For the user’s own safety, this BGF converter must be connected to an approved earth ( terminal).
It is imperative that the equipment is supplied via an isolating device and a circuit-breaking device (power contactor) which can be
controlled by an external safety system (emergency stop, fault detector).
The BGF unit is fitted with safety devices which, in the event of a fault, control stopping. Voltage fluctuations and power cuts may also
cause the unit to stop.
The removal of the causes of the shutdown can lead to restarting, which may be dangerous for certain machines or installations. In
such cases, it is essential that the user takes appropriate precautions against the unit powering up again after an unscheduled stop.
The BGF unit is a component designed to be integrated in an installation or an electrical machine. It is the responsibility of the user to
take all necessary precautions to ensure that the system complies with current standards.
BELLE GROUP declines all responsibility in the event of the above recommendations not being observed.
Machine Description

BELLE GROUP manufacture Frequency and Voltage Converters to provide required Frequency and Voltage for the treatment of the
vibration of concrete by means of internal vibrators of high frequency (high frequency vibrating pokers).
The Converter is formed by a mono phase engine, which can be connected to a 230V voltage, and a Frequency of 50Hz. The converter
because of two reasons, provides these values aof voltage and frequency.
a) A voltage of 42V doesn’t imply any danger to the operators life (security low voltage)
b) By means of the use of the high frequency of work (200 Hz), an excitation is generated on concrete that compacts it.
BELLE GROUP also manufactures high frequency vibrating pokers that connects to the afore mentioned converters. The high

General
Depending on their degree of protection, the BGF units may contain hot surfaces during operation. Unjustified removal of protection
devices, incorrect use, faulty installation or inappropriate operation could represent a serious risk to personnel, animals and equipment.
For further information, consult the manual.
All work relating to transportation, installation, commissioning and maintenance must be performed by experienced, qualified personnel.
In these basic safety instructions, qualified personnel means persons competent to install, mount, commission and operate the product
and possessing the relevant qualifications.
Use
The BGF units are components designed for integration in installations or electrical machines. When integrated in a machine,
commissioning must not take place until it has been verified that the machine conforms with directive 98/37/EC (Machinery Directive).
It is also necessary to comply with standard EN 60204, which stipulates in particular that electrical actuators (which include The BGF
unit) cannot be regarded as circuit-breaking devices and certainly not as isolating switches.
Commissioning can take place only if the requirements of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (89/336/EEC, modified by 92/31/
EEC) are met.
The BGF units meet the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC, modified by 93/68/EEC. The harmonised standards of
the DIN VDE 0160 series in connection with standard VDE 0660, part 500 and EN 60146/ VDE 0558 are also applicable.
The technical characteristics and instructions concerning the connection conditions specified on the nameplate and in the
documentation provided must be observed without fail.
Transportation, storage
All instructions concerning transportation, storage and correct handling must be observed. The climatic conditions specified in the
technical manual must be observed.
Installation
The installation and cooling of equipment must comply with the specifications in the manual supplied with the product. The BGF units
must be protected against excessive stress. In particular, there must be no damage to parts and/or modification of the clearance
between components during transportation and handling. Avoid touching the electronic components and contact parts.
The BGF units contain parts which are sensitive to electrostatic stress and may be easily damaged if handled incorrectly. Electrical
components must not be exposed to mechanical damage or destruction (risks to health!).
Electrical connection
When work is performed on The BGF units which are powered up, national accident prevention specifications must be respected.
The electrical installation must comply with the relevant specifications (for example conductor cross-sections, protection via fused
circuit-breaker, connection of protective conductor). More detailed information is given in the manual.
Instructions for an installation which meets the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility, such as screening, earthing, presence
of filters and correct insertion of cables and conductors, are given in the documentation supplied with the BGF units. These instructions
must be followed in all cases, even if the BGF unit carries the CE mark.
Adherence to the limits given in the EMC legislation is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the installation or the machine.

Installations incorporating The BGF units must be fitted with additional protection and monitoring devices as laid down in the current
relevant safety regulations : law on technical equipment, accident prevention regulations, etc. Modification of the BGF units using
control software are permitted.
Active parts of the device and live power connections must not be touched immediately after the BGF unit is powered down, as the
capacitors may still be charged. In view of this, the warnings fixed to The BGF units must be observed.
During operation, all protective covers must remain closed.

Improper operation can be hazardous. Ensure that you are familiar with the operation of the
High Frequency Converter before use.
CAUTION
Installation
The Converter must be connected to the single phase net with EARTH CONNECTION, 230V (Single Phase) and 400v (3 Phase) and
50Hz Frequency. The absence of the Earth Connection is very dangerous and will also void the manufacturers Warranty.
Current outlet of the converter to the net is a CETAC type of 50V, 16 Amp, 200 Hz with 2 x Earth connected poles. Connection cable to
the net is single phase and has two more poles with Earth connection. It is complusary that the Connection basis to the net is protected
with a minimum differential of 25 A and with a sensitivity of 300 mA. The absence of this appliance constitutes a serious safety risk and
could also void the manufacturers Warranty.
Location
It is recommended that the converter is positioned as far away from where the vibration process is taking place. It must also be in a dry,
elevated area to avoid contact with water.
Operation
NOTE:- Before connecting the converter to the net, please ensure that the net voltage is approprtiate for the converter. It must be 230V.
The on/off switch has two positions; Position ‘0’ and position ‘1’. These position have the following functions.
- Position ‘0’: Stop Position. The switch has to be placed in this position to stop the functioning of the converter.
- Position ‘1’: On Position. The switch has to be placed in this position to function the converter.
- Do not start the converter with the pokers switched on.
Recommended Poker Connections
The only pokers that can be connected to the Belle Group converters are the models which are manufactured by Belle Group.
Belle Group is not responsible for the connection of non-recommend pokers which are not mentioned in the Technical Data table.
Connection of other vibrating pokers could be dangerous and will also void the manufacturers Warranty.
Trouble Shooting Guide

- Check the Capacitor is not damaged.
- Check the Thermal Switch for damage.
- Check that that the Electric Motor is not overheated.
Maintenance

The BGF 24 is designed so that there is no maintenance required.
If the exterior of the machine becomes dirty due to splashes of concrete, it must be cleaned immediately to stop the concrete from
becoming hardened. Use a wet cloth to remove any residue.

chase. The Belle Group warranty is against defects in design, materials and workmanship.
The following are not covered under the Belle Group warranty:
1. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, dropping or other similar damage caused by or as a result of failure to follow assembly,
operation or user maintenance instructions.
2. Alterations, additions or repairs carried out by persons other than Belle Group or their recognised agents.
3. Transportation or shipment costs to and from Belle Group or their recognised agents, for repair or assessment against a warranty

For brukerens egen sikkerhet må denne BGF-omformeren være koblet til en egnet jording (klemme. ). Det er svært viktig at utstyret
får strøm via en isolerende enhet og en skillebryteranordning (strømkontaktor), som kan kontrolleres av et eksternt sikkerhetssystem
(nødstopp, feildetektor).
BGF-enheten er utstyrt med sikkerhetsanordninger som ved feil kan utløse stansing Spenningsvariasjoner og strømbrudd kan også
føre til at enheten stanser.
Hvis årsakene til oppstansen elimineres, kan enheten starte på nytt. Dette kan være farlig for bestemte maskiner eller installasjoner.
I slike tilfeller er det svært viktig at brukeren tar de nødvendige forholdsregler mot ny oppstart av enheten etter en ikke-programmert
oppstans. BGF-enheten er beregnet på å integreres i en installasjon eller en elektrisk maskin. Det er brukerens ansvar å treffe alle
nødvendige skritt for å sikre at systemet oppfyller gjeldende normer.

Beskrivelse av maskinen

BELLE GROUP produserer frekvens- og spenningsomformere for å yte påkrevd frekvens og spenning for å behandle betongvibrasjon
ved hjelp av interne høyfrekvensvibratorer (vibrasjonsstenger med høy frekvens).
Omformeren består av en enfaset motor, som kan kobles til en 230 V-spenning, og en frekvens på 50 Hz. Omformeren yter disse
spennings- og frekvensverdiene av to grunner.
a) En spenning på 42 V medfører ingen fare for operatørens liv (lavspenning for sikkerhet).
b) Ved hjelp av den høye arbeidsfrekvensen (200 Hz) genereres det en eksitasjon på betongen som kompakterer den.
BELLE GROUP selger også vibrasjonsstenger med høy frekvens som kobles til omformerne nevnt ovenfor. Det finnes følgende

Generell sikkerhet

Generelt
Avhengig av beskyttelsesgraden kan BGF-enhetene ha varme flater under bruk. Uberettiget fjerning av beskyttelsesanordningene, feil
bruk, feil installasjon eller feil bruk kan være en alvorlig risiko for personalet, dyr og utstyr. Se håndboken for ytterligere informasjon.
Alt arbeid angående transport, installasjon, idriftsetting og vedlikehold må utføres av erfarne, kvalifiserte fagfolk.
I disse sikkerhetsforskriftene betyr ”kvalifiserte fagfolk” personer som har kompetanse til å installere, montere, sette i drift og bruke
produktet og som har de relevante kvalifikasjonene.
Bruk
BGF-enheter er komponenter utformet for integrering i installasjoner eller elektriske maskiner. Ved integrering i en maskin må
idriftsetting ikke finne sted før det er kontrollert at maskinen oppfyller kravene i direktivet 98/37/EF (maskindirektivet).
Det er også nødvendig å oppfylle kravene i standarden EN 60204, som spesielt foreskriver at elektriske aktuatorer (som omfatter BGF-
enheten) kan anses verken som skillebryteranordninger eller isolerende brytere.
Idriftsetting kan kunne finne sted hvis bestemmelsene i direktivet om elektromagnetisk kompatibilitet (89/336/EØF, endret av 92/31/
EØF) oppfylles.
BGF-enhetene oppfyller kravene i lavspenningsdirektivet 73/23/EØF, endret av 93/68/EØF. De harmoniserte normene til seriene DIN
VDE 0160 i tilknytning til standarden VDE 0660, del 500 og EN 60146/VDE 0558 gjelder også.
De tekniske karakteristikkene og instruksjonene om koblingsforholdene spesifisert på navneplaten og i dokumentasjonen som gis, må
respekteres uten unntak.
Transport, lagring
Alle instruksjoner angående transport, lagring og riktig håndtering må følges. Klimabetingelsene spesifisert i denne tekniske
veiledningen må følges.
Installasjon
Installasjon og kjøling av utstyret må stemme overens med spesifikasjonene i veiledningen som fulgte med produktet. BGF-enheten
må beskyttes mot for sterk belastning. Du må særlig unngå at det oppstår skade på deler og/eller at klaringen mellom komponentene
endres under transport og håndtering. Unngå å berøre de elektroniske komponentene og kontaktdelene.
BGF-enhetene kan inneholde deler som er følsomme overfor elektrostatisk belastning og lett kan skades hvis de håndteres feil.
Elektriske komponenter må ikke utsettes for mekanisk skade eller ødeleggelse (helsefare!)
Elektrisk kobling
Når det utføres arbeid på BGF-enhetene under strøm, må de nasjonale forskriftene for forebygging av ulykker følges. Det elektriske
anlegget må stemme overens med de relevante spesifikasjonene (for eksempel ledningstverrsnitt, beskyttelse via skillebryter med
sikring, kobling av beskyttende ledning). Håndboken inneholder detaljert informasjon om dette.
Dokumentasjonen som fulgte med BGF-enhetene, inneholder instruksjoner for en installasjon som oppfyller kravene knyttet
til elektromagnetisk kompatibilitet, for eksempel avskjerming, montering av filtre, riktig innsetting av kabler og ledninger. Disse
instruksjonene må følges i alle tilfeller, selv om BGF-enheten har CE-merking.
Produsenten av maskinens installasjon er ansvarlig for at grenseverdiene i lovgivningen om elektronisk kompatibilitet etterfølges.
Bruk
Installasjoner med BGF-enhetene må utstyres med ekstra beskyttelsesanordninger og overvåkingsenheter, slik er det påbudt i
gjeldende relevante lover og regelverk om sikkerhet: lov om teknisk utstyr, forskrifter om forebygging av ulykker osv. Endring av BGF-
enhetene ved hjelp av kontrollprogrammer er tillatt.
Aktive deler av apparatet eller aktive strømkoblinger må ikke berøres øyeblikkelig etter at BGF-enheten er slått av, da kapasitorene
fortsett kan være ladet. Derfor må advarslene som er festet til BGF-enhetene, følges nøye.
Alle beskyttende deksler må være lukket under bruk.

Bruksinstruksjoner

Installasjon
Omformeren må kobles til enkeltfasenettet med jordingskobling, 230 V (enkeltfase) og 400 V (3-faset) og 50 Hz-frekvens. Det er svært
farlig å utelate jordingskoblingen, og dette setter også produsentens garanti ut av kraft.
Omformerens aktuelle utgang til strømnettet er en CETAC-type med 50 V, 16 Amp, 200 Hz, og 2 jordingskoblede poler. Koblingskabe-
len til nettet er enkeltfaset, og har to flere poler med jordingskoblingen. Det er obligatorisk at koblingsbasen til nettet er beskyttet med
en minimal differensial på 25 A og en sensitivitet på 300 mA. Hvis denne anordningen utelates, oppstår det en alvorlig fare for sikker-
heten, og produsentens garanti kan tre ut av kraft.
Plassering
Det anbefales at omformeren plasseres så langt unna som mulig fra stedet der vibrasjonsprosessen foregår. Den må også plasseres i
et tørt, hevet område for å unngå kontakt med vann.
Bruk
Merk: Før omformeren kobles til nettet, må du sjekke at nettspenningen er egnet for omformeren. Den må være 230 V. Av/på-bryteren
har to posisjoner: ‘0’ og ‘1’. Disse posisjonene har følgende funksjoner:
- Posisjon ‘0’: Stopp-posisjon. Bryteren må plasseres i denne posisjonen for å stanse omformeren.
- Posisjon ‘1’: På-posisjon. Bryteren må plasseres i denne posisjonen for å aktivere omformeren.
- Ikke start omformeren hvis stengene er slått på.
Anbefalte stangkoblinger
De eneste stengene som kan kobles til Belle Group-omformerne, er modeller som er produsert av Belle Group.
Belle Group er ikke ansvarlig ved tilkobling av ikke-anbefalte stenger, dvs. som ikke er nevnt i tabellen med tekniske data. Kobling av
andre vibrasjonsstenger kan være farlig, og setter produsentens garanti ut av kraft.
Feilsøking

Vedlikehold

BGF 24 er utformet slik at det ikke trengs noe vedlikehold.
Hvis maskinen blir tilskitnet av betongsøl på utsiden, må den rengjøres øyeblikkelig slik at betongen ikke stivner. Bruk en våt klut til å
fjerne rester.
Feilaktig bruk kan være farlig. Forviss deg om at du er fortrolig med bruken av
høyfrekvensomformeren før du begynner.

Din nye BGF 24-maskin fra Belle Group garanteres til den opprinnelige kjøperen i ett år (12 måneder) regnet fra innkjøpsdatoen. Belle
Group-garantien dekker feil i utforming, materialer og utførelse.
Følgende er ikke dekket i Belle Group-garantien:
1. Skader forårsaket av misbruk, feil bruk, fall eller lignende skader forårsaket av manglende overholdelse av instruksjonene for mon
tasje, drift eller vedlikehold.
2. Endringer, tillegg eller reparasjoner utført av andre enn personer enn de ansatte i konsernet Belle Group eller firmaer dette har
godkjent.
3. Transport- eller forsendelseskostnader til og fra konsernet Belle Group eller firmaer dette har godkjent, for reparasjon eller
evaluering mot et garantikrav på en maskin.
4. Material- og/eller arbeidskostnader for fornyelse, reparasjon eller utskiftning av komponenter grunnet vanlig slitasje.
Konsernet Belle Group eller firmaer, ledere, ansatte eller forsikringsselskaper dette har godkjent, vil ikke bli holdt ansvarlig for
følgeskader eller andre skader, tap eller utgifter knyttet til eller forårsaket av manglende evne til å bruke maskinen for noe formål.
