IMPIEGO DUPLEX GOLD E DUPLEX ST

Le macchine comprese in questo manuale sono

costruite in accordo con la direttiva CEE 98/37.

La Duplex Gold ha passo dei denti di 76mm (3”), è particolarmente in-

dicata su prati senza sassi. In presenza di sassi consigliamo di utilizza-

re la Gold ST, con passo dei denti di 50mm (2”).

APPLICATION OF DUPLEX GOLD AND DUPLEX ST

The machine described in this manual have been

built according to the EEC rule 98/37.

Duplex Gold has a tooth pitch of 76mm (3”); it is particularly suitable

for lawns without pebbles: in the presence of pebbles, we suggest

using Duplex Gold ST with a tooth pitch of 50mm (2”).

EMPLOI DUPLEX GOLD ET DUPLEX ST

Les machines qui se trouvent dans ce manuel,

sont construites suivant la norme des machines

CEE 98/37.

Le pas des dents de la Duplex Gold est de 76 mm (3”); elle est particuliè-

rement indiquée pour les gazons sans cailloux; en présence de cailloux,

nous conseillons d’utiliser la Duplex Gold ST dont le pas des dents est

de 50 mm (2”).

EMPLEO DUPLEX GOLD Y DUPLEX ST

Las màquinas incluidas en este manual, han sido

producidas segùn la directiva la CEE 98/37 por

las màquinas.

Duplex Gold con un paso de los dientes de 76mm (3”), está especial-

mente indicada en praderas sin piedras. Si existen piedras, aconseja-

mos usar la Duplex Gold ST, con un paso de dientes de 50 mm (2”).

EINSATZ DER DUPLEX GOLD UND DUPLEX ST

Die in dem vorliegenden Handbuch beschriebenen

Maschinen entsprechen der EWG 98/37 Richtlinie.

Der Zähneabstand beträgt bei der Duplex Gold 76mm (3”); deshalb

ist sie besonders für steinlose Wiesen geeignet; bei Steinen empfeh-

len wir den Einsatz der Duplex Gold ST mit einem Zähneabstand von

50 mm (2”).

PREPARAZIONE DUPLEX GOLD

La Duplex Gold arriva completamente montata ad esclusione

di piede e tavola andana.

Per la preparazione procedere nel modo seguente:

•indossare guanti da lavoro;

•aprire la cassa d’imballo (fig.1);

•con la macchina in posizione A(fig.2) montare il piede C, la

copiglia e la spina di sicurezza;

•ruotare il gruppo telaio-braccio in posizione B(fig.2)

facendo appoggiare il piede Ca terra;

•montare il fermo D(fig.3) con la relativa spina elastica.

DUPLEX GOLD PREPARATION

The Duplex Gold is shipped completely assembled, with the

exception of the foot and tier table.

For preparation, proceed as follows:

•wear safety work gloves;

•open the packing crate (fig.1);

•with the machine in position A(fig.2), assemble the foot C,

cotter and safety pin;

•turn the frame-arm group in position B(fig.2), allowing the

foot Cto rest on the ground;

•assemble the stop D(fig.3) with its elastic pin.

PREPARATION DE LA DUPLEX GOLD

La machine Duplex Gold vous est livrée complètement

montée sauf le pied et la table andaineuse.

Pour la préparation, il faut procéder de la façon suivante:

•endosser des gants de travail;

•ouvrir la caisse d’emballage (fig.1);

•avec la machine sur position A(fig.2) monter le pied C, la

goupille et le goujon de sûreté.

•tourner le groupe châssis-bras sur position B(fig.2) en

faisant appuyer le pied Cà terre;

•monter l’arrêt D(fig.3) avec le relatif goujon élastique.

PREPARACIÓN DE LA DUPLEX GOLD

La Duplex Gold llega completamente montada excepto el pie

y la superficie andana. Para la preparación realizar lo

•abrir la caja de embalaje (fig.1);

•con la máquina en la posición A(fig.2) montar el pie C, la

clavija y el pasador de seguridad.

•poner el grupo chasis-brazo en posición B(fig.2) haciendo

que el pie Capoye en el suelo.

•montar el retén D(fig.3) con el correspondiente pasador

elástico.

VORBEREITUNG DER DUPLEX GOLD

Die Duplex Gold wird abgesehen von Fuß und Schichtplatte

komplett montiert angeliefert. Zur Vorbereitung ist wie folgt

beschrieben vorzugehen:

•Arbeitshandschuhe anziehen;

•Den Verschlag öffnen (Abb.1);

•Bei in Stellung A(Abb.2) stehender Maschine den Fuß C,

den Splint und den Sicherheitsstift anbringen.

•Gestell-Arm in Stellung B(Abb.2) drehen und dabei den

Fuß Cauf den Boden absetzen.

•Die Sicherung D(Abb.3) mit dazugehörigem Spannstift

anbringen.

AGGANCIAMENTO AL TRATTORE

•Assicurarsi che i perni A degli attacchi per il sollevamento

siano ben puliti e lubrificati (fig.1 pag.7).

•Infilare i perni nei bracci di sollevamento B ed inserire gli

spilli di sicurezza C (fig.1 pag.7).

IMPORTANTE

A seconda della carreggiata del trattore utilizzare i perni inter-

ni od esterni in modo che lo slittone interno della barra A si

trovi dietro alla ruota del trattore (fig.2 pag.7).

•Collegare l’albero cardanico e l’attacco 3° punto (fig.3

pag.7). Infilare nel 3°punto anche la piastra forata A.

Altrimenti per l’aggancio catena, utilizzare il grillo in dotazione,

fissandolo ad un foro della struttura del trattore.

COUPLING TO TRACTOR

•Make sure that the pins A of the lifting arms are clean and

greased.

•Insert the pins into the lifting arms B and insert the security

spindles C (picture 1 page 7).

IMPORTANT

According to the tractor’s track, use either internal or external

pins, as to always leave the internal bar A slide behind the

tractor wheel (picture 2 page 7).

•Connect the cardanic shaft and the third point coupling

shaft (picture 3 page 7).

Insert the drilled plate A into the third point arm.

Otherwise, the proper hook can be used for the chain linking,

fixing it to a hole in tractor structure.

ACCROCHAGE AU TRACTEUR

•S’assurer que les pivots A des attaches pour le relevage

soient propres et bien lubrifiées (fig.1 page 7).

•Introduire les pivots dans les bras de relevage Bet ensuite

les épingles de sécurité C(fig.1 page 7).

IMPORTANT

Selon le chaussée du tracteur utiliser les pivots intérieurs ou

extérieurs de façon que le patin inférieur de la barre A se

trouve derrière la roue du tracteur (fig.2 page 7).

•Joindre l’arbre cardan à l’attache au 3ème point (fig.3

page 7).

Si le tracteur le permet, introduire aussi la plaque A dans le

pivot du 3ème point.

Si cela n’est pas possible, pour accrocher la chaîne, il faut

fixer la manille à un trou de la structure du tracteur.

•Asegurarse que los pernios A de los enganches por el le-

vantamiento estén limpios y lubricados.

•Enhilar los pernios en los brazos de elevación B y introdu-

cir los pasadores de seguridad C (fig.1 pag.7).

IMPORTANTE

Dependiendo del ancho de via del tractor, utilizar los pernios

internos o los externos, de forma que el patin interno de la

barra A se encuentre siempre detrás de la rueda del

tractor (fig.2 pag.7).

KUPPLUNG AM TRAKTOR

•Sich vergewissern, daß die Stifte A der Befestigungs-

punkte der Hubvorrichtung sauber und geschmiert sind (Bild 1

Seite 7).

•Die Stifte in die Hubarme B hineinstecken und die Sicher-

heitsspindeln C befestigen.

WICHTIGE

Je nach der Spurweite des Traktor den inneren oder ausseren

Stifte so benutzen, daß der innere Schlitten der Stange A

hinter dem Traktorsrad liegt (Bild 2 Seite 7).

•Die Kardanwelle und die Kupplung des 3° Punktes (Bild 3

Seite 7) einsctzen. Wenn möglich, auch die gelochte Platte A

in den Stift des dritten Punkt hineinstecken.

Wenn eine solche Lösung nicht möglich ist, stecken das bei-

gelieferte Hägegerüst in ein Loch der Traktorstruktur.

AGGANCIAMENTO AL TRATTORE

•Agendo sul sollevatore, alzare la macchina e regolare la

catena (Afig.3 pag.7) in modo che il fermo C(fig.3 pag.9) sia

nella posizione indicata.

•Sbloccare il fermo ribaltabile rosso A (fig.5 pag.9) e alzare il

piede Bin posizione di lavoro (vedi fig.6 pag.9).

•Per le versioni con sollevamento idraulico della barra è ora

sufficiente inserire il tubo idraulico Balla presa del trattore

(fig.3 pag.7).

COUPLING TO TRACTOR

•Working on the lifting unit, lift the machine and adjust the

chain (Apicture 3 page 7) so that the stop C(fig.3 pag.9) is in

the position indicated here.

•Unlock the red foldaway stop A (fig.5 pag.9) and raise the

foot Bto the working position (see fig.6, page 9).

•For the hydraulic lifting bar version, it is now enough to

insert the pipeline Binto the tractor’s intake (picture 3

Page 7).

ACCROCHAGE AU TRACTEUR

•En agissant sur le relevage, lever la machine et régler la

chaîne (Afig.3 page 7) de façon que l'arrêt C(fig.3 pag.9) soit

dans la position indiquée.

•Il faut débloquer l'arrêt basculant rouge A(fig.5 pag.9) et

soulever le pied Ben position de travail (voir fig.6 pag.9).

•Pour les machines avec relevage hydraulique, il suffit de

joindre le tuyau hydraulique Bà la prise de force du tracteur

(fig.3 page 7).

ENGANCHE AL TRACTOR

•Accionando sobre el elevador, elevar la máquina y regular

la cadena (Afig.3 pag.7) de forma que el retén C(fig.3 pág.9)

esté en la posición indicada.

•Desbloquear el retén basculante rojo A (fig.5 pág.9) y subir

el pie Bponiéndolo en posición de trabajo (véase fig.6 pág.9).

•Para las versiones con elevación hidráulica de la barra es

ahora suficiente inherir el tubo hidráulico Ben la toma del

tractór (fig.3 pag.7).

•Bei den Ausführungen mit hydraulischer Stangeabhebung,

ist es genug das hydraulische Rohr Ban der Zapfwelle des

Traktors befestigen (Bild 3 Seite 7).

VELOCITA’ DI LAVORO

IMPORTANTE

Per avere un taglio di buona qualità si raccomanda di tenere

la presa di forza a 540 giri/min.

Compatibilmente con le condizioni del terreno anche la

velocità di avanzamento del trattore è bene sia la più

elevata possibile (tra i 10 e 15 km/h) per favorire lo scarico

dell’erba.

Per evitare ingolfamenti si consiglia di appoggiare la barra il

più vicino possibile all’erba da tagliare, soprattutto in presenza

di erbe aggrovigliate o allettate.

TENSIONE CINGHIA (fig.2 e 3 pag.11)

Controllare periodicamente che l’estremità della molla sia alli-

neata con il riferimento di colore rosso A.

Se necessario agire sul dado e controdado B.

SGANCIO DI SICUREZZA

In caso d’urto contro ostacoli la macchina è protetta da uno

sgancio di sicurezza. Questo si riaggancia inserendo la retro-

marcia.

WORKING SPEED

IMPORTANT

To obtain a good cut level, we recommend to maintain the

power take off at 540 rpm.

According to the ground conditions, the moving speed

should be as higher possible, too (between 10 and 15 km/h)

to facilitate the grass discharge.

In order to avoid flooding it is advisable to lay the bar as

nearest as possible to the grass that has to be cut particularly

if the grass is entangled or bedridden.

BELT TENSION (pictures 2 and 3 page 11)

Periodically check that the spring end aligns with the red-

coloured ref. point A.

If required, adjust the nut and lock nut B.

SAFETY RELEASE DEVICE

In case of impact, the machine is protected by a safety

release device which hangs up, inserting the reverse motion.

Pour une coupe de bonne qualité, nous conseillons de

maintenir la prise de force à 540 tours/min.

Dans la mesure où les conditions du terrein le permettent, la

vitesse d’avancement du tracteur doit être élevé (comprise

entre 10 et 15 km/h) pour faciliter l’éjection de l’herbe.

Pour eviter des noyages, on conseille d’appuyer la barre le

plus près possible à l’herbe à couper, sourtout s’il s’agit

d’herbes emmêblèes ou couchèes.

TENSION DE LA COURROIE (fig.2 et 3 page 11)

Contrôler périodiquement que l’extrémité du ressort soit bien

alignée avec la tôle rouge A.

Si nécessaire, agir sur l’écrou et contre-écrou B.

DÉCROCHEMENT DE SÉCURITÉ

En cas de choc contre des obstacles, la machine est protégée

par un décrochement de sécurité, qui se raccroche en

engageant la marche arrière.

Para obtenir un corte de buena calidad, se tenga cuidado de

mantenir la toma de fuerza a 540 rpm.

En función de las condicciónes del terreno, la velocidad de

avance del tractor debra ser la mas elevada posible (entre

Para evitar enfrascamientos, aconsejamos d’apoyar la barra

mas cerca posible à la hierba à cortar, sobre todo con hierbas

triscadas o acostadas al suelo.

TENSION CORREA (fig.2 y 3 pag.11)

Controlar periodicamente que la extremidad del muelle esté

alineado con la plancha de color rojo A.

Si es necesario, accionar la tuerca y la contratuerca B.

DESENGANCHE DE SEGURIDAD

En caso de choque contra obstaculos, la maquína está

provista de un desenganche de seguridad. Esto se vuelve a

enganchar, injerendo la marcha atrás.

WICHTIG

Um einen hochwertigen Schnitt zu erhalten, ist es ratsam die

Zapfwelle mit 540 U/min drehen zu lassen. Soweit es das

Bodenzustand eralubt, soll auch die Vorwärtsgeschwindig-

keit des Traktors so hoch wie möglich sein (zwischen 10 und

15 km/Std), um das Gras leichter abzuladen.

Um Überflutungen zu vermeiden beratet man die Stange sehr

nähe auf dem Gras, das geschnitten werden muss zu liegen

vorallem als es vershlingen oder umgelegen ist.

RIEMENSPANNUNG (Bild 2 und 3 Seite 11).

Periodisch überprüfen, daß das Federende in Reihe mit dem

Roten Feinblech Aist.

Wenn nötig, die Mutter und die Gegenmutter Bverstellen.

SICHERHEITSENTKUPPLUNG

Eine Sicherheitsentkupplung schütz die Maschine, falls sie

gegen Hindernisse stößt. Durch kurzes Rückwärtsfahren wird

das Mähwerk wieder in die Arbeitsposition engeklinkt.

SOLLEVAMENTO BARRA DISTACCO DAL TRATTORE

ATTENZIONE !

Durante il lavoro, con il limitatore di corsa Aabbassato (fig.1

pag.13) agendo sul cilindro idraulico si ottiene il sollevamento

della barra falciante per le manovre di fondo campo.

NOTA: il fermo B (fig.1 pag.13) consente di alzare contempo-

raneamente il supporto di comando senza dover agire anche

sui bracci di sollevamento del trattore.

Per il sollevamento totale della barra (condizione di trasporto)

ruotare il limitatore (fig.2 pag.13) verso l’alto manualmente o

azionando la corda dal posto di guida per Duplex Gold.

ATTENZIONE !

Con l’asta di sicurezza Aagganciata (fig.2 pag.5) scaricare il

cilindro idraulico e ruotare il fermo ribaltabile rosso Bin posi-

zione di riposo (fig.3 pag.13); dopo aver abbassato il piede C

(fig.4 pag.13) appoggiare la macchina a terra e completare il

distacco dal trattore.

BAR LIFTING SEPARATION FROM TRACTOR

ATTENTION !

During work, keep the RPM limiting device Alowered (picture

1 page 13) while acting on the hydraulic cylinder: you will ob-

tain the lifting of the cutting bar for the end field manoeuvres.

NOTE: The lock B(picture 1 page 13) allows to lift the com-

mand support contemporary without acting on tractor lifting

arms, too.

For the total lifting of the bar (transport condition), turn the

limiter (fig.2, page 13) upwards manually or use the cord from

the operating station for the Duplex Gold.

ATTENTION !

With the safety rod Afastened (fig.2 page 5), unload the hy-

draulic cylinder and turn the red foldaway stop Bto the idle

position (fig.3 page 13); after having lowered the foot C(fig.4

page 13), lower the machine to the ground and complete the

detachment of the tractor.

RELEVAGE DE LA BARRE DE COUPE DETACHEMENT DU TRACTEUR

ATTENTION !

Pendant le travail, le limiteur de course Aabaissé (fig.1 page

13) en agissant sur le cylindre hydraulique on obtient le rele-

vage de la barre fauchante pour les manoeuvres de fond.

REMARQUE: l’arrêt B(fig.1 page 13) permet de lever en mê-

me temps le support de la commande sans agir aussi sur les

bras de relevage du tracteur.

Pour le soulèvement total de la barre (condition de transport),

il faut tourner le limiteur (fig.2 pag.13) vers le haut à main ou

en actionnant la corde de l'emplacement de conduite pour la

machine Duplex Gold.

ATTENTION !

Avec la tige de sécurité A enclenchée (fig.2 pag.5), il faut vi-

danger le cylindre hydraulique et tourner l'arrêt basculant rou-

ge Ben position de repos (fig.3 pag.13); après avoir abaissé

le pied C(fig.4 pag.13), il faut mettre la machine à terre et

compléter le dé-tachement du tracteur.

ELEVACION BARRA SEPARACIÓN DEL TRACTOR

¡ ATENCION !

Durante el trabajo, con el limitador de marcha Abajado (fig.1

pag.13), obrar sobre el cilindro hydráulico para obtenir la ele-

vación de la barra cortante, por las manjobras de fin campo.

NOTA: el afirmador B(fig.1 pag.13) permite de elevar con-

temporáneamente el sostén de mando si obrar tambien sobre

los brazos de levantamiento del tractór.

Para el izado total de la barra (condición de transporte), poner

el limitador (fig.2 pág.13) hacia arriba, de forma manual o ac-

cionando la cuerda desde el puesto de conducción para

Duplex Gold.

¡ATENCIÓN!

Con la varilla de seguridad Aenganchada (fig.2 pág.5) de-

scargar el cilindro hidráulico y girar el retén basculante rojo B

hasta la posición de reposo (fig.3 pág.13); después de haber

bajado el pie C(fig.4 pág.13) apoyar la máquina en tierra y

completar la separación del tractor.

VORSICHT !

Die Mähstange kann gehebt werden, um die Operationen am

Ende des Feldes zu erleichtern, beim Betätigung auf dam

hydraulische Zylinder, wenn der Hubbegrenzer Agesenkt ist.

NOTE: Die Festellvorrichtung B (Abb.1 Seite 13) erlaubt zu-

gleich die Aufhebung der Steuerbehalter ohne auf die Hubar-

me des Traktors zu betätigen.

Zum vollständigen Hochfahren des Balkens (Transportzustand)

ist der Begrenzer (Abb.2 Seite 13) von Hand nach oben zu

drehen bzw. das Seil vom Fahrersitz aus bei der Duplex Gold

zu ziehen.

ACHTUNG!

Bei eingehakter Sicherheitsstange A(Abb.2 Seite 5) ist der

Hydraulikzylinder zu leeren und der rote umklappbare Ansch-

lag Bin Ruhestellung zu drehen (Abb.3 Seite 13). Nachdem

der Fuß C (Abb.4 Seite 13) herabgefahren wurde, ist die

Maschine auf dem Boden abzusetzen und der Traktor weiter

abzukuppeln.

REGOLAZIONE ALTEZZA DI TAGLIO

Appoggiare la barra in piano ed agire sul braccio 3° punto

(fig.1 pag.15).

In presenza di terreni accidentati o sassosi è conveniente

lavorare con altezza di taglio adeguata per evitare danneggia-

menti ai denti ed alle lame.

Nel caso occorra, montare le due slitte supplementari in

dotazione come mostrato in fig.2 pag.15.

ADJUSTMENT OF CUTTING HEIGHT

Rest the cutting bar on a plane surface and act on third point

arm (picture 1 page 15).

In case of irregular or stony grounds, it is preferable to work

using a proper cutting width, to avoid damages to teeth and

blade.

If necessary, assemble the two supplementary chutes

provided as shown in fig.2 page 15.

REGLAGE DE LA HAUTEUR DE COUPE

Appuyer la barre horizontalement et agir sur le bras du 3ème

point (fig.1 page 15).

Sur des terreins accidentés ou caillouteux il convient de tra-

vailler avec une hauteur de coupe appropriée pour éviter tout

dommages aux dents et aux lames.

Si cela est nécessaire, monter les deux glissières supplémen-

taires données en dotation selon l’illustration de la fig.2 page

15.

REGULACION ANCHURA DE CORTE

Apoyar la barra plana y accionar el brazo tercero punto (fig.1

pag.15).

En caso de terrenos accidentados o pedregasos, es conve-

niente trabajar con altura de corte adecuada para evitar daños

a los dientes y a las cuchillas.

En caso de que sea necesario, montar las dos guías suple-

mentarias que se entregan en la dotación tal y como se

muestra en la fig.2 pág.15.

VERSTELLUNG DER SCHNITTHÖHE

Die Stange auf eine Ebene stellen und auf den dritten Punkt

des Armes betätigen (Bild 1 Seite 15).

Wenn man auf unebene oder steinige Boden arbeitet ist es

viel besser mit einer geeigneten Schnitthöhe arebiten, um die

Messer und die Zähne nicht zu beschädigen.

Falls nötig, die beiden zur Ausstattung gehörenden Zusatz-

schlitten siehe Abb. 2 Seite 15 anbringen.
