
of your face as you grill or help the
fi re get started by providing great air
circulation.
Before using, please read this manual
carefully, especially noting safety
and care instructions and keep this
manual for reference. The BBQ Grill
Fan comes with one grill fan and an
instruction manual.
Operating
Y
our Grill Fan
Your Grill FanY
Clip the light onto your grill on either a
handle or side table.
•
Do not
clip your fan so that it is
directly over the fi re as this may
damage the electrical components
inside the fan.
Turn the fan on using the ON/OFF
switch and point it in virtually any
direction with its fl exible neck.
You can use the fan
to help circulate air
and get your fi re started. Using a low
setting, point the fan at your coals after
you have lit them.
O
nce your coals are ready,
the fan can
provide the same circulation to keep
smoke out of the chefʼs face.
Battery Installation
The BBQ Grill Fan requires 4 AA
batteries.
To install, take the battery compartment
lid off by unscrewing it. Insert 4 AA
batteries into the compartment making
sure to match the polarity (+ and -) as
shown in the compartment. Replace lid
and tighten.

warranties are hereby excluded. Some
states do not allow limitations on

WARRANTY implied warranties and
do not allow exclusion of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above
limitations and exclusions in these

Ship the unit carefully packed,
preferably in the original carton, and
send it prepaid, and adequately insured.
Include a letter, detailing the complaint
and including your daytime telephone
number, inside the shipping carton. If
your warranty has expired and you want
an estimated fee for service, write to
the above address, specifying the model
and the problem.
NOTE:
Please do not send your unit
without fi rst receiving an estimate
for servicing from EXCALIBUR
ELECTRONICS, INC. Contact us
before sending your unit. We cannot
store your unit!

90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
EXCALIBUR ELECTRONICS,
INC., warrants to the original consumer
that its products are free from any
electrical or mechanical defects for
a period of 90 DAYS from the date
of purchase. If any such defect is
discovered within the warranty period,
EXCALIBUR ELECTRONICS, INC.,
will repair or replace the unit free of
charge upon receipt of the unit, shipped
postage prepaid and insured to the
factory address shown at right.
The warranty covers normal
consumer use and does not cover
damage that occurs in shipment or
failure that results from alterations,
accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, wear
and tear, inadequate maintenance,
commercial use, or unreasonable use of
the unit. Removal of the top panel voids
all warranties. This warranty does not
cover cost of repairs made or attempted
outside of the factory.
Any applicable implied warranties,
including warranties of merchantability
and fi tness, are hereby limited to 90
DAYS from the date of purchase.
