ISOFIX Universal group 1 (9-18kg): ISOFIX + top tether + 5-point harness
NOTICE
This is an ISOFIX CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEM. It is approved to Regulation No. 44, 04 series
of amendments (ECE R44) for general use in vehicles fitted with ISOFIX anchorages systems.
It will fit vehicles with positions approved as ISOFIX positions (as detailed in the vehicle
handbook), depending on the category of the child seat and of the fixture.
The mass group and the ISOFIX size class for which this device is intended is: mass group 1
(9-18kg), class B1.
NOTICE
This is a "Universal" child restraint. It is approved to Regulation No. 44, 04 series of
amendments (ECE R44), for general use in vehicles and it will fit most, but not all, car seats.
A correct fit is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has declared in the vehicle handbook that
the vehicle is capable of accepting a "Universal" child restraint for this age group.
This child restraint has been classified as "Universal" under more stringent conditions than
those which applied to earlier designs which do not carry this notice.
If in doubt, consult either the child restraint manufacturer or the retailer.
Semi-universal group 2/3 (15-36kg): ISOFIT + 3-point vehicle safety belt
NOTICE
This Child Restraint is classified for "Semi-universal" use and is suitable for fixing
into the seat positions of the following cars:

Seat positions in other cars may also be suitable to accept this child restraint. If in doubt,
consult either the child restraint manufacturer or the retailer.
This child restraint can only be used on vehicles with 3-point retractable safety-belts,
approved to UN/ECE Regulation No. 16 or other equivalent standards.

Universal Group 2/3 (15-36kg): 3-point vehicle safety belt
NOTICE
This is a "Universal" child restraint. It is approved to Regulation No. 44, 04 series of

1APPLICABLE USAGE IN VEHICLE
This child car seat is designed for child group 1, 2 and 3 (weight from 9 to 36kg). It should be

This child car seat can only be installed in vehicle seat positions specified below:
?: Only applicable if the seat is not equipped with airbag.
NOTICE:
This child car seat can only be installed toward the direction of travel (i.e., forward facing).
When installed via ISOFIX or ISOFIT, this child car seat requires ISOFIX and/or top tether
anchorage. DO read the car user manual to verify the exact configuration of ISOFIX and top
tether on your vehicle before installation.
For child group 2 & 3, this child car seat only fits 3-point vehicle safety belt with retractor
meeting the requirements of Regulation No. 16 (ECE R16).
This child car seat MUST NOT be installed into vehicle seat equipped with airbag.
This child car seat MUST NOT be installed into lateral or rear facing vehicle seat.

2WARNING
Please carefully read through the manual, operate accordingly and keep the manual
in the pocket of child seat back for future use.
Treatment for the protection of child and other passengers.
This product is designed solely for the use in vehicle. DO NOT use it in other places (like home).
DO NOT leave children in their child restraint system unattended.
DO check the installation of the child car seat every time before use.
During installation of the child car seat and everyday use of the vehicle, DO NOT let the rigid
items and plastic parts of the child car seat be trapped by a movable seat or in a door of the
vehicle.
All straps holding the restraint to the vehicle should be tight. All straps restraining the child
should be adjusted to the child's body, and that straps should not be twisted.
Before driving, always adjust the belt to fit the child’s body dimension. DO keep the lap belt
as low as possible to make the pelvis firmly engaged.
Only install according to the manual. DO NOT use any load bearing contact points other than
those described in the manual and marked in the child car seat. Any unapproved way of
installation may cause additional danger.
DO read the car user manual to verify the exact configuration of ISOFIX and top tether on your
vehicle before installation.
Please AVOID direction sunlight, as hot parts may cause injury to the child.
DO pack and secure any luggage or other objects that may cause injuries in the event of a
collision.
To avoid extra crash, ALWAYS fasten the child car seat with vehicle safety belt when it is placed
in the vehicle (even not in use).
It is advised to begin the child restraint installation, in vehicle seating positions categorized as
"Universal" in the vehicle owner’s manual.
DO NOT use the baby seat pad when child is over 13kg.
Treatment related to child car seat and the vehicle.
DO NOT make any modification on the child car seat, as unauthorized modification may fail
the protection and cause additional danger.
DO NOT use the child car seat without cover. Also DO NOT use any other unapproved cover,
as it will affect the overall protection.
DO NOT place heavy item or corrosive material over the child car seat when not in use.
After suffering heavy impact in the accident, the child car seat MUST be replaced even without
obvious exterior damage.
DO NOT use the child car seat if its main load bearing contact points interfere with location of
vehicle safety belt and buckle. If in doubt, please contact the child restraint manufacturer.
Be aware that this child car seat may cause wear to vehicle seat covering of certain materials.

3PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

4ADJUSTABLE COMPONENT
4.1 Adjust 5-point harness
Note: Before the adjustment, please make sure that headrest adjustment handle is at the lowest
level.
1. Pull out the shoulder belt while
pressing down the harness belt
adjuster to completely loosen the
5-point harness.
2. Open the back panel and lift up
the shoulder belt height adjuster
lever. Slide the shoulder belt
height adjuster to select the
optimal shoulder height for the
child. Lock down and fully engage
the adjuster rod after the height
is determined.
When at optimal height, The
shoulder belt should be at the
same level with or slightly above
child’s shoulder.
4.2 Adjust headrest
1. Lock down the shoulder belt
height adjuster to the highest
level (see step 2 in section 4.1).

2. Grip the headrest adjustment
handle and slide up and down to
select optimal height. Make sure
the headrest safety belt guide is
slightly higher than the child’s
shoulder. Release the handle and
gently shake the headrest to
make sure the headrest is
completely locked in.
4.3 Adjust seat incline
Notice: When incline is used, the child car seat may not fit in some types of vehicles due to
dimension change.
1. Release the child car seat by
pushing upward the incline handle
between child car seat and the seat
base.
2. Hold and drag the incline handle to
let child car seat slide in the rail of
the seat base. Release the handle
at desired angle. Slightly shake the
child car seat to make sure it is
completely licked in.
3. There are 4 positions available.
Position 1, 2, 3, 4 can be used for
group 1 (9 - 18kg) child. Group 2/3
(15 –36kg) child must use position
1.

4.4 Remove 5-point harness
1. Loosen 5-point harness and open
the shoulder belt height adjuster
(see section 4.1). Take off and pull
out shoulder belts from the
harness belt connector and
shoulder belt height adjuster rod.
2. Take off shoulder belt pads and
store them in the gap between
child car seat base and backrest.
Pack and store shoulder belts in
the cell in the corner under seat
cover. Store the crotch belt in the
gap under seat cover.
3. Pull out the adjuster strap until it
is fastened. Make sure the
harness belt connector is stored
below the child car seat base. Roll
up the adjuster strap and pack it
into the hood of harness belt
adjuster.
5CHILD GROUP 1 (9-18kg): ISOFIX + TOP
TETHER + 5-POINT HARNESS
1. Adjust 5-point harness to optimal
shoulder height. (see section 4.1)

2. Insert two ISOFIX guides into the
gap of vehicle seat and lock them
to two ISOFIX anchorage
respectively. Use the ISOFIX
guide provided along with the
child car seat if it is not provided
by car manufacturer.
3. Completely slide out two ISOFIX
attachments by simultaneously
pressing both buttons ISOFIX
adjuster. Take out top tether
strap.
4. Push the child car seat towards
ISOFIX anchor points on the
vehicle until two attachments are
completely locked with green
indicator shown. Keep pushing to
let the child car seat tightly lie
against vehicle seat.
5. Release top tether strap by
pressing grey button on the top
tether strap adjuster. Hook top
tether strap to the anchor point
specified by car user manual.
Tension the top tether strap until
the indicator turns green.

6. Remove the baby seat pad if the
child is over 13kg. Open the 5-
point harness by heavily pressing
the red button on harness buckle.
Fit the child into the child car seat
and check if the height of the
shoulder belt suits (see section
4.1 for adjustment of 5-point
harness).
7. Combine two pieces of harness
buckle tongue and push it into
the harness buckle with a distinct
CLICK sound. Pull the adjuster
strap to make the shoulder and
lap belt lie firmly against the
child’s body without twist.
6CHILD GROUP 2 & 3 (15-36kg): ISOFIT + 3-
POINT VEHICLE SAFETY BELT
1. Remove 5-point harness. (see
section 4.4)

2. Adjust headrest. (see section 4.2)
3. Remove baby seat pad. Follow
step 1, 2 & 3 in section 5 to lock
the child car seat to vehicle’s
ISOFIX anchor points. Let the
child sit in the child car seat and
recheck the height of the
headrest (see section 4.2 for
adjustment).
4. Pull out the vehicle safety belt
and guide it through headrest
safety belt guide. Lock the safety
belt tongue into the safety belt
buckle with a distinct CLICK
sound.
5. Keep diagonal part of the vehicle
safety belt under child’s arm. Let
the lap part go through seat base
safety belt guide and stay
beneath child’s hands. Make sure
the vehicle safety belt is not
twisted during installation.

7CHILD GROUP 2 & 3 (15-36kg): 3-POINT
VEHICLE SAFETY BELT
1. Remove 5-point harness (see
section 4.4).
2. Adjust headrest (see section 4.2).
3. Remove baby seat pad. Put the
child car seat on vehicle seat and
make sure it is stably contacted
with vehicle seat. Let the child sit in
the child car seat and recheck the
height of the headrest.
4. Follow step 4 & 5 in section 6 to
position and lock vehicle safety belt
for the child.

8CARE AND CLEANING
Regularly check important parts for malfunction. Make sure mechanical components are
always working properly.
DO NOT let any parts of the child car seat be stuck by vehicle door, vehicle seat frame or other
object.
To remove the cover, please remove the 5-point harness belt and release cover button behind
the child seat backrest and headrest. Then take off the cover carefully from the child car seat
body.
DO NOT use the child car seat without cover.
The cover, seat body, top tether strap and 5-point harness belt can be cleaned with soft cloth
and lukewarm soap water.
AVOID harsh material and direct sunlight when cleaning. Make sure all parts are dried before
using.
DO NOT do any cleaning when the child car seat is installed in the vehicle.
9WARRANTY
This product has a 2 year warranty (with free repair/replacement) from date of purchase.
Claims can only be submitted together with the dated proof of purchase.
The warranty does not cover natural wear and damage due to excess strain or damage due to
misuse.
