This section contains safety instructions that will
help protect from risk of personal injury or material
damage.
Failure to follow these instructions voids any grant-
ed warranty.
1.1 General safety
• This appliance complies with international safety
standards.
• This appliance can be used by children who are at
the age of 8 and above and by people who have
reduced physical, perceptual or mental abilities or
by people who are deficient in terms of experience
and knowledge as long as they are supervised and
given the instructions regarding the safe use of
the appliance and dangers encountered. Children
should not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance works should not be
performed by children under the age 8.
• Keep the appliance and its power cable so that they
are inaccessible by children under 8 years old.

do not use it. Contact an authorised service.
• Your mains power supply should comply with the
information on the rating plate of the appliance.
• For additional protection, this appliance should be

• Do not use the appliance with an extension cable.
• Prevent damage to the power cable by not
squeezing, bending, or rubbing it on sharp edges.
• Do not touch the plug of the appliance with damp
or wet hands.
• Do not immerse the appliance or its power cable in
water.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is
plugged in.
• This appliance is intended only for household use
and cooking; it is not suitable for professional use.

• Exterior surface gets hot while the appliance is
in use. Do not touch hot surfaces to avoid risk of
burning.
• Do not leave metal cooking utensils and items on
cooking plates.
• Operate and store the appliance on a stable surface.
• Do not attempt to dismantle the appliance.
• Only use the original parts or parts recommended
by the manufacturer.
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning and let it
completely dry after cleaning.
• Clean only the outer surface and the plates
according to the instructions in the Cleaning and
Care chapter.
• The appliance is not suitable for outdoor use.
• The appliance should not be operated with an
external clock timer or separate remote control
system.

• Food items can catch fire due to overheating. Do not
allow the appliance to get in contact or be covered
with flammable items such as curtains, fabric, wall
panels and etc.
• Never use the appliance in or near places where

• Charcoal or similar fuels should not be used with
this appliance.
• If you keep the packaging materials, store them out
of the reach of children.

1.2 Compliance with the WEEE Directive and
disposal of the waste product
This product does not include harmful or prohibited materials
specified in the "Regulation for Supervision of the Waste Electric
and Electronic Appliances" issued by the Ministry of Environment
and Urbanisation. This appliance conforms to the WEEE regula-
tion. This appliance has been manufactured with high quality
parts and materials which can be reused and are suitable for recycling.
Therefore, do not dispose the appliance with normal domestic waste or
other wastes at the end of its service life. Take it to a collection point for
the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. Ask the local author-
ity in your area for these collection points. Help protect the environment
and natural resources by recycling used products.
1.3 Package information
Package of the appliance is made of recyclable materials in ac-
cordance with our National Legislation. Do not dispose packag-
ing materials together with domestic waste or other wastes.
Take them to the packaging material collection points designat-
ed by local authorities.
1.4 Things to do for energy saving
Switch off and unplug the appliance after using it. Select appropriate tem-
peratures when cooking your food.

3.1 Intended use
This appliance is intended only for
household use and cooking; it is not
suitable for professional use.
3.2 Initial use
Clean all parts of the appliances
with a damp sponge cloth. When
using the appliance for the first
time, slightly grease the grill sur-
face.
3.3 Operation
1. Place the appliance on a flat and
stable surface.
2. Hold the grill surface (see 3.4)
you want to use so that it faces
upwards and place it completely
onto the body.
3. Place the oil collecting reservoir
(8) in its housing which is found
at the side of the appliance.

A little amount of
water you add into
the oil collecting
reservoir (8) can re-
duce the some that
will arise during the
cooking process.

Attach the oil splash
plate to the appliance
if you wish to use it
(see. 3.6).

WARNING: If the
place is not seated
completely, you can-

4. Plug the power cable (5) into the
cable entry.

cable to the cable entry.
6. Adjust the temperature setting
button according to the food you
are going to cook.
– The indicator light will become
on and it will go off once the
set temperature has been
reached.

7. Place the food you want to cook
onto the grill surface (4).
8. When the cooking is done, take
the food from the grill.

or take the food from
the cooking plate.
9. Set the temperature setting but-
ton to the off "0" position.
10. Unplug the appliance and wait
for it to cool down.

11. When the appliance has cooled
down completely, remove the
power cable (5) from the appli-
ance.
12. Remove the grill surface (4)
and the oil collecting reservoir
(8) from the body and clean
them (see 5.1).
3.4 Double-sided
cooking plate
You can use both sides of the cook-
ing plate.
You can use the flat surface for
food such as sliced vegetables,
egg etc.
And you can use the other side for
food you want to grill such as mean,
steak etc.
3.5 Useful tips
You can grease the grill slightly if
you are going to cook food such as
vegetables, fish or lean meat.
If you have seasoned the meat with
sauces that contain oil, use the
appliance near the kitchen hood.
These sauces may cause smoke.

1. Place the long plate onto
the short plate through the
connection point.
2. Attach the other short plate to
the long plate in the same way.
3. Place the attached oil splash
plate onto the grill.

4.1 Cleaning
1. Switch the appliance to the off
position.
2. Wait for the appliance to cool
down completely and remove
the power cable.
3. Pull up and remove the grill sur-
face (4).
•Clean the body (1) using a sponge
and dish-washing detergent. Do
not immerse the appliance in
water.
•Clean the grill surface (4) and the
oil splash plate (2) using a soft
sponge and dish-washing deter-
gent. You can use hot water.

WARNING: Never
use gasoline, solvent,
abrasive cleaning
agents, metal objects
or hard brushes to
clean the appliance.
Dry all parts with a soft towel be-
fore starting to use the appliance
after cleaning it.

to clean your appli-

4.2 Storage
•Unplug the appliance and let it
cool down before storing it.
•Please make sure that the appli-
ance is unplugged, cooled and
totally dry.
•Store the appliance in a cool and
dry place.

its cable are kept out of the reach
of children.

4.3 Handling and
transportation
•During handling and transporta-
tion, carry the appliance in its
original packaging. The packag-
ing of the appliance protects it
against physical damages.
•Do not place heavy loads on the
appliance or on the packaging.
The appliance may get damaged.
•Dropping the appliance may ren-
der it non-operational or cause
permanent damage.

• Produsul nu este potrivit pentru a fi utilizat în
exterior.
• Acest produs nu trebuie utilizat cu un ceas exterior
sau un sistem separat de control prin telecomandă.
• Alimentele se pot auto-aprinde datorită
supraîncălzirii. Nu lăsați produsul să vină în contact
sau să fie acoperit cu articole inflamabile cum ar fi
perdele, materiale, panou de perete și etc.
• Nu utilizați niciodată produsul în locuri în care

1.2 Conform Directivei WEEE și de eliminare
a produselor reziduale.
Acest produs nu conține materiale periculoase sau interzise spe-
cificate în „Regulamentul pentru Supervizarea produselor elec-
trice și electronice uzate” eliberat de către Ministerul Mediului și
Planificării Urbane. Acest produs este conform cu reglementarea
WEEE. Acest produs a fost fabricat folosind componente și mate-
riale de înaltă calitate, care pot fi refolosite și sunt potrivite pentru recicla-
re. Așadar, la sfârșitul perioadei de utilizare a produsului nu-l eliminați
împreună cu deșeuri menajere sau alte tipuri de deșeuri. Duceți-l la un
centru de colectare pentru reciclarea echipamentelor electrice și electro-
nice. Adresați-vă autorităților locale din zona dumneavoastră pentru
