Montage
Schrauben lösen und Montagedose öffnen.
Seitliche Schraube - Innensechskant M6 -
lösen und Montageplatte entnehmen.
Montageplatte auf ein Fundament oder
Erdstück (Ergänzungsteil 70 894)
anschrauben.
Anschlusskabel durch Kabelverschraubung
führen. Beigefügte Kegel-Druckverschraubung
mit passender Kabeldichtung verwenden.
Montagehinweis beachten. Montagedose auf
Montageplatte setzen, ausrichten und mit
Schraube befestigen. Leitungsverschraubungen
fest anziehen. Wenn keine Durchverdrahtung
erfolgt, ist eine Leitungseinführung mit
beigefügtem Blindstopfen fest zu verschließen.
Schutzleiterverbindung herstellen und
elektrischen Anschluss vornehmen.
Deckel der Montagedose mit
Scheinwerferanschlussgewinde G½ fest
verschrauben.
Schraube im Deckel der Montagedose fest
anziehen, um die G½ Verschraubung gegen
Lockern zu sichern.
Schutzleiterverbindung zwischen Deckel und
Anschlussgewinde prüfen.
Elektrische Verbindung zwischen Scheinwerfer
und Montagedose herstellen.
Schutzleiterverbindung zwischen
Gehäuseoberteil und -unterteil herstellen.
Auf richtigen Sitz der Dichtung achten.
Scheinwerfer auf Montagedose aufsetzen und
fest verschrauben.
Installation
Undo screw and open the mounting box.
Undo lateral screw - hexagon socket M6 - and
remove mounting plate.
Screw the mounting plate onto a foundation
or anchorage unit (accessory 70 894).
Lead mains supply cable through the screw
cable gland.
Use enclosed cone thrust collar with suitable
cable gasket.
Note assembly instruction.
Place mounting box onto mounting plate, align
and x with screw.
Tighten screw cable gland.
If no through wiring is required, one of the
screw cable glands is to be closed rmly with
enclosed dummy plug.
Make earth conductor connection and electrical
connection.
Bolt together rmly the cover of the mounting
box with the mounting bush G½ of the
oodlight.
Tighten the screw in the cover of the mounting
box rmly and protect the bolted connection
G½ against loosening.
Check earth conductor connection between
cover and mounting bush.
Make electrical connection between oodlight
and mounting box.
Make earth conductor connection between
housing top and housing base.
Make sure that gasket is positioned correctly.
Place oodlight onto the mounting box and bolt
together rmly.
Installation
Desserrer les vis et ouvrir la boîte de montage.
Desserrer la vis latérale - à six pans
creux M6 - et retirer la contre-plaque.
Visser la contre-plaque sur un massif de
fondation ou sur une pièce à enterrer
(Accessoire70 894).
Introduire le câble d’alimentation à travers le
presse-étoupe. Utiliser le presse-étoupe
conique fourni avec le joint de câble.
Voir notice de montage.
Placer la boîte de montage sur la contre-
plaque, ajuster et xer avec la vis.
Serrer fermement les presse-étoupes.
Dans le cas où un branchement en dérivation
n’est pas effectué, un des presse-étoupes doit
être fermé avec le bouchon adéquat fourni.
Mettre à la terre et procéder au raccordement
électrique.
Visser fermement le couvercle de la boîte
de montage avec le raccord leté Gßdu
projecteur.
Serrer fermement la vis du couvercle pour éviter
son desserrage de la boîte de montage.
Vérier le raccordement à la terre entre le
couvercle et le raccord leté.
Effectuer le raccordement électrique entre le
projecteur et la boîte de montage.
Relier le l de terre entre la partie supérieure et
la partie inférieure du luminaire.
Veiller au bon emplacement du joint. Placer le
projecteur sur la boîte de montage et serrer
fermement.
Wartung
Die Verbindungsleitung ist zwischen
Montagedose und Scheinwerfer auf äußere
Beschädigungen zu prüfen und darf nur durch
eine Elektro-Fachkraft ersetzt werden.
Zum Reinigen der Montagedose nur
lösungsmittelfreie Reinigungsmittel und keinen
Hochdruckreiniger verwenden.
Maintenance
The connecting cable between mounting box
and oodlight has to be inspected regarding
obvious damages and has to be replaced by a
qualied electrician only. The installation has to
be carried out by a qualied electrician only.
For cleaning the mounting box use only
solvent-free cleansers and do not use a
high pressure cleaner.
Entretien
Vérier l’état du câble de connexion entre la
boîte de montage et le projecteur. Le câble ne
doit être remplacé que par un électricien agréé.
Pour le nettoyage de la boîte de montage
n'utiliser que des produits d'entretien ne
contenant pas de solvant et ne pas
utiliser de nettoyeur haute pression.

70 894 Erdstück
Erdstück mit Befestigungsansch aus
feuerverzinktem Stahl. Gesamtlänge 400 mm.
