AVERTISSEMENT
• Ne jamais laisser l’enfant sans surveillance.
• Toujours utiliser le système de retenue (harnais) pour attacher votre enfant.
• Danger de chute : empêcher l’enfant de grimper sur le produit.
• Ne pas utiliser le produit si tous les éléments ne sont pas fixés et réglés de manière
appropriée.
• Tenir compte des risques engendrés par la présence de foyers ouverts ou autres sources
de forte chaleur à proximité du produit.
• Tenir compte des risques de basculement lorsque l’enfant peut s’appuyer avec ses pieds
contre une table ou toute autre structure.
• Ne pas utiliser le produit tant que l’enfant ne peut pas tenir seul en position assise.
• Le produit ne doit pas être utilisé si des parties sont cassées ou manquantes.
• Le produit est destiné à des enfants capables de se tenir seuls en position assise, âgés au
maximum de trois ans ou de poids inférieur ou égal à 15 kg.
ATTENTION : risque de coincement de doigt lors du réglage en hauteur de l’assise.

Laver le produit avec un chiffon humide.
GARANTIE
La chaise haute Up & Down bénéficie d’une garantie de 24 mois à compter de la date
d’achat. Durant cette période, nous garantissons la réparation gratuite de tout défaut
résultant d’un vice matériel ou d’un vice de fabrication. Cette garantie est soumise à
l’évaluation finale de l’importateur.
• Si vous constatez un défaut, consultez tout d’abord le manuel d’utilisation.
• En l’absence de réponse claire dans le manuel, contactez le fournisseur de ce produit via
le site Internet www.beaba.com.
NULLITÉ DE LA GARANTIE
• en cas d’utilisation inadaptée, d’utilisation de pièces ou d’accessoires non d’origine, de
négligence ainsi qu’en cas de défauts, une inondation, la foudre ou des catastrophes
naturelles ;
• en cas de modifications et/ou réparations non autorisées effectuées par des tiers ;
• en cas de transport inadapté de l’appareil sans conditionnement adéquat ainsi qu’en cas
d’absence de la présente carte de garantie et d’une preuve d’achat.
Toute autre responsabilité, notamment en matière de dommages indirects, est exclue.

You may carefully clean the product with a damp cloth.
WARRANTY
For the Up& Down high chair you have a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase.
During this period, we guarantee the free repair of defects caused by material and
workmanship errors. All this subjected to the final assessment of the importer.
• If you notice any defect, first refer to the user’s manual.
• If the manual provides no definite answer, please contact the supplier of this product via
internet www.beaba.com.
INVALIDATION OF THE WARRANTY
• in the case of unsuitable use, the use of non-original parts or accessories, negligence as
well as, in the case of faults, a flood, lightening or natural disasters;
• in the case of unauthorised modifications and/or repairs carried out by third parties;
• in the case of unsuitable transport of the appliance without adequate packaging as well as
in the case of the absence of the present warranty card and proof of purchase.
Any other responsibility, in particular concerning indirect damages, is excluded.

WAARSCHUWING
• Nooit uw kind zonder toezicht laten.
• Altijd het bevestigingssysteem (veiligheidsharnas) gebruiken om uw kind veilig vast te
zetten.
• Valgevaar: voorkom het klimmen op de hoge kinderstoel.
• De hoge kinderstoel alleen gebruiken als alle onderdelen op de juiste manier zijn bevestigd
en afgesteld.
• Pas op voor open vuur of andere hittebronnen in de nabijheid van de hoge kinderstoelen.
• Wees je bewust van het risico dat het product kan kantelen wanneer je kind zich met zijn
voeten afzet tegen een tafel of een ander voorwerp.
• Het product niet gebruiken zolang het kind nog niet zelfstandig kan zitten.
• Het product mag niet gebruikt worden bij defecte of ontbrekende onderdelen.
• Het product is bestemd voor kinderen die zelfstandig kunnen zitten, met een maximum
leeftijd van drie jaar of met een gewicht van 15 kg of minder.
LET OP: risico op beknelling van de vingers bij het afstellen van de zithoogte.

U kunt het voorzichtig reinigen met een vochtige doek.
GARANTIE
De garantieperiode voor Up & Down kinderstoel is 24 maanden vanaf de aankoopdatum.
Tijdens deze periode garanderen we u gratis herstel van defecten die het gevolg zijn van
materiaal- of productiefouten. Deze worden allemaal onderworpen aan een definitieve
beoordeling door de importeur.
• Als u beschadigingen opmerkt, raadpleeg dan eerst de gebruikershandleiding.
• Indien u daar geen antwoord op uw vraag vindt, kunt u via internet contact opnemen met
de leverancier : www.beaba.com.
VERVALLEN VAN DE GARANTIE
• bij een oneigenlijk en onjuist gebruik, het gebruik van niet originele onderdelen of
accessoires, nalatigheid evenals bij gebreken, overstromingen, blikseminslag of
natuurrampen;
• bij niet toegestane wijzigingen en /of reparaties uitgevoerd door derden;
• bij onjuist vervoer van het apparaat zonder geschikte verpakking evenals bij afwezigheid
van de garantiebon en het aankoopbewijs.
De onderneming kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor overige situaties en in het
bijzonder voor indirecte schade.

GARANTIE
Die Garantie für des Hochstuhl Up & Down beträgt 24 Monate ab dem Kaufdatum. Während
dieses Zeitraum gewährleisten wir die kostenlose Reparatur von aufgrund von Material- oder
Herstellungsfehlern entstandenen Mängeln. All dies unterliegt der abschließenden Prüfung
des Importeurs.
•
Ziehen Sie bei einer möglichen Fehlfunktion immer erst die Bedienungsanleitung hinzu.
•
Wenn Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung keine konkrete Antwort finden, setzen Sie sich bitte
über die Website www.beaba.com mit dem Händler.
UNGÜLTIGKEIT DER GARANTIE

bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch, Verwendung von nicht originalen Teilen oder Zubehör,
Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Schönheitsfehlern, Überschwemmung, Blitzschlag oder
Naturkatastrophen;
•
bei nicht autorisierten Änderungen und/oder Reparaturen durch Dritte;
•
bei unsachgemäßem Transport des Geräts ohne angemessene Verpackung sowie bei
Nichtvorliegen dieser Garantiekarte und einer Kaufbelegs.
Jegliche andere Haftung, insbesondere für indirekte Schäden, ist ausgeschlossen.
